Mitt Romney leaving a prep for the convention in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire on Monday.
Organizers at the Republican National Convention today treated credentialed members of the media to gift bags, filled with all sorts of goodies ranging from flyers and a pocket fan to a hardcover copy of Mitt Romney’s book, No Apology. But as The Washington Examiner first reported, it's not just any version of Romney’s book. It's a collectors' edition because it happens to include since-edited out references to Romney's health care law in Massachusetts.
In the older version, which was the same one passed out in Tampa, Romney's book reads, "We can accomplish the same thing for everyone in the country, and it can be done without letting government take over health care." That sounds an awful lot like wanting to spread healthcare around the country, as if his model could be a blueprint for the country's universal health care system.
The re-edited version tones down most of that enthusiasm. Now it simply reads, "And it was done without government taking over health care."
Texas Governor Rick Perry attacked Romney over these same rewrites during the Republican primaries, accusing him of flip-flopping on health care.

The state of Massachusetts' health care plan requiring state citizens was designed as an intra-state private health insurance plan without government utilization commissions that exist only to ration health care by regulating what procedures medical providers should use, does not by an ivory tower Health and Human Services Department design one size fits all health insurance policies forced on the separate states thru federally established "markets" in the states, and does not use tax payers dollars to subsidize individual health insurance policies, or expand Medicaid far above the income levels that it formerly provided low income or disabled individuals. Nor does it mandate to health insurance compamies a maximum level of administrative costs or profit levels and CEO and upper and middle management salaries as ObamaCare does. Nor does the Massachusetts' private health insurance based state plan steal $716 billion dollars from senior citizens and some disabled individuals Medicare Trust fund to pay for this new coercive "entitlement" health program's excesses.
The power grab over 20% of our nation's gross domestic product, forced upon the individual states by an ill defined federal government "taxing authority" only (the argument that this law bill of goods passed by a Democrat Party President with a Democrat Party controlled Congress (Un)affordible Care Act was ustifiable under the federal governments inter state commerce regulatory powers was found unconstitutional by the Supreme Court in June) will be dismantelled by a Romney administration, and workable legislation that is affordable will be offered as a sane replacement.
The beast (666) is upon us, FOX news F=6, O (15th letter)1+5=6, X (24th letter)
2+4=6. Revelations tells us the beast has7 heads and 10 horns and 10 crowns which equal 27. If Romney iselected he will be the 27thelected Republican president. (Remember the Democrat- Republicans and the Whig Parties both turned into the Republican Party). FOX (Murdock) also owns 27 television stations in the USA. Revelation 13.1 And I stood upon thesand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
Revelation 13:11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the
earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.Bain Capital (Romney’s Baby) Owns Clear Channel which owns 866 radio stations and PremiereRadio Networks, a national radio network that serves nearly 5,800 radio station affiliates and has over 213 million weekly listeners. FOX (Murdock = 1st beast) and Bain (2nd beast) work together.
Revelation 13:12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. [13:13] And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come downfrom heaven on the earth in the sight of men, [13:14] And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. [13:15] And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. [13:16] And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free
and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: [13:17]
And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of
the beast, or the number of his name.
We as knowledgeable Christians cannot let the beast in, we must resist
his lies and gain knowledge and give warning
Even more fun to watch this debate exchange now
While it's fun to read the eschatological warnings contained above- it still looks like the interpretation is rather thin. I do not think any one can ever make clear the inherently murky Apocrypha, let alone attach the figures to a single personality. Conservatives, religious ones, have always forced the latest evil in their eyes to fit. From Kaiser Wilhelm, to Adolph Hitler, to Stalin and the entire Soviet Union, to the Common Market of Europe, the current EU- and, of course Barack Obama. Oops! Don't forget the Pope, whoever he is at the time.
Perhaps some of these figures and institutions have done the devil's work- but one recognizably good way to tell is the results of their actions, policies and programs. Obvious then, that the GOP and their seemingly extraterrestrial candidate, Mitt, are out to open up the pit of hell for everyone but whom they serve- the upper 2%.
It is taken a while to figure Romeny out but finally the convention pulled it together. Romney is essentially a compulsive personality type. Another famous example would be Queen Elizabeth II. Compulsives are known for their excessive devotion to work. They appear as stiff, formal, solemn, grim, serious and unrelaxed. Their smiles seem forced. They are not to fond of emotional displays as they see it as essentially frivolous, and a demonstration of a lack of control. They tend to try and control these factors in their immediate environment, so they are in a sense the epitome of a wooden, wet blanket. In addition, they are known for their perfectionism to the extent that they become indecisive based on their overwhelming fear of making a mistake. They are also know as being subsequience to those above them, and dismissive of those below them. They are very much into status, and the dominance-submissive roles involved int he social hierarchy. These types want the approval of those above them and will bend over backwards to get it, but are contempous and rude to those below them. They like others to go by the rules, although they do not expect this of themselves. Welcome to what it will be like under a Romney presidency.
most scholars and intelligent people now believe the books of the apocalypse were a symbol filled warning to early christians about the roman empire at a time when writing in astraight forward way would get you martyred. why blame the devil when man himself has created all the significant evil and horror w/o any extraterrestrial influence from a pointy eared (not mr. spock),pointy tailed (not dr.spock) little red guy. what scares me though is a cypher, a pod person if you will, who will adopt any position then spin on a dime to be agin it when it suits him (and he thinks it suits you.) who will knowingly lie with a smile on his face til caught then deny he ever lied and refuses to discuss it again and asks us to TRUST him. I trust death and taxes. they are the only certainty except for super-rich who avoid taxes and leave the rest of us holding the bag. and if we're gonna have a mormon president my vote goes to marie osmond. i like her and i think she is more trustworthy than mitt podney
MSNBC hosts are the biggest bunch of places where people crap from that i have ever heard coming from a so called new outlet.
