A new poll shows Obama ahead of Mitt Romney in three key swing states. Here are some more stories we're looking at for the Last Word rundown tonight:

Those polls are based on registered voters, and the fact of the matter is it is common knowledge that the motivated likely voters will be the ones polled on election day that count, It is estimated that these polls (not the Rasmussen poll) overestimates the Obama support by close to 8%.Pennslyvania went in 2010 for a Republican Governor, a Republican Senator, 5 new Republican Congressmen, and control of the Legislator in the Tea Party revolt to Obama's oolicies. Similar stories with the Goverorship and Senator and House members in Ohio, and also the Governor and State legislature in Florida returned Republicans.
With the economy still turning down, unemploymebt high with no sign of improvement, the declling GDP and consumer spending, and the shrinking ISM numbers announced today, its looking very ominous for Obama. His only gambit left to him is a manufactured Octobet surprise on some crisis causing event in foreign relations, and then he loses his base anti war votrs, and the motivated conservatives still vote for Romney in that event. I sure wouldn't like to be playing Obama's hand, that's for sure.
Congrats to O'Donnell for being #1 in the ratings for MSNBC. Way-to-go!
Ah...but he was up against felloe commentators that were on vacations, and had little known standin substitutes. But being topof the 4th ranked of 4 political commentary networks is hardly an accomplishment to warrent congratulations, reveal.
Lawrence, lighten up on Romney or they're going to dump him at the convention, then we'll be in deep sh*t.
PS: Lawrence, you rock. Your smooth style, deep knowledge and keen moral compass are something my husband and I look forward to every night. Thanks.
More like deep Bullputty than knowledge, Romana, and how can one be said to have a "keen moral compass" when their journalistic ethics are in such disrepair?
