If it's not the governments job to make jobs then it's the job of business and industry to do so. Were they not all given tax breaks to do so? Where are the jobs?? Many of these millionaire capitalists aka money manipulators moved their industries overseas where wages are less than $3 an hour and the labor and environmental laws are lax or nonexistent and still got their big tax breaks because of loopholes put in the laws that were put there by their republican puppets in congress, they had a few lap dogs that were democrats too, but they were the ones call "blue dog" democrats, aka elephants in donkey suits who's main purpose was to ensure any democrat majority in congress never got anything done that the republicans didn't secretly really wanted to happen. These "Bush tax cuts" were passed by a republican majority legislature, and many of them are still in there. Under the guise of making jobs. Yup! they made lots of jobs in China and India, for every US worker laid off they were able to hire 4 or 5 in China, and they are free to destroy the environment at will there. Do you all remember how polluted the air was there for the Olympics held in China? You can thank American Capitalists for all that visible pollution in the air for our athletes to breath. They sure to care about the welfare of their Chinese workers don't they. It's all about the greed, the need for greater profits every year, as long as those numbers are bigger they are happy and they don't give a damn who gets hurt in the process. Yes I long for the good old days too, back when corporations had to lookout for the good of the country as a whole at the same levels that they looked out for their profits. I still can't find it in all of the Constitution that says anyone has guaranteed profits or any company was too big to fail, and that it was the people's duty to ensure that at all costs. You do have a right to try and profit, but you do not the right to HURT anyone or the nation in that endeavor. Damage to the environment is damage to the people. Also we need to put the tax rates for the war profiteering companies at the highest rate that there was during WW 2. They are profiting off all of these wars that their congressional lap dogs voted for they get to pay for it too. If we did that for all wars and make them retroactive to the beginning of these wars this nation would be debt free. And we probably wouldn't be at war today, nor would we be so quick to start any.

CNN's Media Criticism and Analysis show today examined the bru ha ha about Mr. Romney's so called gaffes while overseas on his trip to meet with leaders of Great Britian, Isreal, and Poland. The gist of the criticism is that the print press reporters felt slighted that broadcast jounalists received more interviews by Mr. Romney overseas than they did, so instead of reporting on the speeches Mr. Romney made and life press briefings by the candidate/visitor Mr. Romney, they looked for so called "gaffes" and reported on those, and challenged him in indocorous mocking shouted questions at the Polish Holy site of Poland's Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, trying to make and make up the news, instead of reporting the news.
