In his remarks to a prestigious crowd in Washington, Mitt Romney surrogate and New Jersey Republican Governor Chris Christie seemed to take a jab a Mitt Romney all while joining the war against the War on Drugs. MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell explains in the Rewrite.

Interesting resolution of conflicting party lines. Obama feels America is "the country where you can make it if you want to" - what does this mean, now - at the peak of the corporate coup's destruction of democracy with criminal profiteering, and subterfuge?
I don't think Obama's mother read Meme, Biko or Malcolm. I don't like what he said one thing and then did nothing, in the Congo.
Obama made it in America as a charmer, and made his money writing fictionalized pseduo-autobiographies calculated to answer some of the mysteries of his past wrapping himself in the roots of Paternal anti-colonialism and even making one of the most prominant women in his life (other than his maternal influence of Grandmother 1st and then Mother 2nd who abandoned him for a millionaire's wife's life in Indonesia) a composite picture of the white girlfriends in his highschool and college years, only he put them in black face for his political prospects.
But he is a non-producing, lying politician now....and a failure at the job most folks knew back in 2008 he had no training or ability to hold, although with the media's help they sent him to Washinton, D.C hoping for change based on the state of the economy at the time. Now, with the economy still in the doldrums after all the spending, all the borrowing, all the interference to the bad by his administration in the workings of the business community, the voters will send him back home to Chicago to reinvent himself again, I expect.
Democrats: you should have gone for Hillary.
