Below is a Case Study of being terrorized by the police through cell phones:

You really want to know what the police are doing with these cell phone devices, cell phone information, emergency phones..."Cyber-Stalking innocent people" please read below:

They are terror Stalking people with these emergency cell phones devices, and illegally cyber-stalking individuals and illegally down loading their personal emails. They are then using this illegally(unwarranted materials obtained) to create stories on police reports that warranted individuals houses being broken into later. the Police then manufacture charges against individuals.

I am sociologist who was educated at Penn State University and the University of Maryland. I have three honorable discharges from the United State Army (88-96, and after 9/11 03-05). I am a former FT sociology instructor/prof that taught at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania and part-time at Penn State University.

I have a time-line I had created from an incident that had happened to me at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania. The ACLU in Washington D.C. had directing me to create a time-line of my victimization. I filed formal complaints against the college because I had discovered adult students were being placed into the classrooms in order to harass/mob and cause the professors as many problems there as possible. Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania was assisting in having adult students placed in classes, and the driving professors out of the community college in Lancaster Pa. I blew the whistle on them and called the Pa Governor. They were targeting U.S. Veterans, disabled veterans, Vulnerable U.S. veterans, the outspoken, outsiders, whistleblower, and HOMOSEXUALS.

Through my research three professors were harassed/mobbed and chased off in less than two years, and a fourth person if you count the HOMOSEXUAL ex-marine who was discriminated against and chased off at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania (two of these individuals made the newspaper outside lancaster Pa. And the other individual I have piles of emails from), Once Harrisburg Area Community College chased these good instructors/professors/individuals off they would be replaced by the following:RELATIVES, Friends, fellow Freemasons, and Eastern Stars (female masons).

I grew in the working class city of York Pennsylvania. My entire family had served in the service. I am a third generation U.S. Army Veteran. These guys at Harrisburg Area Community College were pulling an old trick that truck drivers used to do. Union/Freemason truck drivers would harass/agitate non-union/non-freemason truckers. The Union/freemason truck drivers would harass the non-union/non-freemason truckers until they would leave or quit. It the non-union/non-freemason truck drivers did not quit or leave they would spread rumors about the non-union/non-freemason truck drivers. The Union/freemason truck drivers would then agitate, harass, and provoke the non-union/non-freemason truck drivers until they were psychologically worn down and would lash back in frustration. Once the non-union/non-freemason truck drivers would do this, the freemason police supervisors would be contacted, and the non-union/non-freemason truck drivers would be arrested and charged with felonies. They quickly be black ball or black listed by a journalist in the press. The non-union/non-freemason truck drivers careers would thus be effectively destroyed.

*I was academically mobbed(worked placed harassed) at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster and harassed by cell phone so much I had to spend a year and a half in the hospital. Academic Mobbing/work place harassment is a very intense type of harassment that leaves lasting effects or similar to the truma a tortured POW might experience. I had no control over my harassment. (I told the dean 12x about one 33 year old who was harassing me and stalking me. This adult student was working with a female student from the same town called Maheim Pa. This adult student harassed me from 3 to 7x a day for weeks, and months. He knew what he was doing. I told the dean at HACC in Lancaster by phone, email, and in person what this adult student was doing to me. The Dean did nothing! Later I found out the Dean's relative was placed in my office. This relative attacked and harassed me. I did not know this was the Dean's relative who had harassed me. It was kept a secret. This relative was teaching sociology without the correct degree by HACC policy nor by the sociology dept policy.) This was all document officially. Work place harassment/academic mobbing like I experienced leaves lasting effects: PTSD, anxiety disorders, severe depression, night terrors, and bad dreams. And nobody really know what is wrong with you after you had been mobbed/worked placed harassed. This is what happened to me. I have witnesses, and a list of people involved. I was mobbed/harassed for over a year so I sought out an academic attorney in Lancaster. The lawyer told me to immediately file complaint with the Pa Governors office, "this has nothing to do with your teaching. You are great teacher." I filed formal complaints with the Pa Governors office of the Human Relations Commission and the EEOC. Those complaints are as followed:PHRC Case No.200800802 & EEOC Case No. 17F200960329. After filing those complaints I established myself as a "whistleblower". At that point I began being stalked in the community. What I experienced was similar to "corporate stalking" The ACLU refers to it as: Community Based Mobbing utilizing neighborhood watch groups.

The day after my formal complaints reached Harrisburg Area Community College the police began a lengthy bogus investigation on me. I began receiving text messages, and calls on my cell phone. Only the police have "emergency cell phones", I presume. I received messages and calls from 5 to 6 phones. A lot were "Emergency Cell phones". My friend was there, and witnessed the calls and text messages. It was bizarre! I was Cyber-Stalked and my email account was HACKED(dumped) and my emails were illegally taken from me with out a warrant. The police reports were written in a way to create the illusion I was DANGEROUS, and unstable. This was to assist later in obtaining a search warrant by law enforcement officials in their social network. After 10 months of being harassed and stalked by cell phone I was charged by the University of Delaware security department in Newark. I was charged with stalking my ex-girlfriend. I was threw in jail at 12x the normal amount of bail. And then the University of Delaware security led by ex-FBI agents found out through my neighborhood watch group my roommate left the house on WOODS ave in Lancaster and nobody was home at my house. These University of Delaware security guards then rushed up to my house and broke in through the window.

When the University of Delaware security busted in through my window it was three weeks before the Pa Governor had order Harrisburg Area Community College to answer the 70+ counts of harassment and discrimination on the PHRC and EEOC complaints. The break in through the window was 10 months after the formal complaints reached HACC. This lengthy bogus investigation was designed to trump-up charges on a whistleblower started just after my formal complaints had reached Harrisburg Area Community College. The bogus investigation lasted 10 months. They were terrorizing me through these cell phones. They were stalking me through these cell phones. Harassing me!

These University of Delaware security guards led by ex-FBI agents (I do have their names.) set me up for "FAKE" stalking my ex-girlfriend. The truth of the matter is these University of Delaware security guards were stalking me from Newark Delaware through these emergency cell phones, and Cyber-Stalking me and illegally(unwarranted) stealing and down loading my emails. After they threw me in jail at 12x the normal amount of bail, these University of Delaware security guards contacted the WOODS ave neighborhood watch group and found nobody was home at my house. When these security guards broke into the house they took the following: College books, piled my ex-girlfriends gifts of POLO shirts up on the middle of the bed, and my three U.S. Army medals laying on the dresser vanished from my three honorable discharges.

A Pa State Trooper watched them and called me 3x. This is what the Pa Trooper had stated to me, "I have never seen an investigation like this before. This certainly isn't state police protocol nor any I have ever seen before. We call people. We talk to people. We communicate with people and we just don't come out and bust into peoples houses. 90% of the stuff they had taken had nothing to do with any charges. You should get it all back. You don't have any guns. I don't get this. This is weird. They were walking across WOODS Ave to neighbor who they knew were home. They walked directly to their house. They talked to them as if they knew them. It was the middle of an afternoon on a summer weekday. They were going through your personal stuff, and taking pictures. This is strange. That U.D. security guard contacted OLE FREEMASON Ad Crable at the Lancaster newspaper. That U.D. security guard said that stuff to OLE FREEMASON Ad Crable. I am just the middle man here. I don't get this. I don't know." I wrote down everything the Pa Trooper had told me in journal. For two years I had kept journals. Two sociology professors had told me to do so. And file road mark complaints along the way. I did that.

Immediately after the Pennsylvania State Police and the University of Delaware security broke in through the window a journalist from the Lancaster Newspaper named OLE FREEMASON Ad Crable was contacted. OLE FREEMASON Ad Crable of the Lancaster Newspaper immediately placed me on the internet 12x, and internet black balled and internet black listed me.

For two years from Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster before my arrest rumors were being spread about me that I was the following: DANGEROUS, aggressive, a racist, unstable, on drugs, a time-bomb, a loose cannon, and that I had WEAPONS. I am pacifist that had never owned a gun in my life. I am reasonable man. I am quiet intellectual that had never done drugs in my life. I have proof of everything that was said above, who said it and where they had said those bad things about me.

I had spoken to an forensic psychologist down in New Castle Delaware psych clinic. Nobody could understand how nor why the crime had occurred of "FAKE" Stalking my ex-girlfriend. The forensic psychologist stated the following this to me, "I was honest. I was smart. They were really trying to hurt you. They wanted to get you for everything they could. You were very smart. I beleive you and I support you. Don't you think they are corrupt up in Pennsylvania too? They did a lot of things to you that you are unaware of. I beleive they sent those text messages to you, and those emails. When I first saw you, you were really bad. You are a little better now. It was my decision to keep you in Lancaster. I said "NO" to them. The prosecutor and the security guard wanted to have you placed in an institution. I told them you were fine, safe and not DANGEROUS and you are staying right up in Lancaster Pa. You are depressed." They wanted to have me diagnosed with schzophreni. they wanted to have me diagnosed with an delusional disorder in order to discredit me as a whistleblower, and so that nobody would beleive me when I told them they were sending me messages both texted, and calls by cell phones later. They were agitatingme, baiting me, luring me and provoking me by these emergency cell phones. They were stalking me, and charging me for "FAKE" stalking. It was pretty clever and sinister.

When I appeared before judge Jerome O. Herlihy in late December of 2010, this is what the honorable judge Jerome O. Herlihy had stated to me. This is pretty close to the courtroom transcripts, "What are University of Delaware security guards headed up to Lancaster Pa for anyway? Did your attorney communicate with you at all? Where did you get him? He isn't helping you. He is no good. Get rid of him. What kind of deal did these two give you. Do you not recall doing this because you simply did not do this crime. You are not DANGEROUS. Jail is for DANGEROUS people, and you are certainly not one of them. I am not going to put you in jail. what kind of meds do they have you on? there is nothing wrong with you. You are just depressed. Yes I will see your evidence. Any that you have. What is he whispering to you. tell me. Don't listen to him. This is weird. You are from York and not from Lancaster Pa. this doesn't sound right. What are University of Delaware security guards headed up to Lancaster Pa for anyway. This doesn't make any sense. Something is not right here."

The judge was never show the police reports riddled with lies. Judge Jerome O. Herlihy was never told about the text messages coming in from 5 to 6 phones. Both the I and the judge were never given the forensic psych evals. (I actually pulled them out of my counselors draws in Lancaster Pa and read them. The counselor didn't know I had done this. They said nothing but nice things about me. And specifically I was honest man.) The was not told about the whistleblower complaints nor that I was mobbed/harassed for well over a year at HACC.

When I obtained the University of Delaware police reports they were riddled with lies. A unknown "TRUSTWORTHY WITNESS" was calling into the university of Delaware and saying I was driving around Delaware. I was driving to my ex-girlfriend house and shining lights in her house. And I was at a gas station down in Delaware. I HACKED into my ex-girlfriends computer 400x. I don't even know how to do that. Even the text messages I had sent being pissed off were manufacture because I was being agitated, provoked, lured, and baited into a crime of trickery by cell phones. "Emergency Cell phones!" The only thing that was right about the U.D. police reports is my name. These guys were stalking me by cell phone, and harassing by cell phone. And then all the message they sent me vanished. It is a game to these cops. A game of hidden doors, and glass mirrors. Of mystery witnesses that dont exist and victims that are created. An illusion of a crime was committed against me by using cell phones in order to discredit, nullify, silence, and destroy a whistleblower.

Finally three weeks after my house was broken into by the University of Delaware security and the Pennsylvania State Police Harrisburg Area Community College finaly answered the Pa Governors order to answer the 70+ counts of harassment and discrimination on the PHRC and EEOC complaints. Those answer that were given three weeks after my house was broken into were "RIDDLED WITH LIES to the PA GOVERNOR". I assume when the state trooper stated "90% of the stuff being taken had nothing to do with any charges", I am guessing that those thing went to the attorney for Harrisburg Area Community College in order to help them respond to the 70+ counts of harassment and discrimination. I have 150 page time-line. It is detailed, and was finally transcribed from my journals over the period. Its the cell phones. They are being used as a terror weapon to set innocent people up. These security guards and police are using these emergency cell phones in order to stalk people and agitate them, and harass them, and then charge innocent people with the following: "FAKE" stalking, and "FALSE" harassment. It was based on trickery and an illusion due to the fact I was whistleblower. A crime of trickery by cell phones designed to nullify, discredit, silence, and destroy a whistleblower.

There is still time with the statue of limitation Mr. Lawrence O'Donnell. This is a "CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY". Nobody had helped me yet. I am a vulnerable U.S. Army Veteran. You wanted to know what they are doing with these cell phones, and now you know. I can explain in person. Give me rep from the ACLU, and a criminologist, and lawyer. This is what the police are doing to innocent citizens with these cell phones, the information and so fourth. Stalking innocent people! My case could set the foundation for future terror, and give others an example of what these cops are doing to vulnerable people. My case could help other people understand cell phone terror...Then again maybe it is just more wishful thinking by Obama supporter...

I have a 150 page time-line based on my victimization for being a whistleblower.

The University of Maryland's graduate program in soiciology was very selective. It was said, if you cant make it in the sociology department, certainly you could walk down the hall to the social work department, and that department will immediately accept you in to the social work department's program. The social work department took anybody and everybody as a social work candidate. This is not being said to be-little "the calling" of social work. From Brother Longey english, grammer, and rhetoric he soulds a lot like a social worker. Brother Longey writes simple and not complex.

Brother Longey is "Gaslighting" other individuals that come on to your site by leaving his bizarre comments. Perhap somebody may be paying him to spread misinformation on your site. lol "Gaslighting" is a psychological term. It's lying, and getting somebody to question their own beliefs to the point where they feel as though they are wrong and nuts or both. Often right wingers employ this tactic. Most of us just call Mitt Romney a liar, but truth of the matter is Mr. Romney is "GASLIGHTING" the public too...Just like you brother Longey.

My words above were written in your comment section Thursday July 12, 2012. In Mr Lichtblau New York Times article dated July 15 2012 he quotes Senator Charles E. Gressley an Iowa Republican. The honorable Senator Gressley stated, "The F.D.A. is discouraging Whistleblowers. "THEY" have absolutely no business reading the private e-mails of their employees. "THEY" think "THEY" can be the GESTAPO and do anything "THEY" want."

My grandfather fought in three campaigns with the 100th div U.S. Army against the Nazi's. My grandfather was a combat medic in the Battle for France, and the Battle for the Reich. He earned two Bronze Stars! Oh, and we have his DD214 too... In my father's house, sitting on a shelf sits a Nazi helmit my grandfather had taken off a dead Fascist soldier who was shot in through the head in France. My Cavlar Helmit sits to the right of my grandfathers helmit. Now when I turn my Cavlar Hemit to side it looks strikingly similar to the Fascist Helmit. Who the hell do "THEY" think "THEY" are reading my e-mails. Cyber-stalking me and down loading my emails illegally with out a warrant? Who hell do "THEY" think "THEY are taking those emails and transcribing an illusion on police reports deplicting me of being DANGEROUS, and unstable. Who do "THEY" think "THEY" are sending me text messages from "EMERGENCY CELL PHONES"? Who the hell do "THEY" think "THEY" are agitating, provoking me, and stalking me, and then putting me on the internet "orginally" 12x for "FAKE" stalking?

I never said I was a war hero. I am just a cog in the machine. I am just a sociologist. I simply filed formal complaint against Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania. Those complaints are as followed: PHRC Case No. 200800802 & EEOC Case No. 17F200960329. Yes, I guess I am a whistleblower. Hell, there were three others who were forced out and mobbed/harassed, and discriminated against in less than two years. We were replaced by the following:RELATIVES, Friends, Fellow Freemasons, and Eastern Stars. I am not from Lancaster, but I am from York. I have never experienced the things I have stated in my commented listed above. It is true!

I didn't work for the F.D.A., nor am I an award winning scientist who blew the whistle on a cancer causing drug. I am land owner, nor a big time journalist.

At the end of Mr. Lichtblau article "Vas F.D.A. Effort Tracked E-mails of It's Scientists" published July 15 2012. According to Mr. Lichtblau, he states, "The researchers whose e-mails were monitored. Those scientists did a google search for negative publicity that might hinder their chances for future employment." What the scientists were really looking for is to see if they were "INTERNET BLACK BALLED" or "INTERNET BLACK LISTED". That is what the scientists at the F.D.A. were really looking for on the internet.

Now looking at my letter above posted to Mr. Lawrence O'Donnell July 12, 2012 I state, "OLE FREEMASON" Ad Crable of the Lancaster Newspaper quickly placed me on the internet 12x, "INTERNET BLACK BALLING" and "INTERNET BLACK LISTING" me for being a whistleblower. For filing complaints with the PHRC & EEOC against Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pa. Currently OLE FREEMASON Ad Crable has lowered the "INTERNET BLACK BALLING", and "INTERNET BLACK LISTING" of me to just 6x. Is that "creditable"?

My e-mails were being down loaded. I was beig cyber-stalked. My computer was HACKED into illegally and my personal messages were stolen without a warrant. There wasn't any warrant! These emails were looked at. Then a story was created off these illegally down loaded emails by the University of Delaware security department. An illusion was created that I was DANGEROUS, and unstable. There are many lies on the University of Delaware police reports. Over the course of ten months, a lengthy bogus investigation would ensue. The AKA "INVESTIGATION" started soon after my formal complaints at the PHRC & EEOC reached Harrisburg Area Community College. The investigation lasted 10 months. This isn't terrorism by technology?

I was academically mobbed/harassed (google Kenneth Westhue Mobbing/work place harassment) at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster for over a year. I had enough of it, and spoke with attorney Vivian Narehood. I filed complaints with the PHRC & EEOC and I was fired. The harassment/mobbing I experienced at the college was relentless. For over year! The harassment was so intense the mobbing almost killed me. For almost the next year after my formal complaints reached the college I would receive text messages, and calls on my cell phones. Text messages would come in from "Emergency Phones", I presume only the police have "EMERGENCY PHONES". I do have witnesses to these phone calls. For ten months I was agitated, provoked, lured, and baited in to an illusion of a crime manufactured through trickery. I was cop stalked. I was police harassed me electronically. "CYBER-STALKED". This isn't terrorism by emergency cell phones?

The New York Times journalist Eric Lichtblau reported on July 15, "Computer spy software only cost 99 dollars." I would say certainly: And I am certainly no genius that I was harassed possibly electronically by this type of technology. Maybe it was spyware. Maybe these terrorist were simply illegally HACKING into my computer and stealing my personal emails. "CYBER-STALKING". It doesn't matter, something was going on with out a warrant. I have those University of Delaware police reports riddled with lies, and mysterious witnesses. And my phone was lighting up at all hours of the night, "EMERGENCY PHONES".

It would be nice ACLU and National Whistleblower Association if you could do something about my victimization. It did happen! I consider my victimization by legal terms: "A CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY". When I called the FBI they acted fu**ing stupid. They asked who is "THEY".

Don't act so fu**ing stupid. You know exactly what "THEY" are doing with the emails. Come on! They are down loading our emails and then hunting for anything they can in order to set a whistleblower up for a crime. This is exactly what they are illegally doing, down loading and reading peoples emails for the sake of setting them up. To counter a lawsuit. To make an ass out of a honest person. Or to simply have thier police brothers gang stalk a woman, and have her go home with a police stalker and harasser buddy. (Like at the university of Delaware in May of 2012.)

So what the scientists were looking for is negative information on the ineternet. What they were really looking for is material placed on the internet that would balk ball them or internet Black list them. So the letters and information used in the back of the New York Times is not creditiable....

I think it is messed up. You are down loading personal emails knowing it is a whistleblower. Then having buddies call into the police station and lying. And then having emergency cell phones agitate, provoke, lure, and bait a person into a crime of trickery. An crime based on an illusion designed to discredit, nullify, silence, and destory a whisleblower. I think the police dept at the University of Delaware is sick. And I think the superivisor at the Pennsylvania State Police department are sick too... This is a manucatured crime against a whistleblower.

I have quoted a Marayland judge of the superior courth, a Pennsylvania state trooper, and a forensic psychologist from the psych dept at New Castle, and many others. It's strange. You are getting awary with terrorising yougner students. However, I do not care. I don't want to be involved. They are using people, and destroying them.

Don't act like you don't know what those sceintists are hunting for, They are hunting for their names on the internet. The sceintist are looking to see if the were internet black listed or internet black balled. The same exact thing they did to me for filing formal complaints against Harrisburg Area Community College. They are acting as if I am a communist, or a fasict. I am neither!

Why are we acting so Fu#*ing stupid about this? The police and the people we trust like the FBI are down loading are personal correspondance with others. They are HACKING(dumping) our emails illegally. A form of corporate staling the ACLU had warded us numerous times about. It's clear what they are doing with the cell phones. Down loading peoples emails illegally, and talking those emails and transcribing them to police reports. Its stalking! The police take those emails and the create a story on the police reports about the victim or target individual. An illusion is then created on a police report! They create an illusion that you are dangerous, unstanble, and have WEAPONS. These security guards, then have their buddies call in and then lie about your where-a-bouts. they throw you in jail with the aid of others, and then charge you for crimes....

As Judge Jerome O. Herlihy stated to me in the Wilmington De court late December of 2010, This is pretty close to his transcripts. "What are University of delaware security guards headed to Lancaster Pennsylvania for anyway? Did your attorney even communicate with you at all? Where did you get him? He isn't helping you. He is no good. Get rid of him. What kind of deal did these two give you? You know you are not guilty of this. Do you know you can be found not guilty of this by your peers. You don't remember, or is that because you just didn't do this. You are not DANGEROUS. Jail is for DANGEROUS people and you are certainly not one of them. I am not going to put you in jail. There is nothing wrong with you. You are just depressed. Yes I will see your evidence. Any that you have. What is he whispering to you? Tell me! Don't listen to him. This doesn't make any sense. I don't get this. You are from York and not from Lancaster. This doesn't make any sense. Somehting not right here."

Pa State Trooper called me 3x and stated the following. "I have never seen an investigation like this. We call people. we communicate with people. We just don't come out and bust into peoples houses. This certainly isn't state police protocol, nor any I have ever seen. You don't have any guns. 90% of the stuff they took had nothing to do with any charges. They were doing strange stuff. They were going through your personal things, and taking pictures. I don't get this. They walked across the street on WOODS ave to peoples houses they knew were home. They walked directly to them. They talked to them like they knew them. It was summer weekday afternoon. That U.D. security guard called ole freemason Ad Crable of the Lancaster Newspaper. That U.D. security guard said that stuff to Ole Freemason Ad Crable. I don't get this. I am just the middle man here. I don't know?"

Forsenic Psychologist New Castle Delaware Psych-clinic stated, "They really wanted to hurt you. You were smart. They wanted to get you for everything they could. I believe you, I believe there were emails coming in and phone calls on emergency cell phones. You are honest. I support you. I believe they did a lot more things to you, you are unaware of. That was smart of you to do that."

After over a year of being academically mobbed/harassed, I finally thought something wrong here at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania. I went to an academic attorney named Vivian Narahood in Lancaster Pa with witnesses. Ms Narahood stated, "Call the Pa Governor immediately. File complaints with the EEOC and PHRC. You are great teacher. This has nothing to do with your teaching." I filed the following complaints against Harrisburg Area Community College: PHRC Case No. 200800802 & EEOC Case No. 17F200960329 There were three profs in all harassed/mobbed and forced in less than 2 years, and if count the HOMOSEXUAL ex-marine discriminated against and chased off it was four of us at HACC in Lancaster in less than two years at the college.

Having kept off line journals of the entire incident. I was under surveillance. Cyber-stalked. Harassed by cops, and stalked by cops. The ACLU in Washington D.C. directed me to create a time-line. Transcribe your journals and create a time-line. There are seven times I was physically stalked by the police and others. I do have witnesses. Police reports riddled with lies. And unknown trustworthy witnesses calling into the police station at U.D. and lying about my where-a-bouts. My emails down loaded illegally, and then transcribed on to the police reports creating an illusion I was dangerous and ustable. Emergency cell phones text me, and calling me. This was reported to the forensic psychologist. The police reports at U.D. start soon after my formal complaints to the EEOC and PHRC reached Harrisburg Area Community College. The effects are similar to being tortured as a POW.)

I called the FBI in Philly, Wilmington, and baltimore. One FBI agent told me it was cult in Lancaster stalking you. Every time I call the FBI, the agents at the FBI asked, "WHO IS THEY?" Can somebody out there tell me who is "THEY"? In Mr Eric Lichtblau New York Times Article Senator Charles E Grissley is stating "THEY" is the F.D.A. monitoring and placing the scientists "whistleblowers" under surveillance. Why I am being Cyber-stalked? why am I being followed in Lancaster? I am being stalked and set up for FAKE stalking, and FALSE harassment. Quickly I am charged three weeks before the Pa Governor orders the College to answer the counts of harassment and discrimiation on the EEOC and PHRC complaints. Quickly I am placed on the internet 12x and internet black balled, and internet black listed by Ole Freemason Ad Crable of the Lancaster Newspaper. Currently Ole Freemason Ad Crable and I are on the Internet together 6x. Nothing is mentioned by Ole Freemason Ad Crable that I am a whistleblower and filed formal complaints against Harrisburg Area Community College.

I am not delusional, and I do not have schizophrenia. I am just a sociologist who filed formal complaint, who happens to have three U.S. army honorable discharges. I have never owned a gun in my life and I am a pacifist. I am reasonable man and quiet intellectual. Why do I have two years of journals, and written notes with names, dates, experiences, and police reports that indicate in everyway I am being stalked, AkA investigated for ten months under the cover of an investigation. I am being stalked, and I am being set up for FAKE stalking and FALSE harassment and then being quickly internet black listed and internet black balled.

This is a civil right violation. This is illegal surveillance! As for creditability I am quoting what people are saying? I have a time-line with names on it. How are "THEY" stalking me? And why?

I interview a non-union truck driver. According to this ex Navy Veteran, who had been a non-union/non-freemason trucker for 25 years, he stated, "For years I was harassed and other non-union/non-freemason truck drivers. They harass you until you lash out, and then the masonic police and masonic lawyers set you up for felonies. They then bust into your house, and attempt to manufacture felony charges against you. This is to drive out of trucking and black list you. It's an ole school tactic. It's just funny that they would using against a school teacher like yourself. You have to tell people about what happened to you. Let people know!"

It sounds like they are using ole school bullying with new technologies in order to harass/mob and stalk individuals, drive them out and black list them. So now who are "THEY"? This is very bizarre case. I don't see why the ACLU and the National Whistleblower Association cant handle this case. The statue of limitation is five years on a criminal conspiracy. By Federal law, this case is certainly a criminal conspiracy. These are like East German STASI tactics being used against me. Psychology terrorism!

In the five News paper articles above dated jul 22 2012, I feel the technology and tactics being used against me were illegal, a violation of my civil rights, and these cops did not have a search warrant. I was stalked and harassed, and set up for FAKE stalking and FALSE harassment. These cops are using this hardware about and soft ware to stalk whistleblowers and innocent people. I feel what was done to me is a form of Domestic Terrorism employing emergency cell phones and other surveillance devices. I was unaware of this, and nobody was communicating with me. I didn't stalk anybody, and I am not guilty of anything. I am a vulnerable U.S. Veteran, and I do not deserve this treatment. This taking advantage of somebody and victimizing a person. The harassment/mobbing I endured almost killed and certainly landed me in the Hospital. The mobbing/harassment, the formal complaints are directing connecting with the charges. They are retaliation.

My friend told me today, Don't use Mr. Lawrence comment site for your personal soapbox. I guess I already failed in that regards. I wanted you to have the story about Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania. I wanted you to know how I filed complaints against the college, and how four of us were forced out at Lancaster in less than two years. And how after I filed those complaints, I had a lengthy bogus investigation begin on me. And charges trumped-up. I have the time-line and dates and my cases is similar to others who have been retaliated against for blowing the whistle or filing EEOC complaints.

It was four of us all forced out the same way at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pa. The first person was a history instructor. This issue was placed in a newspaper outside of Lancaster (the professor was teacher of the year several times, and was up for tenure). The second person forced out was a sociology professor. I shared the office with this professor. A georgetown Univeristy graduate in sociology. Extremely smart! I have the professor's emails to verify what this professor had gone through at the college.

I was the third instructor. I was harassed/mobbed similar to these people for well over a year. My harassment was extremely intense. I told the dean 12x. The dean at Lancaster did nothing. Later i found out his relative was in our dept, and she was the one who took my friend course, and when I was pushed out she took my courses. I didn't know she was the deans relative until after I was harassed, and forced out. The fourth person was a HOMOSEXUAL ex-marine who was discriminated against and chased off (this homosexual made the paper outside lancaster). All three of us instructors were in the same small dept at the college.

Yes I was mobbed/harassed relentlessly at Harrisburg Area Communtiy College in Lancaster Pa. Yes Emergency phones were being used on me to agitate, provoke, bait, and luring me into a crime of trickery. An illusion. I was being tracked, based on 7x that I know of I was physically stalked by the police and others. I was under surveillance. This is true, and I have witnesses. Maybe it was a GPS, or by cell phone. From the words of the Pa state trooper, he insinuated I was under surveillance by the community neighbor watch group. Just like the ACLU is stating, and alerting people how neighborhood watch groups stalk whistleblower, and act as an extension of corporate stalking. I also know the University of Delaware police reports are riddled with lies, and an unknown witnesses is calling in and lying about my where-a-bouts. This person lied on every occassion when they called into the University of Delaware police department. The witnesses at the Unviersity of Delaware is the same age as the two security guards who were writing and investigating me on the polcie reports. They are all from the same area, and live near each other. I also know that the narrative on the University police reports is extremely bizarre. It is as though I was Cyber-Stalked, and my emails were illegally down loaded and taken without a warrant. These personal emails were evaluated, and a story was transcribed on to the police reports. An illusion was created that I was Dangersous, and ustable. I have those police reports. The stuff on the police reports is extremely bizarre. An ex-FBI agent's name is type in the bottom. It's almost as though somebody gave these guys a blank check in order to do what they wanted to me.

I was given a public defender after my private attorney Natalie Wooshin backed out of my case. Natalie Woolshin of Wilmington Delaware stated, "You are not guilty of anything." And she stated, "You are extremely smart." I quoted the Pa trooper, Judge Jerome O. Herlihy, vivian narahood my academic attorney, and the forensic psychologist. I quoted these people pretty much word for word. Or very close to what these people had stated. I wrote the things they stated to me down in journals. All of them stated bizarre things were going on. Extremely bizarre things were happening. None of them knew I was keeping journals.

The public defender in Wilmington was extremely bizarre. Judge was right, this public defender didn't communicate with me at all. He was wide eyed and bushy tailed as one might say, and he ran out of the courtroom after the judge yelled at him. Almost hand and hand with the prosecutor. They were engaging in Malicious prosecution and prosecutorial misconduct. I requested numerous thing from this public defender. He wouldn't give me anything. Nor did he give the judge anything. This is typical in whistleblower retaliation case of this nature. It's illegal surveillance "stalking" under the cover of an investigation. Judge Jerome O. herlihy went off on this public defender verbally. And was very negative towards this public defender. The public defenders age was about 35. He wasn't a rookie. Judge Jerome O. Herlihy in late december of 2010 stated, "what is he whispering to you. Tell me. Don't listen to him." I can tell you what this public defender was whispering. It was four things. And those four things are extremely bizarre!

The Pa Governor order the college to answer the 70+ counts of harassment and discrimination on the EEOC and PHRC complaints. Three weeks before this date, the Unviersity of Delaware busted in through the window. The responses to the Pa Governors office happened three weeks after my house was broken into by the University of Delaware security. The colleges responses were riddled with lies.

If Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster is forcing out U.S. veterans, disabled veterans, vulnerable veterans, outsiders, the outspoken, whistleblowers, and HOMOSEXUALS, and then replacing those individuals with the following: RELATIVES, Friends, Freemasons, and estern stars isn't that a form of discrimination. It is NEPOTISM-Discrimination. A school recieving federal funds, and state grants can't discriminate against the following people. I would think this is stealing goverment funds. There was pressure to give A's too.

I already know they will lie. They will 2 to 3x, and then all lie for each other, and then say "I am the liar." I feel as though these people had done the same thing to me as the black listing of thought to be communist in the 1950's, and the black listing of African-American civil rights leaders. I feel the whistleblower is the new person who is targeted today for black listing. Why else would one freemason at the lancaster newspaper named OLE FREEMASON Ad Crable place me on the internet 12x. currently I am on the internet 6x, but to internet black ball and black list me. I feel as though these people stalked me. Cyber-stalked me and placed me under surveillance, and were waiting for the right time to set me up. It's clear by the judges, the Pa State troopers, and the forensic psychologist's words and statement to me.

He was replaced by another history teacher who was from Manheim/litiz (his wife was from lititz and was a teacher there).

2. the second person was a sociology professor who shared my office with me. she began coming into the office upset, and shaking. The sociology professor graduated with a master from Georgetown in sociology. She had three masters in all. She was upset, and stated students were attacking her before classes. students were harassing her. I thought she was just paranoid. And simply had a bad student. She was harassed for a while, and then explained to the head dean in Harrisburg what was going on in Lancaster. It was bad! When she told the dean in Lancaster that she was going to leave, the harassment immediately stopped. I have her emails verifying these facts. (This professor was replaced by the same instructor who had harassed me.)

3. A homosexual ex-marine was discriminated against and chased out. This made the newspaper outside of Lancaster.

I notice my harassment/mobbing had begun in the summer. A student who was 33 years old. He owned his own business in Manhiem Pa. He had taken a summer class with me. Each morning he would come in a hour early, and the security guard would let this adult student into the college. This same security guard attempt to deceive me by placing his girlfriend term paper from the semester before under my door. And stating the term paper was there under my door since last semester. The security guard was lying. Students were not allowed into the school, but this security guard was letting this Adult student in the building. The security guard would then walk a quarter mile away from the school and stand on a bridge, and watch the school. This student would then begin the harassment of me by waiting every mourning at the top of the stairs on a bench right before I entered my office. Each morning this student would get to the school earlier and earlier. It was almost as if he knew I was leaving earlier and earlier in order to avoid him in the morning. The security guard would unlock the door and let the student in every moring, and then the security guard would disappear.

This student would harass me from 3 to 7x a day. This harassment went on for weeks, and months. He always wore a superman shirt. He did all kinds of bizarre things to me. Threatened me, just yelled at me for no reason, said very disrespectfull things to me, followed me, yelled my name for no reason, point his fingers in my face. I just didn't get it, but the harassment was certainly intentional. I wrote down everything thing this student had done, and how the security guard was letting him into the school by unlocking the door. And then locking the door back up. This was doing everything he could to me, and doing everything he could to have the other students harass me. I noticed everything and wrote the harassment and stalking down in my journals. I had spoken to the dean on at least a dozen occasions: by phone, in person, and through emails. The dean did nothing! The dean simply asked "do you want to quit? I hate when this stuff gets to me." I finally wrote a breakdown of everything this student was doing, and filed an official complaint on him. (he had a female partner in my class who was from Manheim and her mother was a teacher in Manheim. This female student was assisting the adult male student in harassment)

The harassment went on for an entire year. All different kinds of things were being done to me. Then almost one year later after I was harassed by the student above, an instructor came into my office on a summer hour break I had between summer classes and verbally attacked me for no reason. This instructor was not teaching in the summer. There was nobody in the office that morning. I was teaching two classes during that summer session. She attacked me on my break in the morning. This true! I wrote up a statement. After attacking me that morning, She made up that there was witness to the event. And then ran back and told the Dean at Lancaster. (later I found out that this instructor was related to the dean. It was kept secret from me.) After the harassment by the instructor, I was called into the office several times. And had to give a breakdown of the harassment numerous times. I wrote up a statement on the events.*Later I found out the instructor who harassed me was the deans relative. The same dean who did nothing to the student who had harassed me from 3 to 7x a day for weeks. The instructor who harassed me in my office did not have the credentials by college policy to teach sociology at the college. It was bizarre.

I finally had gotten tired of the harassment, and was confused. I did understand what was going on. I kept referring to the harassment as being gang raped. So I decided to talk to an attorney. The academic lawyers name was Vivian narehood in Lancaster. I had witnesses to talking with her. Ms Narehood told me, "My gosh! Iimmediately call the Pa Governor, and file complaints with the EEOC and PHRC. This is not about your teaching. You are a great teacher."

I filed complaints with the PHRC and EEOC. It turned out to be 70+ counts of harassment and discrimination. It was more like hundreds of counts of harassment. The formal complaint numbers were as followed:PHRC Case No. 200800802 & EEOC Case No. 17F200960329. I was fired. The complaints reached the college in October, and having obtain the University of Delaware police reports after this date is the first date of the University of Delaware police reports. I was the third professor to be harassed and forced out, and the fourth person if you count the HOMOSEXUAL ex-marine who was discriminated against and chased off at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster in less than two years. The time-line i had created based on the ACLU in Washington D.C. advice is extremely detailed. The complaints and the charges are tired together. They are intertwined!

During this period of time, immediately after my formal complaints reached the college I began receiving text messages, and phone calls, spam emails(thousands of them). It went on and on from these "Emergency phones". There is no record of the messages I had received. I was arrested and charged ten months later after my formal complaint reached the College. I was arrested three weeks before the Pa Governor order the College to answer the 70 counts of harassment and discrimination. I wrote everything down in journals and have this all charted out in my time-lines I created by transcribing my journals. There is no doubt the cell phone text messages, and calls are happening in phases. And the harassment is being coordinated with the whistleblower complaint to the EEOC.

My attorney Natalie Woolshin obtained the University of Delaware police reports and they were riddled with lies. Somebody was calling into the University of delaware and telling them I was driving around Delaware. And HACKING into my girlfriend email or computer. I don't know how to do that. It appears somebody had HACKED in to my computer (cyber-stalked) me. They down loaded my emails. They took those messages illegally and with out a warranted, and then transcribe those email messages on to the University of Delaware police reports. They created the illusion that I was dangerous and unstable. The story on the police reports just does not make any sense. I received dozens of text messages from 5 to 6 phones, emergency phones. They were agitating me, baiting me, luring me, and provoking me into a crime of trickery.

It was bizarre. When I got into court the messages sent to vanished. combined it was over two years of harassment by the college and by the police and who was sending all those text messages from those phones. The harassment was so intense it almost killed me. I had to spend time in the hospital.

Talking to the forensic psychologist in New Castle Delaware, he stated, "They were really trying to hurt you. They wanted to get you in everything they could. You were smart. That was smart of you to do that. I believe they did a lot to you that you don't remember. You were bad when you first came in here. You are honest. I support you. I believe you and believe they did a lot more to you. I told them it was my decision to leave you in lancaster. They suggested putting you in an instituation. I said "no" This is my decision and he is staying in Lancaster. You are just depressed. I wanted to give you some time. You are a little better." I told the forensic psychologist I was receiving hunderds of SPAM emails, so many I could read my students emails. I told the doctor I was recieving text messages from "EMERGENCY PHONES", and phone calls. He looked at me like he saw a ghost, and just stated I believe you. In my time-line these phone calls are detailed, and the text messages are coming in at certain peak points.

I just want to know, Who are "THEY"?

Judge Jerome o herlihy in late December of 2010 stated, " What are University of Delaware security guards headed to Lancaster Pennsylvania for anyway. Did this attorney communicate with you at all? Where did you get this guy at? He isn't helping you. He is no good. Get rid of him. do you know you are not guilty of this? Do you know you can be found not guilty of this in front of your peers. do you not recall doing this because you simply did not do it? What kind of deal did these two give you? You are DANGEROUS. Jail is for DANGEROUS people and you certainly are not one of them. I am not going to send you to jail. There is nothing wrong with you. You are just depressed. What kind of meds do they have you on? This is weird. Yes I will see your evidence. Give to me. Any you have. What is he whispering to you. Tell me. Don't listen to him. This is strange. You are from York and not from Lancaster. What are University of Delaware security guards heading to Lancaster for anyway. This doesn't make any sense. Something not right here." *I believe Judge Jerome O. Herlihy, the forensic psychologist, and the Pa state trooper are basically saying I was set up and retaliated against for being a whisteblower.

When I was arrested and thrown in jail at 12x the normal amount of bail. The University of Delaware security guards quickly traveled up to WOODS ave in Lancaster and broke in through the window. My friend had left to come down and bail me out, and the neighbors told the University of Delaware nobody was home. They come up and busted through the window. They took college books, piled my ex-girlfriends gifts of POLO shirts up in the middle of the bed, and my three U.S. army medals laying on the dresser from my three honorable discharges vanished. They then quickly called OLE FREEMASON AD Crable at the Lancaster Newspaper and he placed me on the Internet 12x, and Internet black listed and Internet black balled me. Currently it is down to 6x.

A Pa State Trooper called me 3x, and stated the following, "I have never seen an investigation like this before. This certainly isn't state police protocol nor none I have ever seen before. We call people. We communicate with people. We talk to people and we just don't come out and bust into peoples houses. 90% of the stuff they took had nothing to do with any charges. You should get it all back. This is weird. They were going through your personal things and taking pictures. They walked across the street to neighbors who they knew were home. They walked directly to their houses and talked to them as if they knew them. It was a summer weekday afternoon. I don't get this. That U.D. security guard called OLE FREEMASON Ad Crable. That U.D. Security guard said that stuff to OLE FREEMASON Ad Crable at the Lancaster newspaper. This is strange. I don't know."

I have an 150 page time-line. Detailed with all kinds of strange things being done to me in the time-line. I have all the times, names, experience, and events. From the newspaper articles written in the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and The USA TODAY, it appears the technology is fitting right in with the things that are happening in my time-line. It's almost as though I am being treated like a spy in Lancaster. Like a post World War II cold war era spy in East Germany. It's bizarre! The Forensic psychologist believed me. My counselor and friends believe me. I wrote the stuff these people were doing in my journals. I was being physically stalked. It's so bizarre, I find hard to believe what these people were doing to me.

I called the FBI in Philly, Baltimore, and Wilmington. The FBI wants to know who "THEY" are? I don't get this. I was being psychologically harassed. It appears "THEY" were using East Germany STASI Tactics on me, and combining their campaign with the types of technology mentioned in the News Paper articles in the past ten days. The News articles are mentioned aboveby me. It's appears they are using old KGB hardware, or spyware. HACKING into my computer illegally and without a warrant (CYBER-STALKING Me). The GPS, and tracking devices. And untraceable Emergency cell phones to send text message. Spoofing devices to send text messages! There were two other phones too. One person was posing at a 12 year old girl, and another one was acting like her mother. It was bizarre. I was told I was being set up for being...you know. This is sick! I wrote the numbers down.

I do not feel as though the items below are legal nor right on a human level. I clearly think my civil rights have been violated, and my civil liberties have been disregarded. I feel the things that happened to me me below are unconstitutional, and certainly the individuals below should undre go an investigation. Not only is the items below a violation of my Civil rights but a violation of my human rights.

So text messages are coming in from "EMERGENCY CELL PHONES". This was going on for months. These messages are coming in the entire time since the formal complaints have reached Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pa. For ten month this harassment would continue. Three professors have been forced out at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pa, and a fourth person who is a HOMOSEXUAL ex-marine was discriminated against and chased off at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pa in a span of less than 2 years. These issues made the newspaper outside Lancaster Pa.

It's bizarre. I kept mmethodical journals through my harassment and mobbing, and those people involved were researched and they are wearing these strange Persian red hats from the 1850's. They look like the type of hats civil war soldiers called zouves wore at the battle of the first "BULL RUN". I looked these individuals up on the Internet who were proxy stalking me. These hats these Lancaster, Manhiem and lititz people are wearing are red, and they have these silver sickles, silver moons, and silver hammers on them. These hats have some kind of strings hanging down from them.

I have seen these people march in the Halloween parade, and they collect change for children. However the individuals that are stalking me in Lancaster their pictures are coming up as individuals that belong to these temples. These templesin Lancaster are all over the place. They have survey instruments on the front of these building. These building are often times three stories high. They have no windows on them. I looked these organizations up and they have bureaucracies that rival Max Webers 5 points. who are these people in Lancaster? How are these pictures of people with these red hats who are stalking me in my journals. Who are these people I have looked up Mr. Lawrence O'Donnell.

An FBI agents told me there are KULT down in Lancaster and South Central Pennsylvania. Do you think these people were KULT-Stalking me? I looked some of these individuals up. Two of my professors of sociology told me to keep track of everything, and filing complaints. I did this at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania.

Forensic Psychologist at new Castle Delaware psych clinic stated the following," They really wanted to hurt you. They really wanted to get you for as much as they could. You were smart. That was very smart of you. I believe you. You are honest. I believe they did thing to you that you aren't even aware of. You were bad when you first came in here. I wanted to give you time. You are a little better now. It was my decision to keep you in Lancaster. They wanted to put you in an institution. I told them "NO" you are staying in Lancaster and that is my decision.

Late December of 2010 in the Wilmington court Judge Jerome O. Herlihy stated this, "What are University of Delaware security guards heading to Lancaster pa for anyway? This must be the biggest thing that has ever happened in the history of the University of Delaware. this is odd. They called your house, and your employer. Nothing would put it past me they had done that. They handle things like under age drinking and things like that. This is strange.

On the Internet individuals are getting hundreds-of-thousands of hits describing the following as: terror stalking, organized cause stalking, KULT=STALKING, organized Gang Stalking, Community Based Mobbing, and according to my formal complaints I was mobbed academically at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pa. Vivian Narehood a lawyer in Lancaster explained to me to immediately file complaints with the Pa Governor. And Vivian Narehood stated, "This isn't about your teaching. You are a great teacher. Call the Pa Governor immediately. File complaints"

Formal complaints were filed. I was the fourth person in less than two years in my department to be mobbed and chased out.

For two years rumors were circulated I was the following: Dangerous, aggressive, a racist, unstable, on drugs, a loose cannon, a time-bomb, and I had WEAPONS. When the University of Delaware police reports were obtained they were riddled with lies, so many lies it was if they were talking about somebody else. My emails were stolen. They were down loaded illegally with out a warrant. I was being cyber-stalked. My emails were stolen and then transcribed on the University of Delaware police reports creating an illusion I was dangerous and unstable. Three weeks after my house was broken into by the University of Delaware the whistleblower complaints were answered at the Pa Governors order. The formal complaints were riddled with lies. Not once did I ever sleep with any student of mine. This is certainly the truth. If this was told to anybody, that i slept with a student, this would certainly be a lie. sleeping with ones students is against Harrisburg Area Community Colleges policy, and I certainly didn't violate that policy.

My formal complaints to the Pa Governors office reflect I was being systematic mobbed/harassed. This is documented. We were being forced out and the replaced at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster by the following: RELATIVES (Nepotism or Nepo-Discrim), friends, MasonicTools, fellow Freemasons, and eastern Stars (Female Masons). The following were forced out at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pa: U.S. Veterans, Vulnerable U.S. Veterans, outsiders, the outspoken, whistleblowers, and HOMOSEXUALS.

There were seven cases of me being physically stalked with witnesses by the police and by others. This is well documented. This is due to GPS surveillance. I was also stalked by cell phone tracking. This is documented. It is written about in my journals. I was told to keep journals by two sociologists. I kept mmethodical notes and constructed time-lines based on the recommendation of the ACLU in Washington D.C. There is no doubt I was being stalked by several different methods. It appears East German STASI tactics were being employed combining these tactics with ex-KGB spyware and software. In the past 10 days the USA TODAY, The NEW YORK TIMES and The Wall Street Journal have confirmed through my 150 page time-line I was being methodically stalked. In many ways like an cold war spy in Easter Germany. According to my research, outside of Whistleblower cases the FBI is recieving 350,000 complaints of this type of stalking a year out of normal everyday citizens.

According to a truck driver I had interviewed. He was ex-navy and drove truck for 45 years. This truck driver stated. "He and other non-union/non-freemason truck drivers had dealt with harassment for years. The object is to force non-union and non-freemason truck drivers out. If they do not leave or quit they are continued to be harassed. the Non-union/non-freemason truck drivers are harassed until they wore down by the mobbing. Once they are wore down are not thinking the police are called in based on them lashing out or that they are dangerous. Freemason police supervisors are called in and the non-union and non-freemason truck drivers are arrested and charged with felonies. Search warrants are obtained off freemason judges and the non-union/non-freemason truckers houses are broken into in an attempt to manufacture more charges. The non-union/non-freemason truck drivers are then black listed or internet black balled by a freemason journalist on the internet quickly."

This non-union/non-freemason trucker stated, "it is interesting they are using this technique on teachers. You have to let people know they are doing it. You have to let people know they are doing it to you. It is the only way the harassment will stop. You have to tell people." It's ole school bullying combined with new technologies designed to stalk, harass/mob and set people up and black ball and black list them on the internet.

Immediately after being arrested a freemason named OLE FREEMASON Ad Crable of the lancaster Newspaper placed me on the internet, he internet black balled me, and internet black listed me for being a whistleblower. The bushy tailed, wide eyed freemason public defender that appeared in front of Judge Jerome O. Herlihy ran out of the court room in Late December of 2010. I remember what this public defender had whispered to me. this public defender never showed the judge the forensic evidence stating I was honest. He never showed the judge the police reports riddled with lies, and the public defender never showed the judge formal complaints to the Pa Governor that were riddled with lies. The public defender never showed the judge the text messages coming in from "EMERGENCY CELL PHONES" agitating, baiting, luring, and provoking me for nearly a year. These text messages vanished.

*Prosecutorial misconduct, police misconduct, fabricating evidence, and Malicious prosecution of a whistleblower.

According to a veteran very good a computers who did not want to be named he stated, "It is younger freemasons HACKING into your computer. They good with computers now. IT is easy to HACK into your computers. They are taking those messages(email) and then calling the police. These younger ones are cyber-stalking you illegally and down loading your emails without a warrant. The police are then transcribing the stuff on police reports."

In many ways this is a classic Whistleblower case, where after the formal complaints are filed a lengthy bogus investigation is started in order to trump-up charges on the whistleblower. My case is very similar to classic Whistleblower retaliation cases in the achieves of the national whistleblower association. My formal complaints to the Human Relations Commission and the EEOC are certainly related to the retaliation by the police. There was an illusion of a crime committed through trickery in order to halt a whistleblower case, discredit me, nullify me, silence me and destroy me as a whistleblower.

The academic mobbing/work place mobbing that took place prior to filing the formal complaints was extremely intense. (one can google Kenneth Westhue, Mobbing, academic, workplace) in order to find out what academic mobbing is. Certainly students were being sent in to harass and give professors a hard time in hopes of forcing them out. Having kept mmethodical records of the individuals who stalked me and mobbed/harassed me, I am still being asked by the FBI, "WHO ARE THEY?" I have all their names involved. I kept mmethodical journals. And I know who "THEY" are.

Basically what this is by legal definition is "A CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY".

Will the ACLU represent me in the case below?

Today I received a letter from the U.S. department of Justice. The letter I had sent was specifically addressed and sent certified mail to The Honorable Eric H. Holder Jr. It was detailed letter. Enclosed with a 50 page time-line naming all those involved in stalking me, harassing/mobbing, discriminating against me, and then retaliating against me for filing formal complaints: PHRC Case No. 200800802 & EEOC Case No.17F200960329. It addressed the specific police departments and their lying. Being an ex-soldier with three honorable discharges, and a sociologist i did the very best I could in writing a detail letter to Mr. Eric H. Holder Jr. As I am an attorney, I am simply a person who was raised in a very poor working class family. The response letter from the U.S. Attorney Generals office of the civil right division addressed to Eric Holder Jr was dated July 24. 2012. They refer me back to the EEOC. The very place I had filed complaints against these nuts at Harrisburg Area Community College. My case is clearly a violation of my civil rights. Warrants were not used to obtain evidence, police reports have been lied on, and I was stalked using devices illegally with out my knowledge. Nobody had communicated with me and I was unaware of this illegal behavior. Not only was I stalked, but I was harassed/mobbed at my place of employment, and then retaliated against for filing those formal complaints through a lengthy bogus investigation designed to trump up charges on a whistleblower.

I did detailed how these wealthy individuals in Hershey, Lancaster county and South Central Pennsylvania are hiring Masonic investigators/private detectives for several thousand dollars.These citizens who have hundreds-of-thousands of dollars are hiring these paid hit man or asasins. These private detectives and investigators or freemasons. They are ex-FBI agents, and ex-State Cops. Retired freemason law enforcement agents. These retired law enforcement agents are then methodically going about deconstructing individuals lives while they are unaware of what is going on around them. I am a vulnerable U.S. Veterans with three honorable discharges and this is what had been done to me.

These individuals(Masonic law enforcement stalkers) who are hired by these wealthy people in Lancaster and South Central Pennsylvania are then methodically social networking and hiring other younger freemasons to stalk targets like me by proxy stalking. I have their names and description of who and how these individuals were doing this to me. They are hired by these investigators, and then mobbing Citizens like me, and harassing them relentlessly to the point were they kill them or point them in institution from psychological exhaustion. This had been done to me. This is documented. This is certainly a violation of ones civil rights and civil liberties.

These individuals were cyber-stalking and down loading my emails illegally.They were HACKING into my computer. They were taking my personal correspondence without a warrant. They were taking my emails, and transcribing tthese messages on police reports. They were creating an illusion I was Dangerous and unstable. They were spreading rumors about me I that I was the following: DANGEROUS, aggressive, unstable, on drugs, a time-bome, a loose cannon, and that I had WEAPONS.

I am a pacifist and I have never owned a gun in my life. I have never done drugs in my life. I am a quiet intellectual, and a reasonable man. Tthese nuts are agitating, mobbing, and provoking individuals, and then busting into my dam house attempting to manufacture more charges. They are obtaining search warrants through their social networks. And using tthese idiots to act as professional witnesses/hostile witnesses who proxy stalk. I have their names and I can show you and tell you exact what these fools are doing.

When they broke in through the window they took the following, college books, piled my ex-girlfriends gifts of POLO shirts up in the middle of the bed and my three U.S. Army medals laying on the dresser vanished from my three honorable discharges.

Quickly Ole Freemason Ad Crable was contacted at the Lancaster Newspaper, and OLE Freemason Ad Crable placed me on the Internet 12x, and Internet black listed me and Internet black balled me for being a whistleblower. Currently Ole freemasons Ad Crable only has me on the Internet 6x now.

In support of this fact, A forensic psychologist at the Delaware psych-clinic in New Castle Delaware had talked to me, and stated the following, "You are honest. I support you. They were really trying to hurt you. They were trying to get you for every thing they could get you for. You were smart. That was smart of you to do these things. I believe, and I believe they were sending you those emails and text messages, and I think they did a lot more to you that you are unaware of. You were bad when you first came in here. I wanted to give you time. You are a little better now. They wanted to put you in an institution, and I said "No". "You are fine up in Lancaster." That was my decision. You are just depressed." They had attempted the prosecutor and an unknown security guard at the University of Delaware (ex-Delaware state cop and ex-FBI agent) had wanted you to be diagnosed with schizophrenia, or a delusional disorder.

Obtaining the University of Delaware police reports from Natalie woolshin, Somebody was calling in to the University of Delaware security department and lying to them and telling them I was driving around Delaware. And they saw me at a gas station. this same person was stating I was HACKING into my ex-girlfriend computer. Now, what these individuals are doing is stalking me, and setting me up for fake stalking. I was being agitated by "EMERGENCY CELL PHONES". Those messages have since vanished. I was also mobbed/harassed relentlessly at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania. I was terrorized by tthese cell phones. And mobbed/harassed to the point where I didn't know weather I was coming or going. Adult freemasons and then they were giving them to the police or a private investigator who was stalking you. It's easy to HACK into people computers, tthese younger ones are really good at it."

I don't get this. something weird here. They walked across the streets on woods ave to peoples house who they knew were home. The University of Delaware quickly ran up to WOODS AVE in Lancaster Pa and busted in through the window, and this is what they took: College books, piled my ex-girlfriends gifts of POLO shirts up in the middle of the bed, and my three U.S. Army medals laying on my dresser vanished from my three honorable discharges.

I have the times these messages came in charged on my time-line and I have witnesses.

And the investigation ended with my arrest 10 months later and three weeks before the Pa Governor ordered the College in answer the 70+ counts of harassment and discrimination. I was fourth person to be forced out at the college in Lancaster in less than two years. Three weeks after my house was busted into Harrisburg Area Community college answered the Pa Governors order to answer the 70+counts of harassment and discrimination, "THEY WERE RIDDLED WITH LIES".

The school forced out four of us, and three professors from one department. After talking with the academic attorney Vivian Narehood in Lancaster, Ms Narehood stated, "Oh GOD. Call the Pa Governor immediately. File complaints with the PHRC and the EEOC. This is not about your teaching. You are a great teacher."

A top professor had evaluated me at PENN STATE University and stated was headed to be a great professor, but now this had happened. I have never experience anything like this before. I am from inner city York. I am from a poor working class home. I am a third generation U.S. Army Veteran. We do not do this stuff in York Pennsylvania. This is bizarre. I kept methodical journals and notes based on my experience through the entire experience. Two sociology professors told me to do this. Again, I requesting any kind of legal assistance one might provide. Again I assisting any legal assistance the ACLU may provide.

I did not sleep with a student. This is lie. This was another lie created. This was against school policy and I would not do this. The person who did sleep with and sex with a student was a Univeristy of Delaware security guard who had recently been arrested in May of 2012 for stalking and harassing a student. This student had to call another police department in order to have the University of Delaware security guard stop the stalking and harassment. Maybe they are confused on the University of Delaware police reports or perhaps they just lied again.

Possibly rich, wealthy "CHRISTIANS" in Lancaster, Hershey and South Central Pennsylvania are hiring Freemason investigators that are ex-FBI agents, and Ex-State Cops in order to methodically go about de-constructing Vulnerable U.S. Veterans and Whistleblowers lives.
