Casino tycoon Sheldon Adelson, a major contributor to Mitt Romney’s election effort, is pressing the Republican nominee to come out for the release of Israeli spy Jonathan Pollard, a major Republican donor and associates of Adelson and Romney tell The Daily Beast.
Romney has rejected the request so far, telling Adelson he would have to review the relevant intelligence material accessible to him as president before granting Pollard clemency, said the sources, who are relaying accounts of conversations from both Adelson and Romney...

Hah, and so it begins..... and we were to really believe there weren't any strings attached to the money.
Just watch and see what those millions will gain those millionaires as they purchase their piece of the Mitt Romney presidency. The average voter should expect to get the shaft.
And that's just the FIRST request. They only get harder after this.
PLus, Adelson wants Romney to shut down the Justice Department investigation into whether his company (illegally) bribed officials in Macao to gain favors for his casinos. More to come on that one.

The issue is not just that Adelson wants a favor, but that he wants the favor for ISRAEL. Essentially, that makes Sheldon Adelson an Israeli agent acting on behalf of those in Israel who are so anxious for Pollard's release. The represented parties include activist groups, high-profile Israeli politicians,and even Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Adelson should register as an Israeli agent.

Hey didn't idiot Obama award multiple multi million dollar contracts to some of his higher money donors? That's right, companies like Solyndra and other "green" companies. Then they all went bust. Yeah that's right. So now we have one of Romneys big money guys asking for a favor? Well of course he is. Are people actually that clueless? Do you think all these high dollar folks donate thousands of dollars to political campaigns because they like these people? Of course not. They want something in return. Not only went into bankruptcy, but moved their operations overseas, to Mexico, Norway, and the Asian nations, including China! LOL! They call that off shoring using tax payers dollars, no less! And GM is the largest transgressor, as their $80 billion of direct monies from the US Treasury resulted in only saving 50,000 jobs in the US, while Mexico, Canada, and Europe have 220,000 jobs.
