Lawrence O'Donnell described the speech as "biographical," "anecdotal" and compared to Gov. Chris Christie's address, "there's no comparison between the two." MSNBC's Chris Hayes and Rev. Al Sharpton also shared their reactions.
As for the accuracy of talking points in his speech, that's a whole other story.

One wonders why something "exciting" has to be based on utter lies. Well, one Romney poster let slip the truth again, saying "We Won't Let Our Campaign be Dictated by Fact Checkers."
http://www.mediaite.com/online/romney-pollster-we-wont-let-our-campaign-be-dictated-by-fact-checkers/
Keith Olbermann was busy on Twitter, perhaps heeding Robert Reich's call for his voice to be heard while he was on his "sabbatical." Here are some of his links, beginning with the obvious whopper about a GM plant in Ryan's home district that was closed because of Obama's policy's. Sad fact--as Al Sharpton noted--is it closed in December, 2008, and Mr. Obama's inauguration was weeks later.

Paul Ryan Slams Obama for Not Saving Auto Plant That Closed Under Bush
No doubt in a week or two, the Romney camp will be claiming "the story is old news."
I leave these to the reader, and Keith and others have appended the hashtag #lyinRyan to Twitter comments...

Particularly galling is the slimy tactic Ryan adopted with that $716 billion dollar figure where he accuses the President of raiding Medicare funds to help people with the Affordable Care Act.
http://www.motherjones.com/kevin-drum/2012/08/no-obama-didnt-steal-money-medicare-trust-fund
Money that's paid into the Medicare system — which comes mainly from payroll taxes, premiums, and general revenue--goes into Medicare's two trust funds. Money that's paid out to doctors and hospitals comes out of the trust funds. So there are only two ways you could "rob" money from the trust funds: you could reduce taxes going in or you could increase money being paid out. Obamacare does neither of these things. In fact, it reduces reimbursement rates to hospitals, which means that it improves the financial health of the trust funds because less money is flowing out. In particular, after Obamacare was signed into law in 2010, the Medicare trustees estimated that it had extended the life of the Hl trust fund for 12 years.
For those wondering about the special interests, HMO's, etc. that have financed Romney's campaign, this last one is telling. As part of what was hashed out in the ACA, hospitals would accept less, and it looks like certain parties are unhappy with that outcome.
One more from the AP...
http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/U/US_CVN_GOP_CONVENTION_FACT_CHECK?SITE=AP&SECTION=HOME&TEMPLATE=DEFAULT&CTIME=2012-08-30-00-20-34
THE FACTS: Ryan's claim [the $716 Billion Dollar one] ignores the fact that Ryan himself incorporated the same cuts into budgets he steered through the House in the past two years as chairman of its Budget Committee, using the money for deficit reduction. And the cuts do not affect Medicare recipients directly, but rather reduce payments to hospitals, health insurance plans and other service providers.
In addition, Ryan's own plan to remake Medicare would squeeze the program's spending even more than the changes Obama made, shifting future retirees into a system in which they would get a fixed payment to shop for coverage among private insurance plans. Critics charge that would expose the elderly to more out-of-pocket costs.
Paul Ryan, the wannabe wonk...

No credit to Nixon and Ford and George H.W. Bush as Vice President, and for the latter, service as Untied Nations Ambassador and Director of the CIA? And what's with that designation of "public interest professional and writer for failed president Barrack Obama...you're counting a $10,000 a year job as a rabble rousing union and ACORN "community organizer" as being a profession?
Stick this in your craw and chew on it: Romney, Graduate of Harvard Business School and Law School, Businessman and CEO, Governor of the State of Massachustts.
And every candidate is a writer...they all had books, including Romney and George W. Bush, fool!
No contest as to preparation for the Chief Executive of the United States in comparison to Barrack Obama, Hope. What a waste of blog space!
Hope42012 made a list of presidents. Sorry, but Romney doesn't make that list unless you are talking about Bain from where he "retroactively" resigned in 1999, 2001, 2002, 2010, 2011--take your pick. Dubya's book might have been ghost written, a distinction that probably flew "right" over your head. Google: Lying for the Lord. See the source and inspiration for all of the lies Romney, your candidate, is selling to you, because we aint buying it.
By the way, George W, Bush, Air National Guard fighter jet pilot and two term Governor of Texas, one of our largest (Alaska and Maine are others), most populous, and richest states in the Union. EGHpx...thanks for playing along, fool,
And for the FAUX Noise crowd, there's this one, again courtesy of an Olbermann tweet...
http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2012/08/30/paul-ryans-speech-in-three-words/
Keith was probably even thrown for a loop on this one. He tweeted it twice and suggested it be preserved because he thought it would disappear as would its author from the Fox payroll...
And from PolitiFact on what candidate Obama actually said...
http://www.politifact.com/wisconsin/statements/2012/aug/29/paul-ryan/did-barack-obama-break-promise-keep-gm-plant-open/
Did Obama make such a promise as a candidate and break it after becoming president?
Actually, the plant closed before he even took office.
The plant
In 1918, General Motors bought a farm implement manufacturing plant in Janesville, a city of 60,000 near the Illinois border. Production of Chevrolets began there in 1923. Employment peaked at 7,100 in 1978, but a series of five layoffs occurred over the next 30 years.
By December 2008, when President George W. Bush authorized nearly $14 billion in loans to General Motors and Chrysler, both of which were near financial collapse, GM had already warned it might close the Janesville plant because of sagging sport-utility vehicle sales. The plant was effectively shut down on Dec. 23, 2008, when GM ceased production of SUVs there and laid off 1,200 workers. (Several dozen workers stayed on another four months to finish an order of small- to medium-duty trucks for Isuzu Motors.)
So, the plant closed while Bush was still in office, about a month before Obama was inaugurated.
We asked Kevin Seifert, spokesman for Ryan's U.S. House campaign, for evidence that Obama promised to keep the Janesville plant open and failed. (Ryan will be on the November 2012 ballot both for his House seat and as Mitt Romney's running mate.)
Seifert cited this portion of a February 2008 campaign speech then-Sen. Obama gave at the Janesville plant:
"And I believe that if our government is there to support you, and give you the assistance you need to re-tool and make this transition, that this plant will be here for another hundred years. The question is not whether a clean energy economy is in our future, it’s where it will thrive. I want it to thrive right here in the United States of America; right here in Wisconsin; and that’s the future I’ll fight for as your president."
My my, Cab Driver! If you weren't so anxious to get this posted, you might have counted to ten and thought that it just might be possible that Congressman Paul Ryan might know more about the history of a GM plant in the town he lives in, and the district that represents in Congress, than would the twice fired (once by MSNBC) (and once by Al gore, for heavan's sake) and totally discredited rabid journalist Keith Olberman.
Fact: Wagoner, former GM CEO fired by Barrack Obama after the Government became 60% owner of that formerly private auto and truck manufacturer had announced in June, 2008 that the corporation's oldest operating plant making large SUVs and trucks would be phased out by 2010. Prior to that, candidate Obama stood in front of the troubled plant of this troubled corporation and announced that if he was elected his plan to revitalize with federal government largese and regulations the American auto industry was adopted that the Janesville, Wisconsin plant "would remain open for another 100 years." Obama was elected, and after he was elected, in November thru Dec, 2008 negotiations between Senate Democrats and Nancy Pelosi, speaker of the House were underway with the Obama transition team, the Bush White House, and GM, Chrysler, and Ford. By February of 2009, after the inaugration of Barrak Obama, a deal was cut, $80 billion dollars were to be invested of tax payers dollars (later swelling to $130 billion), which resulted in the federal government and the employees of General Motors as represented by their unions having ownership of GM, while the former stock and bond holders took a bath, due to no court bankruptcy proceeding protection in a restructuring and court supervised creditors and stakeholders workout, as Republicans were calling for. And Janesville, Wisconsin truck and SUV plant had its last truck models come off its assembly lines in June, of 2009,and only after that date was the plant locked down totally, to lie fallow. Seems the focus of the Obama ownership of GM was to produce downsized autos and hybrid and electric vehicles, part and parcel of his war on fossil fuels. Of course, Obama rides around in Big Black SUVs and stretch limos, and jets about the country in a 747 for his fund raising and campaigning and vacationing himself.
I'm not going to trouble your feeble mind with all the fine points of the Medicare Debate at this time (assuredly later when a post topic comes up on that). But suffice it to say that even if Congresses yet to be elected followed through with legislation over the next 10 years beginning next year that actually reduced fees to practioners and hospitals, and overseers of Medicare made the kinds of cuts in waste and fraud in Medicare and saved money by rationing care per the dictates of the infamous "best practices" utilization commission made up of non medical practioners ivory tower types that totaled to $500 billion, that $500 billion should not be removed from the medicare Trust Fudns. And if one added in the cuts of $216 billion by stopping the Medicare Advantage option that 25% of all Medicare enrollees enjoy now enjoy (Obama: "if you like your insurance that you have now, you can keep it" - NOT) how does taking that combined savings out of the Medicare Trust Funds possibly extend Medicare? Using that money for underwriting the expansion of Medicaid and providing new entitlement federal subsidies to individuals to pay their increased in price mandated federally designed health insurance premiums neither lowers costs of health care in this country over the next ten years, nor saves and extends Medicare...that defies common sense, and can only be believed if you believe in the typical Washington, D.C. Blue Smoke and Mirrors accounting practices.
Mitt Romney has pledged that any savings that are made in Medicare will be left in the Medicare Trust Funds, and that will extend and secure the program past the 2016 date when the Medicare overseers state that the Hospital Trust Fund would go into bankruptcy at present, and the Practioners Trust Fund in 2024.
As to young Chris Hayes, he might want to research a little history of the Reagan years before he shoots his brash mouth off about Reagan govenment expencitures totaling 22% in some years of the Reagan Administration. Seems as I recall as I lived through those years of the 80s as a concerned post graduate school working adult (instead of the grammar school student he was -at best), the skyrocketing interest rates we paid on the national debt and the runaway inflation costs of purchases of goods and services by the federal government (as well as John Q. Citizen) spawned under that other failed Democrat President, Jimmy Carter, coupled with the expansion of the nations Defense syetems and world posture under Reagan's prosecution of the Cold War that defeated the Soviet Union in the 80s did justifiably inflate the federal government's spending portion of the Gross Domestic Product. But we were no where near the total of $16 Trillion in Debt as a nation that we are now, which exceeds what our annual Gross Domestic Product is. And that thanks primarily to the wasteful and inefficient social spending of the Barrack Obama Administration that added going on $6 Trillion dollars of debt through annual runaway deficit spending, as he operates the Executive Branch without budget in his term of office. And the crippling of the growth rate of our economy (and hence our GDP) that Obama's anti-business, anti-Banks, and anti fossil fuels policies has created over his four years of tring to learn a job he just wasnt equiped to do, intellectually, by experience, or by ideology.
As to the comments of Al Sharpton, that video feed could not have cut him off fast enough to spare MSNBC the further embarassment of their most clueless commentator. LOL!
Nice try though Cab Driver...and you did get your nonsense and factually incorrect comment up first for a change, not that it did you any good on your quest to prove your "superior intellect" over this author.
The President didn't say what the transcripts said he said, he said what the voices in Grandpa's head told him they said...
Same ones that told him Biden was a Congress or that my father--whom he's never met or known--was a career military officer when he left the service before I was born. Or that Keith Olbermann had been fired twice from jobs when the number is only one. Shoot, I was fired twice myself, back in the 70's before I quit drinking.
And they weren't my facts--or Keith Olbermann's--Grandpa. We're just the messengers.
We've got Lyin' Ryan and Long-nose Longey to deal with folks. Don't take any prisoners...
Well, it's time to honor the late Ann Richards and note that Governor Romney is another who was born with a silver foot in his mouth...
Elmer Romney's traveling evangelical presidential campaign... Milo Minderbinder for president folks. Brought to you by a casino mogul (even though Romney's religion is against gambling) and two crackpot billionaires who still believe in a world Communist conspiracy because it's good for their business to do so...
As I noted, Romney and his staff vetted the lies Ryan mouthed so smoothly last night, and he bears the responsiblity for what was said.
Ryan--and Eric Cantor--were part of the bi-partisan group put together to address budget issues, and they staged a phony walk out to sabotage the proceedings...
Quit gilding the lily, Cabbie...
As usual, ignore the facts, Cab Driver. "The president didn't say what the transcripts of his campaign speech in Feb, 2008 said he said", and like Harry Ried, you heard that from a reliable anonymous source I guess, hmmm Cab Driver, "not driving a cab for a living but a committee of three PHDs (one of whom is a psychologist" as you posted last week. And you most definitely did post two months ago that your father was a graduate of West Point and a retired Colonel in the Army over the discussion of my military service and my father's and son's military service and my knowledge due to my Top Secret, Crypto, Cosmic clearance and my military positon reporting to the Commanding General of the Southern European Task Force in our NATO deployments regarding the removal by Kennedy of the nuclear armed missles in Italy and Turkey in secret after negotiations with Kruschev in the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962. Ring bell now? Its in the archives.
Hint...try to keep to one make believe persona, that way you won't be wondering from day to day what you have pretended to believe yesterday, or last week, or two months ago, Cab Driver.
By the way, your poor attempt to double back on your original post on this topic as Olberman reaslized as CNN reported immediately last night that the last trucks rolled off that Janesville, Wisconsin plant's assembly line in June of 2009, not December, 2008 as you originally posted at 1:30 AM mountain time and Olbeberman originally reported. Nice try...you failed to check, believing twice fired (once by MSNBC and once Al Gore) Olberman. That guy really ought to stick to football, he has no business discussing matters before the body politic.
And by the way, where is your attempt to refute my statements on the Medicare nonsense of the Obama Administration and Congressional Democrats, and the Chris Hayes nonsense on the Reagan years? Missing in action, oh you of the superior intgellect. LOL!
What a loser!
The archives on what I said are available for all to see, Grandpa... You're too lazy to look them up and too terrified to find out what a horse's hind end you are... I suspect Adam_Selene will fact check those, but my expectations of an apology are about on par with what hope I hold for an honest word from the Romney camp.
I've been warning you about those voices between your ears for years now... And now you've slipped into "gaslighting." Did they teach you those in that alleged counseling training you've claimed?
Okay, Cabdriver Confession time again... White House Secretary jay Carney noted the same story I did about the Romney operative who said the campaign "was not going to be dictated to by fact checkers."
Maybe I'm really Mr. Carney...
The last Chevrolet trucks at that plant were made in December of '08... You're referring to one assembly line of Izuzus that was kept open slightly longer...
Great American company and Great American truck line, those Izuzus... And you can visit Ed's site for a first hand story from a woman whose family lost their jobs at Janesville and when...
BTW, you're not even finding any allies on the right after Lyin' Ryan's last night charade... Let's start with Andrew Sullivan...
http://andrewsullivan.thedailybeast.com/2012/08/the-lies-of-paul-ryan.html
http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2012/08/30/michael-tomasky-on-paul-ryan-s-convention-speech-and-his-web-of-lies.html
It just boggles the mind to imagine how Paul Ryan can stand up there and lash Barack Obama for abandoning Bowles-Simpson when he did exactly that himself. Or for taking $716 billion out of Medicare that Ryan's own budget also removes from Medicare. Or try to blame him for the closing of a GM plant that actually closed while George W. Bush was president. Those three lies are just the beginning of a cavalcade that followed. I can't in clear conscience call such a speech "good" or "effective." But I will acknowledge that Ryan can spin the goods like nobody's business...
And three of the "Top Five" stories on WaPo are about Romney's adversion for the truth..."Romney Fails--The Truth": "Ryan Full of Falsehoods"; "Mr. Ryan's Misleading Speech."
Yes, Mr. President. We've managed to get ahead of them on all of those stories.
/Jay Carney voice off
Even CNN (I already linked Fox) is saying...
http://www.cnn.com/2012/08/30/politics/pol-fact-check-ryan-gm/index.html?hpt=hp_t2
But to fairly evaluate Obama's statement, at least two pieces of context -- missing from Ryan's account -- would be useful: First, that Obama wasn't telling this plant that he'd save it from a pending closure. He wasn't addressing a plant that he knew to be closing, because the closure announcement didn't come until four months after his speech. Second, although the plant's last bit of production stopped early in Obama's presidency and the plant remains closed, the closure was planned before Obama became president.
Easy to see why you like CNN, but I'm not impressed... Got a man crush on Anderson Cooper, perhaps?
And then there's the link at the bottom which notes, "Ryan ignores his own role in the failure of the Bowles-Simpson panel."
Okay, I need to hose this roadkill off the highway: Keith Olbermann orchestrated his own departure from MSNBC last year; that much is apparent from what's emerged from information about how the deal with Al Gore was done. And honest, I never voted for Gore...
Ah, I see the Repugnikans are going to give their geriatric crowd a testosterone fix with Rowdy Yates/Dirty Harry coming in...
I can hear Grandpa Fuzz's heavy breathing through cyber-space...
I happened to own a Chevy Light Utility Vehicle (designated LUV) truck with an Izuzu diesel engine in the 80s that took me around this country ant to work in the Northeast after I used it on my leased 200 acre farm in Western Massachusetts, and it was a maintence free vehicle for 130,000 miles and still was when I traded it in on a Dodge Dakota Truck, Cab Driver. Manufactured in partnership by GM, Cab Driver. But I see you completely failed to address the fact that GM's management wanted to reopen the Janesville Truck and SUV plant in 2010 to begin again with short wheel based and long wheel based SUV and Truck assembly (MODELS: Chevrolet Surburban, and XT900 Trucks), dissaprroved by their new overlords, the federal govenment that had nationalized GM by the purchase of stock and stock otptions to own it with GM Unions and employees outright. Capitalism and free markets, a wondeful thing, until it isn't anymore under rule of a head in the clouds Nationalist Socialist like Barrack Obama that never made a promise he would fullfill on his way to the presidency, and never fullfilled a promise.
Larry! It is being reported that both romney and Ryan ordered vanilla milkshakes at a Dairy Queen this morning. Neither even considered ordering a chocolate shake.
What better proof do you need that they are racists?
Ryan Lies Again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
See my posts bove for the truth response to this fool CSNYNJ's MSNBC poisoned pap parroting!
That individual under the blanket waiting for transportation to the psychiatric ICU is good old Keith "Long Nose" Longey...
They always keep a bed ready for him.
Can't refute the facts, so go to the insults...classic liberal hogwash, Cab Driver, you loser!
The apparent Republican ineptness in this campaign can be explained as a result of one of two reasons -- (i) they are truly incompetent, or, more dangerously, (ii) they know that the election is already in the bag. The Republians may be a lot of things, but evidence has shown that politically stupid and incompetent are not among them.
I believe that there are several assumptions they are employing that they think will assure them of victory in November. First is that there is the natural erosion of support for a president that has been trying to govern with an intransigent Congress, and who has made his fair share of political mistakes.
Second is the strategy based on the Big Lie. Though commentators have mentioned this from time to time, they very discretely do not name the originator of this startegy. This strategy has been made possible by Citizens United, of course.
These two factors are not enough, in themselves, to positively tip the election. The most important factor -- and the one they seem to be depending on -- is the coordinated voter suppression laws passed in a number of states. Though there are court challenges to many of these laws, it will probably be well past the election when decisions are handed down that the laws are unconstitutional. This will undoubtedly limit Romney to one term, but the damage will have already been done.
The combination of these three factors may well be enough to give Romney a victory. I don't think the poll numbers take this third factor into account. The numbers may therefore be misleading, giving the Democrats a false sense of security, which plays into the Republican strategy. Instead of gloating over the Romney/Ryan campaign's seeming ineptness, it might be better to be more cautious.
Remember 2010 which was just the beginning, and examine the fact that the polls now show this as a neck and neck race without the ability of the incumbant president OBAMA to get to 50% support, and not a viable 3rd party candidate on the horizon to help draw from the Republicans as Bill Clinton twice enjoyed.
And those polls show that Romney enjoys a 12% margin of victory as the candidate most trusted to deal with the problems of the weak economy and unemployment, while Romney also holds a 15% margin of victory with the electorate in the ability to deal with the dangerous fiscal situation we are in now, and which will only get worse without serious reforms.
So you do the math, Alex...as those three issues are the #1,#2, and #3 concerns of the American people according to the pollsters.
Harry, I mean Larry, what room were you in, you should put up on your blog where you stated that the Golf joke earlier in the day was racist ( you should put that up for those who think you are smart) to see. Racism that is all you got. That has got to be the dumbest thing you have said. EVER.
I like that idiot that says Ryan is a liar about medicare, then says the funneling of money is " not really true". Come on, it is or it isn't. You should have read the blog just above yours, if you don't believe him you can go to gov.org and read it yourself. How stupid do you think the American public is. Even, Mr O'Donnell, right here on MSNBC has, admitted that the removal of the money from medicare it true, and then dismissed the whole thing as, not a big deal, because the money was taken from the providers side.
Where do liberals get there basic rules for what is ethical and true? Did they have some 12 year old girl modify the ten rules for why a woman is always right? You call Ryan a liar based on something that is " Not really true" yet is black and white true ( the money was removed, you just don't think it is important to pay the doctor, it doesn't mean the money wasn't removed.
Liberalism: When you get schooled by the truth, redirect the discussion to some meaningless point and skirt the real issue.
You liberals are entitled to your opinions, but you live in an alternate universe if you think your "facts" are based in reality. Ryan was right about the Janesville GM plant. It operated until April 2009, after Obama's inauguration. The SUV production shut down in December 2008, under Bush's closing days, but the plant could have been saved by Obama. He didn't. It's not worth arguing with you idiots, though, because you just won't face facts.
Right... This from an Olbermann tweet again...
http://afp.google.com/article/ALeqM5h02VGip7lek1Z7nWSXi4VLhYpB2g
Jun 3, 2008-General Motors predicted Tuesday that the era of the gasoline guzzlers is ending as it announced plans to close four North American truck and sports utility vehicle plants and ramp up production of new fuel-efficient vehicles.
The White House called the announcement a sign that the auto giant was "adapting well" to market shifts.
That was the Bush White House, gonzo... And elsewhere on Ed's site and others, workers from Janesville Plant are telling stories of how outraged they were that they lost their jobs at Christmas time.
A small skeleton crew operated to manufacture some Izuzu trucks (translation: Japanese) to fill an earlier contract.
I tried to introduce Grandpa above to the word "quibble," particularly as it relates to our armed forces service academies, but he just started drooling, the Instant Etch-a-Sketh of his cognitive impairment being obvious to everyone.
You should get yourself checked as well...
The Janesville, Wisconsin plant is still listed as on standby for reactivation, and GM wanted to reactivate it for SUV and Truck assembly again in 2010 as demand was picking up, but that was nixed by the Obama Administration that wanted all GMs emphasis on light, small fuel efficient autos, and vehicle made in Mexico, Canada, and Europe, like the Opal. And now as the economy turns bad again, and unemployment rises and average family annual income drops to a total of $4,500 less in 2012 than what it was at the end of 2008, consumers have gone on a purchase strike, and the drop in GM stock price has escalated the the loss to the tax payers of the federal govenment's "investment" in GM to over $50 billion.
End of story: more Obama promises unfullfilled.
They adjusted the GDP growth percentage upward yesterday to 1.7%, folks. That's the one Fuzzie didn't even understand a month ago when he was turd tossing... The archives are available for that one, too..
Joan Walsh just addressed that claim of yours about the plant re-opening, and I see the lovely and talented Debbie Wasserman-Schultz just pointed out that Ryan voted against the stimulus package but then wrote to the Administration asking for funds because he felt it would create jobs...
The shameless hussy...
That reminds me? The usual entertainment is missing from this year's convention. Where's Sarah? Where's Bachmann? Where's Christine O'Donnell? Where's Ann Coulter? Where's Allen West?
The closest thing I've seen to a sex symbol is Arizona governor Jan Brewer, and while she might get Fuzzie hot-and-bothered, she doesn't have many other members of her fan club.
Okay, I just figured out the answer to my question, "Where's Sarah Palin?" And all of the rest, of course...
The Etch-a-Sketch ate them...
I'm more of a Pam Bondi guy myself, Cab Driver...but i guess you wouid be one to label that Attorney General of Florida who led the fight against the ObamaCare plans to coerce the states to expand Medicaid, and to use the Interstate Commerce clause to enforce federally proscribed one size fits all health insurance policies designed in Washinton, D.C on state or federal markets! Both found unconstitutional by the Supreme Court due in good part to Pam Bondi's arguing the case in the federal court systems successfully. But I am sure you like other liberal posters would call her a Stepford woman, Barbie Doll like, brainless bimbo...instead of the beautiful and brainy blonde she is. 18 women speakers on the first day of the Republican convention, all except for Ann Romney political office holders. More hispanic pubic office holders than the Democrats could muster for their too soon to come Convention next week, having to go to a Mayor on a solid Red State Texas for their Keynote speaker token hispanic leader.
And you want to trot out the self discrediting Copngresswoman Wasserman-Schultz and Joan Walsh (author of What's The Matter With White People?)? Loser! Try Gov. Martinez of New Mexico, Hispanic and Republican, Gov Nicki Haley of South Carolina, Indian-American and Republican, and former National Security Council Chief and Secretary of State Condi Rice, Afro-American and Republican. The Democrat Party can't even begin to touch that kind of diversity!
It's over folks. These ladies have spoken...

Watch the video... Seriously...
Daily Kos, Huffington Post, unemployed discredited would be journalists Keith Olberman and David Shuster, both fired from this poor excuse of a news and commentary network...is that all you have Cab Driver.
18 women with prominant speaking roles on the first day of the Republican Convention, and more last night...only non office holders Ann Romney, wife of the candidate and former National Security and Secretary of State Condi Rice.
More black, brown, and women Republican office holders at the podium in two days than the Democrats have mustered in their three day schedule. And you want to continue with that "War on Women" nonsense, Cab Driver? From the ultra left wing blog Daily Kos?
Stick this in your craw and chew on it awhile Cab Driver: Connecticut is certainly not considered a swing state, its is usually solid blue...having a huge majority of voters registered Democrat than Independant or Republican. And yet the most recent released highly respespected Quinipiac University poll and backed by the Rasmussen poll, both of which measure LIKELY voters, rather than just Registered voters shows Obama, who carried Connecticut by 23 points in 2008, has right now only a 7 point lead over yet to introduce himself before the National Convention Mitt Romney, and Rasmussen shows a 6% only Obama lead.
Hint: 1) Connecticut has the highest per capita income levels in the country and recoil at Obama's planned tax increases, 2) Connecticut borders on Massachusetts, and our residents are totally familiar with the excellant record of success that Gov. Romney had in Massachusetts...cutting a deficxit of $2.7 billion dollars and balancing the budget 4 straight years without raising taxes (in fact, getting rid of the onerous 0.5% income surtax to the 5% income tax rate put in by the Dukakis administration, and leaving his successor a rainy day fund of over $1 billion. And dropping the new job growth statisitic from 51st (worst in the nation when he took office, to 30th when he left office, as the state added 50,000 new high paying technology, education and health service jobs, and retail and warhousing obs to replace the dwindling tool and die manufacturing jobs and textile jobs that had left for the Southeast and Mexico and Asia of the old economy. Oh yes, revitalized the states K-12 and higher education systems, and added a scholarship of tuition free enrollment for the top 25% academic standing highschool seniors desiring an college education in state supported colleges and universities.
You do the math, Cab Driver. Romney obviously has support with Democrat voters, Indepandant voters, and women voters, hispanic, and black voters in this state to be doing so well in the polls in this blue state that now is classified as "leaning to Obama only". And the Romney/Ryan campaign is just beginning.
Oh well!
Thank you O'Donnell. You are fighting long & hard to uphold the truth & make Republicans accountable for all the lies they are telling. But their lies are so rampant I hope that you are not overwhelmed by the onslaught. I watched lyin' Ryan's speech and was struck by how TV commentators didn't mention the many lies lyin' Ryan told. The commentators spoke about things like: How Ryan energized the base. How he attacked President Obama. How Ryan seemed nervous at first and had a frog in his throat. I think that what was in his throat was residue from all of that excrement he was spewing on the crowd. Google: Lying for the Lord. It brings up several websites, some with video, all of them reference Mormon books that show lying is sanctioned by that faith in the pursuit of ones ambitions. So lying is like praying to Romney and obviously, he is a very devout man.
Guess again, nitwit!
Here's the picture of the plant closing and the date. Ryan lied, and it's inconceivable that he wasn't aware of it.

Janesville, Wisconsin GM Truck and SUV Plant remains on standby throughout the Obama administration for reactivation, but the Federal government is calling the shots at GM now since Feb 2009, and the last trucks same off its assembly line in June, 2009, 4 months after the TARP buy in and restructuring of the troubled auto and truck manufacturer, and five months after Obama was inaugerated. Those are the undeniable facts...end of story, Cab Driver.
O'Donnel is truly a punk_ss bitch who needs a good beatdown
