The conventions are over and the campaign is moving into its final stretch. It's hard to believe that there are only 57 days to go! Here are some more stories informing the Last Word rundown tonight:
- Poll: Obama gets a convention bounce
- For Obama, joy from fundraising win is short-lived
- 9 states where the race will be won
- Kornacki: Barack Obama is winning
- Annals of post-truth politics: good for Norah O'Donnell
- Joe Walsh slams Sandra Fluke on contraception issue: 'Go get a job'
- Larry Flynt offers $1 million for dirt on Romney's finances

GO'Donnell!
Lawrence: you must be telling the truth along with bill maher.....rush is on you both! did you know rush dodged the draft because of a cyst on his rear-end! True!!!
and he's been a boil on the rear-end of America ever since and Hannity is its hemorrhoid.
Hardball lol T-ball more like it.
If the GOP is too inept to run its own political convention, how in the heck can anyone expect them to be able to run the U.S.? Throw them out, root and branch!
The Republicans holding a National Convention in the Issac HURRICANE threatened Gulf side of Florida caused a single day's shortening of their Convention, and the resulting 3 days instead of 4 days went off like clockwork, with the speakers all hitting their marks on time, and without foolishly running their mouths overtime, and outside of prime time (like one Bill Clinton, for example), jrsii.
As to the Dems last week? Not so much. Especially the fiasco of that tortured voice vote nonsense and the ensuing half the delegates in the hall voting to keep God and Jerusalem out of their platform, and when the Chair strong-armed them with a dubious decision to approve the President's amendment, they then rained boos down on GOD! Add to that the scramble to jettison their big closing night in the open stadium (due to threatening 20% chance of showers activity, disappointing many thousands of already unenthusiastic voter's from North Carolina who had hoped to be able to use their free tickets to get in to see the Foo Fighters Band, and the fake Greek columns made of plywood and styrofoam and the artificial smoke spectacle of the coronation of their candidate for re-election. And now you have an accurate comparison of the two major political party's national conventions of the past two weeks..
Nice, I see you and Matt Tiabi took Spo101 ideas and tried to palm them off as your own. Read post titled "Organized Crime" on blog consciousmc.blogspot.com to see they needed to give Special Political Operative 101 some props ya **********'s
I took those ideas from someone else? I have no clue what blog you are referring to. Sounds pretty arcane to me...certainly nothing I would be reading, William. I do my own thinking.
I noticed three things during the different interviews over the past few days. One that Rush said that Democrats were using Poll Results as "another" form of voter suppression. That means to me that he admits what Republicans are doing with the voter ID changes. Second that Mitt Romney when on legit Sunday programs used the term "Health Care Reform" as opposed to Obamacare. Does this mean he now has respect for the program now that he's for it. Last but not least Mr. Ryan said that he wants to work with Congress on the deductions for Tax Reform, out in the open. Why? He said "... that's how you get things done." Realy? Since When?
Since the backdoor deal attempts of last year failed, Montezuma!
This just in: Washington Post/ABC pool of LIKELY voters, not just the Democrat top heavy registered voters, show the Presidential race in a statistically significant tie, 49% Obama, 48% Romney post Conventions. On to the debates folks. It's a long way to November 6th. Remember, failed President Jimmy Carter lead Ronald Reagan in the polls until the 10th day before the election, when Carters popular support vanished, and Reagan's soared. This ain't a beauty contest, or who you'd rather have a beer with. LOL!
