Breaking news tops the show in just a few minutes: Republicans in the Wisconsin Senate voted tonight to separate a provision stripping public employees of their collective bargaining rights from Gov. Scott Walker's controversial budget bill.  No Democrats were present for the vote.  All 14 Senate Democrats have left the state to prevent quorum on the overall budget bill.  We'll take you live to Madison to find out what this means for the weeks-long battle between Walker and state workers.
