How is this different then the hundreds of corps contracted by DHS to mine information of all kinds -- maybe Dana Priest has an answer? Fusion Centers appear to be a collaboration of data miining and monitoring of Americans by police, Federal employees that work in these centers, and of course, the people that are trained as volunteers and coordinate non-law enforcement staff -- what compensation is given to the volunteers? Why do captains appear to be reimbursing volunteers? Or maybe this is just how it looks. Details would be nice for American tax payers so that we know what is going on and why it is going on. What we do know is that the Patriot Act supports no accountability for money, for data mining and sharing, and there is no way to know if the info is accurate, gossip or? Time to support Libertarians. Seems that is the only way to bring sanity back to America.

I don't see any way to stop what amounts to technological voyeurism. I do know that between 2004 and 2011 all my cell phone calls were being monitored. I no longer have a cell phone. Everything I do online is being monitored. For awhile, it appeared my emails would first go to a remote computer before being sent along. I now send very few emails. What's been done to me could fill a book. Just know that this stuff really happens and you could easily become a T.I. (targeted individual) like me.

There are some simple things that one can do to cut back the odds that one's individual data is being collected: 1) don't use a cell phone (I don't have one, never did, and never will), and 2) especially do not use Google, which is the worst of the data miners, keeping a 5 yr calandar of one's every internet search and website visited (whether its for a dinner reservation or a doctor's appointment (especially a doctor's appointment), for example.

A strictly enforced policy where you individually encrypt each record before handing it off, while having the cert that encrypted the data expire in 5 days would be more than enough time to get a warrant, copy the warranted data out, and delete the rest. However this has to be treated like the FBI or any other federal service. You have to have only certified operators with clearances and background check allowed to to be given access to the key used to encrypt the data, and then only on secure systems that are audited. The problem isn't tech. The problem is policy and enforcement. After a few people get a taste of the Bradley Manning Treatment for spying on their wife, I am fairly certain that compliance will be the norm.

I was pleased and surprised to see your story. I have been going around in a circle trying to get a copy of MY OWN detailed phone records from Verizon. I need the report of all activity that has occurred on my own mobile phone because a number of occurrences point to the idea that someone ( likely ex-husband) has been spying on me and cloning my texts and probably calls.

I was told at the Verizon store that I needed to have a subpoena sent to the company. From there I went to the police, who said I needed an attorney to place the request. When I spoke to my attorney he said he didn't know what I was talking about and said- "They're your records-why can't you just get them", as if I was just so ignorant! Hmmm.

In frustration, I decided to call Verizon and try to either make the request of the detailed records or find out who can. After five phone calls to different departments, including the fraud dept., I actually did not know anymore than I did the hour before. I was just more frustrated.

I still need the records and now am faced with paying an attorney to get involved and send in the proper paperwork so who knows how much that will cost?!

And this is just to get MY own records to be sure some bozo is not cloning my calls and texts and getting involved in my personal life. WOW!

You got psychopaths in Lancaster, Hershey, and south Central PPennsylvania engaging in stalking, and mobbing/harassing individuals. These wealthy individuals in Lancaster and south central Pennsylvania are utilizing East German STASI tactics and Ole School bullying techniques to frame individuals for crimes. These University of delaware security guard are violating individuals civil right and civil liberties. These cops and private investigators are combiningthese Gadgets/Ex-KGB hard ware and spy-ware to stalk individuals. These individuals are down loading personal emails illegally without a warrant, tracking individuals by GPS(stalking without a warrant), and transcribing ones messages onto police reports.

Formal Complaints were filed against Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster PPennsylvania. Those complaint numbers are as followed:PHRC Case No. 200800802 & EEOC Case No.17F200960329. I was third professor to be harassed/mobbed and forced out, and fourth person in less than two years if you count the HOMOSEXUAL ex-marine who was discriminated against and chased off at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster PPennsylvania. The following were being forced out: HOMOSEXUALS, outsiders, the outspoken, U.S. Veterans, Vulnerable U.S. Veterans, and whistleblowers. Then being replaced by the following: RELATIVES (nepotism or nepo-discrim), friends, fellow Freemasons, and Eastern Stars (female Masons). My formal complaint consisted of 70+ counts of harassment and discrimination. I was being academically mobbed/work placed harassed intensely over a year.

I finally got tired of the harassment. I didn't know what was gone on. Just odd things kept happening to me. I kept referring to the harassment as "GANG RAPE". I didn't what to call the harassment at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster. Finally after a year of being harassed, I consulted with an academic attorney in Lancaster name Vivian Narehood. Ms Narehood stated, "OH my God. Call the Pa Governor immediately. File complaints immediately with the EEOC and PHRC. This not about your teaching. You are a great teacher.

I filed complaints, and I fired. When the formal complaint reached Harrisburg Area Community College, a few days later police reports started showing up on me all the way down in Newark Delaware. For the next ten months I would be investigated. Emergency cell phones would terrorize me. The National Whistleblower Associate refers to this as a lengthy bogus investigation designed to trump up charges on a whistleblower.

Three weeks before, the Pa Governor demaned that Harrisburg Area Community College answer the 70+counts of harassment and discrimination I was arrested, and placed in jail at 15x then normal amount of bail. I was accused of wanting to blow up the University of Delaware and kill more kids than Virginia Tech. I have never owned a gun in my life, and I am pacifest. For two years rumors were beign circulated about me that I was the following: DANGEROUS, aggressive, a time-bomb, a loose cannon, on drugs, a racist, and that I had WEAPONS. I have never done any drugs, and I am both a reasonable man and a quiet intellectual.

After arresting me, these security guards at the University of Delaware (led by two ex-FBI agents) found out through the neighborhood watch group on WOODS AVE in Lancaster PPennsylvania that my friend had come down to Delaware to bail me out of jail. So the University of Delaware security rushed up to my house on WOODS ave in Lancaster when nobody was home and busted through the window. They took college books, piled my ex-girlfriends gifts of POLO shirts up in the middle of the bed, and my three U.S. army medals laying on my dresser vanished from my three honorable discharges. These security guards from the University of Delaware then quickly called a Freemason named OLE FREEMASON Ad Crable of the Lancaster Newspaper, and OLE FREEMASON Ad Crable placed me on the Internet 12x Internet black balling, and Internet black listing me for being a whistleblower. Currently OLE FREEMASON Ad crable had dropped the Internet black balling and Internet black listing of me down to 6x.

Pa State Trooper Richard T. Drum called me 3x and stated the following, "I have never seen an investigation like this before. This certainly isn't state police protocol nor none I have ever seen before. We call people. We talk to people. We communicate with people and we just don't come out and bust into peoples houses. 90% of the stuff they took had nothing to do with any charges. You should get it all back. I tried to watch them. You don't have any guns. They were taking pictures, and going through your personal things. I don't get this. They walked across the street to people houses who they knew where home, and talked to them as if they knew them. They walked directly to their houses. It was a summer weekday afternoon. That U.D. security guard called OLE FREEMASON Ad Crable. That U.D. Security guard said that stuff to OLE FREEMASON Ad Crable. I don't get this. I am just the middle man here. I don't know?"

Forensic psychologist/criminologist Dr. Robert G. Thompson was brought in from the Delaware psych-clinic in New Castle Delaware. When told about the SPAM and Text messages from Emergency phones coming in all hours of the nights. And how I responded to those text messages. This is what Dr. Robert G. Thompson stated, "I believe you. I believe those text messages were coming in. I support you. They wanted to hurt you as bad as they could. That was very smart of you to do what you did. I believe they did a lot more to you but you do not remember. They wanted to get you for everything they could. You are honest. They wanted to institutionalize you. I told them "NO" This is my decision and you are staying in Lancaster. The prosecutor and the security guard wanted to get you diagnosed with schizophrenia or a delusional disorder. You are ok now. You are depressed. You bad when you first came in here. You are a little bit better. I was worried about you. You are honest. Yes I believe they did those things to you and a lot more."

*These psych evals from Dr. Robert G. Thompson were suppose to be given to both Judge Jerome O. Herlihy and me. I had read my psych evals in an office. They are several pages long. A counselor showed them to me. Dr. Robert G. Thompson stated very kind things about me. He stated I was honest, and I am honest. Natalie Woolshin read Dr. Robert G. Thompson, and stated I was not guilty of anything. Not one thing. And certainly I wouldn't be pleading guilty to anything. Nobody had communicate with me, and I was unaware of what individuals were doing around me. I was isolated in Lancaster. And that I am extremely intelligent.

I appeared before Judge Jerome O. Herlihy of the Delaware superior court in Wilmington Delaware. Judge Jerome O. Herlihy stated, "What are University of Delaware security guards headed to Lancaster PPennsylvania for anyway? Did your attorney communicate with you at all? where did you get this guy? He isn't helping you. He is no good. Get rid of him. What kind of deal did these two give you? You know you are not guilty of this charge. You can found not guilty in front of your peers you know? Do you not recall because you didn't do this stuff, is that why you don't recall this? You are not DANGEROUS. Jail is for DANGEROUS people and you certainly aren't one of them. I am not going to put you in jail. There is nothing wrong with you. You are just depressed. What kind of meds do they have you on? Yes I will see your evidence. Any that you have. What is he whispering? Tell me! Don't listen to him. This is weird. You are from York and this is happening in Lancaster. Something not right here. What are University of Delaware security guards headed to Lancaster Pa for anyway. This doesn't make any sense. Something strange about this entire thing. I don't get this."

I was assigned a public defender. He was not communicating. He did not communicate to the judge there were forensic evaluation completed. He did not communicate to the judge the University of Delaware police reports were riddled with lies. This man did not communicate there were text messages coming in at all hours of the night from emergency cell phones. And this public defender did not communicate that this was a whistleblower case and I was being retaliated against by emergency cell phones. this public defender did not communicate I was being mobbed/harassed at Harrisburg area Community College, and followed by the police and harassed by the cops. Nor did this public defender tell the judge my emails were being down loaded, and transcribed on to police reports. He did not tell the judge I was being cyber-stalked, and my personal email account was HACKED into, and my emails were taken without a warrant illegally. The public defender did not tell the judge about the mysterious witnesses calling in and lying about my Where-a-bouts.

According to an ex-navy veteran interviewed, who was a veteran Non-union/non-Freemason truck driver for many years, "Non-Union/non-Freemason truck drivers like himself had been harassed frequently by Freemason/union truckers. They would be harassed by the union/Freemason truckers until they were driven off or they left. If these non-union/non-Freemason truckers wouldn't leave then they would continue to be harassed, and then set up for felonies when they got frustrated or lashed out. The masonic police would then be called in and charge the non-union/non-Freemason truckers with felonies. They would then quickly black list and black ball the truckers. A Freemason judge would sometimes assist the Freemason attorney's in setting up the non-union/non-Freemason truckers. This is exactly what had been done to you. But it is odd they are doing it on teachers. You need to tell people what had been done to you. Are will not stop. Let people know what they had done to you."

When my former attorney Natalie Woolshin obtained the University of Delaware police reports they were riddled with lies. I had been cyber-stalked and my computer had been HACKED into. My emails were stolen, and illegally down loaded with out a warrant. My messages were transcribed on to the University of Delaware police reports. This is why there are so many inconsistencies. They created a narratives on the police reports that i was DANGEROUS and unstable. They also lied and stated I had, had a relationship with a student. This is lie. This never happened and it was against school policy. The only employee at an University to sleep with a student was an University of Delaware security guard who was recently caught for stalking a student in May of 2012. The University of Delaware police department is so corrupt the student had to call another police department in order to get the stalking by the university of Delaware security guard to stop.

When Harrisburg Area Community College finally responded to the Pa Governors order to answer the 70+ counts of harassment and discrimination it was three weeks after my house was broken into by the University of Delaware security guards led by two ex-FBI agents(I have the two ex-FBI agents names.). These guys were harassing/mobbing me for some time at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster. It was intense. One adult student who was 33 years old. He was from Manheim and owned his own business harassed me 3 to 7x a day for weeks, and months. The Dean was told about this harassment 12x by phone, emails, and in person. The Dean did nothing! This is documented officially. The harassment/mobbing had gone on for a year. Until the deans relative attacked me in my office. It was between summer classes. I had a one hour break and the deans relative who taught sociology with a degree came in and harassed me. She quickly ran back and told the dean (her relative). This incident was documented officially.

From what I understand these people lie 2 to 3x, and then all lie for each other, and then say "YOU ARE THE LIAR!"

I kept methodical journals of these individuals harassing me/mobbing me. The forensic doctors was 100% right, these individuals in Lancaster were doing some extremely bizarre things to me. Some of the things these people were doing is extremely sick and borders sociopathic behavior and psychotic actions. I was stalked 7x that I know of by the police and other individuals. The judge, forensic psychologist, and my former attorney wereall right, I was not guilty of anything. These police along with a Freemason investigator, who was an ex-FBI agent were arranging this terror campaign around me. They were employing young Freemasons to proxy stalk me based on their already established social networks. I transcribed my journals and notes into a 150 page time-line. I was told to do this by the ACLU in Washington D.C.

According to the statistic at the FBI on the internet this type of group stalking is happening to 350,000 individuals a year. I called the FBI in Philly, Baltimore, and Wilmington, and all of these agency want to know who "THEY" are? The FBI had done little to help me. My civil rights have been violated. Why are these individuals terrorizing a vulnerable U.S. veteran. My emails were stolen illegally. My computer was HACKED into and I was Cyber-Stalked. I was placed under illegal surveillance, and mobbed/harassed relentless to the point where these individuals had almost killed me, and had me placed into a hospital due to clearly psychological exhaustion. These tactics used to harass me are clearly outlaw. The tactic used are clearly human rights violations. In summary you have a terror cell operating down here in south central Pennsylvnia. And they are the freemason Police, and Masonic cops employing fellow brothers. This is KULT-STALKING!

These individuals do not want any record of their behavior nor do they want their names mentioned. I am very sorry, I kept methodical notes and journals. each and every step of the way I filed official complaints. You tried very hard to leave very little evidence. I have a lot of evidence. I mentioned every one of your names to the department of justice and at least a 1000x now to people all around you. Honesty, WHY ARE STALKING PEOPLE FREEMASONS and forcing individuals out of employment so your brothers and sisters can take non-masons jobs. Harrisburg Area Community College and the University of Delaware are both receiving FEDERAL AID, and STATE GRANTS. It isn't wise to harass/mob and discriminate against: HOMOSEXUAL, outsiders, U.S. Veterans, Vulnerable U.S. Veterans, and whistleblowers. You did it! Then you police stalked me and cop harassed me through your masonic police supervisors and your social networks (corporate stalking). You did it!

By definition under FEDERAL LAW this is certainly a criminal conspiracy. The statue of limitation for a criminal conspiracy is 5 years from the date of the last victimization. Malicious prosecution of a whistleblower, Prosecutorial misconduct, Police misconduct, lying on police reports and fabricating evidence. Those two certified U.S. Mail receipt numbers are as followed: 1. 7011-2000-0001-7648-2593, Addressed to U.S. DOJ "CIVIL RIGHTS DIV" Eric H. Holder Jr, 2.7009-1410-0001-0794-9165, Addressed to Eric H. Holder Jr.

2. Enclosed is a rough draft of a 50 page time-line. A series of official complaints made to the Pa Governor of the Human Relation Commission and EEOC in Pennsylvania. Those formal complaint number are as followed: PHRC Case No. 200800802 & EEOC Case No.17F200960329 This complaints were lodged against Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pa. And consist of 70+ counts of harassment/mobbing and discrimination. I was the third professor in less than two years to be forced out, and fourth person if you count the HOMOSEXUAL ex-Marine to be discriminated against and chased off at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania. What is occurring is wealthy, rich "CHRISTIANS who are well connected individuals in the HERSHEY, Lancaster, and South Central Pennsylvania are hiring ex-FBI agents, and Ex-State Cops who are Freemasons to use their social networks and connections in order to discredit, harass/mob individuals, stalk them methodically and build bogus charges against them through lengthy bogus investigations designed to trump up charges against Vulnerable U.S. veterans. I am talking about me in this case, but this has happened to others.

4. I was being cop stalked, and police harassed by the following local police and the University of Delaware security department in Newark Delaware. I was being mobbed/harassed criminally at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania. It appears from the University of Delaware police reports obtained by Natalie Woolshin of Wilmington De, that the following had occurred. My email account was HACKED into. My messages were stolen with out a warrant. They illegally down loaded, and then transcribed by security guards on to University of Delaware police reports. The University of Delaware police reports are riddled with lies, and written in a way that would have me appear DANGEROUS, and Unstable. In addition there is a mysterious witness calling into the University of Delaware in Newark and this witness had lied to his buddies at the University of Delaware security dept on numerous times about my WHERE-A-BOUTS. This mysterious witness also lied about me HACKING into my ex-girlfriends computer 400x. I do not know how to do that.

5. During the course of a lengthy bogus investigation that started soon after formal complaints PHRC Case No200800802 & EEOC Case No. 17F200960329 reached Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania I was receiving text messages, and phone calls from 5 to 6 phones, two numbers were written down, Emergency Cell phones, and perhaps a spoofing device. These text messages and Phone calls were agitating me, baiting me, luring me, and provoking me. These messages and calls have since vanished.

6. Forensic Psychologist/Criminologist Dr. Robert G. Thompson at the Delaware psych clinic in New Castle stated the following to me, "They were really trying to hurt you. They wanted to get you for everything they could. Yes I believe you. I support you. I believe they those text messages were coming in, and I believe they had done a lot more that you are unaware of. It was very smart of you to send those text messages. I support you. You are honest. You were bad when you first came in here. I wouldn't to give you time. They wanted you placed in an institution. This was my decision. I wanted you to know this. I said "NO". You are fine up in Lancaster Pa. I was worried about you. Are you seeing anything? Ok, you are just depressed. You are a little better now." They were trying to have me diagnosed with schizophrenia or a delusional disorder. After three honorable discharges from the U.S. Army...Who knew? lol I had read these evaluations from Dr. Robert G. Thompson, I pulled them out of a drawl and actually read them right in front of a counselor. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves HERSHEY PENNSYLVANIA, LANCASTER, and THE UNIVERSITY OF DELAWARE SECURITY DEPARTMENT.

These individuals are KULT-STALKING, and the harassment/mobbing and stalking is coming from HERSHEY PA, LANCASTER, SOUTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA moving down into Newark at the University of Delaware right into the public defenders office in Wilmington Delaware. Do you not recall because you just didn't do this? You know you are not guilty of this charge? You know you can be found not guilty in front of your peers? You are not DANGEROUS. 9. Having been thrown in jail in Delaware at 15x the normal amount of bail. The University of Delaware security staff finds out that my friend is heading down to Delaware in order to bail me out of jail. I am accused of wanting to blow up the University of Delaware and kill more kids than Virginia tech. Finding nobody is home from the neighborhood watch group located on WOODS Ave in Lancaster Pennsylvania the University of Delaware security staff led by two ex-FBI agents and Ex-State cops breaks in through the front window of my residence on WOODS AVE in Lancaster Pa.

The University of Delaware security staff led by two ex-FBI agents takes the following: College books, piles ex-girlfriends gifts of POLO shirts up in the middle of the bed and my three U.S. Army medals laying on the dresser vanished I had earned from my three honorable discharges. Quickly a Freemasons named OLE FREEMASON Ad Crable is contacted at the Lancaster newspaper, and OLE FREEMASON Ad Crable places me on the Internet black listing and Black balling me 12x for being a whistleblower. Currently OLE FREEMASON Ad Crable had lowered the Internet black listing and Internet black balling down to 6x for being a whistleblower.

11. For over two years rumors were being circulated that I was the following: DANGEROUS, on drugs, a racist, aggressive, a loose cannon, a time-bomb, unstable, and I had WEAPONS. I have never owned a gun in my life. I am reasonable man, and I have never done drugs in my life. I am quiet intellectual, and a pacifest. I had many years of experience working with deprived boys and their families. I was counselor to children.

12. After my house was broken into by the university of Delaware security staff. Pa State Trooper RICHARD T. DRUM called me 3x. Maybe he had some remorse. He was an ex-soldier and I played soft ball with his buddies. Pa Troopers Richard T. Drum stated the following items to me, "I have never seen an investigation like this before. this certainly isn't state police protocol nor none I have ever seen before. We call people. We communicate with people. We talk to people and we just don't come out and bust into peoples houses. You don't have any guns. 90% of the stuff they took had nothing to do with any charges. You should get it all back. They were taking pictures and going through your personal stuff. I don't get this. They walked across the street to peoples houses on WOODS Ave who they knew were home. They walked directly to their houses. They talked to them as if they knew them. It was the middle of an afternoon on a weekday. This is weird. That U.D. security guard called OLE FREEMASON Ad crable. That University of Delaware security guard said that stuff to OLE FREEMASON Ad Crable. I don't get this. I am just the middle man here. I don't know."

13. A naval veteran was interview. A non-union/non-Freemason truck driver for 25 years. A trustworthy person. This naval veterans stated the following. "For years Freemason/union truckers would harass me, and my friends. The Non-union/non-Freemason truck drivers would be harass by the Freemason/union truckers until they would leave or quit. If the non-union/non-Freemason truckers did not quit they would continue to be harassed until they would get frustrated, angry or lash out. The union/Freemason truckers would then call in the Masonic police, and the Freemason cops would arrest the non-union/non-Freemason truckers and charge them with felonies. I have seen this happen. They would then be black listed and black balled. They would be given a public defender who was a Freemasons and appear possibly before a Freemason judge. They would be thrown in jail sometimes on felony charges. They did this to friends of mine and Freemason/union truckers harassed me. You have tell people. It will continue. You have to place this on the Internet. This is what I had done. I put the Freemason/union truckers on the Internet and told people what they were doing. It strange they were doing it to teachers. This is what they had done to you. It's odd they went after you for being teachers. That is what they did to you."

14. After being harassed/mobbed for well over a year at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania. After being harassed a final time by an sociology instructor in my office ( I later found out this instructor was the deans relative. It was kept a secret from me.) I thought this was all strange, and kept referring to my harassment and mobbing as gang rape. So I went to talk to an academic Attorney named Vivian B. Narehood in Lancaster pa. Ms Vivian B. Narehood stated the following to me, "My God. You must call the Pa Governor immediately. You must file complaints with the PHRC and EEOC. This is not about your teaching. You a great teacher." There were witnesses.

15. I was harassed and mobbed for well over two years by the police and members of Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pa. I was told to keep journals and file complaints on them by two sociology professors. I kept methodically notes and journals. The quotes are pretty close to what was said. I was stalked by the police and others physically on more than 7 occasions. I have witnesses. My time-line is 150 pages long and details how my victimization is moving in phases. What was done is similar to the FBI's COINTELPRO. And the East German's terror tactics and psychological harassment similar to what the STASI had done to East German Citizens.

16. These guys harassed/mobbed me so much that they almost killed me, and I had to placed into the hospital for a year and a half. This was due to psychological exhaustion. After being arrested by the University of Delaware security guards i was thrown in jail and accused of wanting to blow up the University of Delaware and kill more kids than Virginia tech. I was also accused of wanting to hurt my ex-girlfriend. I was thrown in jail at 15x the normal amount of bail.

I have never owned a gun in my life. I am a pacifist, and I am a reasonable man. I am a quiet intellectual, and I have never done drugs in my life. I am not a racist. I am none of the things and rumors being spread about me.

After being placed in jail at 15x the normalamount of bail by the University of Delaware security my friend came down to bail me out. The University of Delaware found out through the neighborhood watch group my friend had left our house and the house was empty. The University of Delaware security then rushed up to WOODS Ave in Lancaster Pennsylvania and busted in through the window. They took the following:College books, they piled my ex-girlfriends gifts of POLO shirts up in the middle of the bed, and my three U.S. Army medals sitting on the dresser beside my bed I had earned from my three honorable discharges Vanished. Quickly a Freemason named OLE FREEMASON Ad Crable was contacted at the Lancaster newspaper and he placed me on the Internet 12x Internet black balling and Internet black listing me for being a whistlblower and filing complaints: PHRC Case no. 200800802 & EEOC Case No. 17F200960329.

My former attoney Natalie woolshin in Wilmington Delaware stated the following, "This is odd. The University of Delaware security harasses kids for under age drinking and stuff like that. this has to be the biggest thing that had ever happen in the history of the University of Delaware security. This is odd. That University of delawaresecurity guard most likely called your college. There is another side of the story to all this. You are not guilty. You are not guilty of anything. we are not pleading guilty to nothing. Nobody was comunicating with you. You were not aware of what was going on. I know you are not DANGEROUS. You are not DANGEROUS. You are very smart. We have a lot of options."

A naval veteran and ex-independent trucker of 25 years stated the following to me, "We used to be harassed by Freemason/union truckers. The Union/Freemason truckers would harass us until we would quit or leave. If we non-Freemason/non-union truckers would not quit or leave we would continue to be harassed until we would get frustrated or lash out. When we did this the Union/Freemason truckers would call the masonic cops and have us arrested. They would charge us with felonies. And then have us thrown in jail. Quickly we would be black balled and black listed. An Freemason public defender would be called in and a Freemason judge would be present The non-freemason/non-union trucker would be then thrown in jail. I have seen this happen to my friends. It's strange they were doing this to teachers. It strange they were doing this to you. I would put everything on the Internet and let everybody know. I did this. Let as many people know as possible. You have to expose them. If you do not tell people it will continue. You must tell people what happened to you. You must let people know. Put your story on the Internet. Or they will keep doing it to you."

When I obtained the police reports from my former attorney Natalie Woolshin in Wilmington Delaware... The police reports were riddled with lies. They were down loading my email. They were HACKING into my email account without a warrant and illegally taking my emails and transcribing them on to their University of Delaware security police reports. They madeup lies about me that I was unstable, and DANGEROUS in order to obtain a search warrant off those judges in their social networks. This was coordinated with WEALTHY, RICH "CHRISTIAN" Freemasons in HERSHEY, Lancasterand south central Pennsylvania, and assisted by the University of Delaware security. This was whistleblower retaliation. These individuals were cop stalking me, police harassing me. They were engaging in malicious prosecution of a whistleblower, and prosecutorial misconduct. They were fabricating evidence with false testimony from friends, and lying about me.

Three weeks after my house was broken into on WOODS Ave in Lancaster, the 70+counts of harassment and discrimination were answered. Harrisburg Area Community College had finally answer the Pa governors order to answer the 70+ counts of harassment and discrimination, and the answers were "RIDDLE WITH LIES".

In summary, I was harassed/mobbed for well over two years at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania. The harassment and psychological harassment was similar to EAST German STASI tactics. I was harassed much like the FBI's COINTELPRO tactics. My harassment was very similar to both the East German's STASI and FBI's COINTELPRO Tactics.

I kept methodically jouranls and notes during my harassment/mobbing and stalking by the University of Delaware and Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania. And my harassment closely resembles the East German STASI tactics used against East German Citizens, and the FBI's COINTELPRO of the late 60's and early 70's. I was mobbed and harassed to the point where these individuals almost killed me and I had to be placed into the hospital for a year and a half due to pure psychologicalal exhaustion. Herlihy stated the following in his court room in Wilmington Delaware, " What are University of Delaware security guards headed to Lancaster Pennsylvania for anyway. Did your attorney even communicate with you at all. Where did you get this guy at? He isn't helping you. He is no good. Get rid of him. What kind of deal did these two give you? Do you not recall this because you just didn't do this stuff? do you know you are not guilty of this charge? Do you realize you can be found not guilty of this in front of your peers? 6. The public defender in the Wilmington Delaware court was RING KNOCKING. The public defender was a RING KNOCKER (a Freemason) and the public defender was setting the deck in order to have me convicted of bogus charges and assist fellow Freemasons in treating me inappropriately (The public defender was KULT-STALKING)

7. Forensic psychologist/criminologist Robert G. Thompson stated at the Delaware psych-clinic in New Castle Delaware the following. Dr Robert G. Thompson looked at the formal complaints, and listened to me. Dr. Robert G. Thompson then looked at me as if he had seen a ghost, and stated the following, "They really wanted to hurt you. 8. The prosecutor and a security guard at the University of Delaware had suggested getting me diagnosed with schizophrenia, or a delusional disorder. The psych clinic including Dr. Robert G. Thompson refused to go along with this suggestion. Who knew after all these years, and three honorable discharges later.

9. Ten months after I filed the formal complaints against Harrisburg Area Community College I was arrested and charged. I was arrested 10 months after the formal complaints from the PHRC and EEOC reached Harrisburg Area Community College. I was charged, and driven to Delaware. 13. Pa State Trooper Richard T. DRUM called me 3x and stated the following: "I have never seen an investigation like this before. We call people. We talk to people. We communicate with people and we just don't bust into their houses. This isn't state police protocol nor none I have ever seen before. You don't have any guns. 90% of the stuff they took had nothing to do with any charges. You should get it all back. I don't get this. They walked across the street to peoples houses who they knew were home. They talked to them as if they knew them. It was a summer afternoon on a weekday afternoon. This is strange. That University of Delaware security guard called Ole Freemason Ad Crable at the Lancaster Newspaper. That University of Delaware security guard said those things about you to OLE FREEMASON Ad Crable. This is strange. I am just the middle man here. This is weird. I don't know."

14. After being harassed and academically mobbed for a year (Google:Kenneth Westhue, Mobbing, working place harassment, in order to understand mobbing) I called an academic attorney named Vivian B. Narehood(phone 717-291-1700) in Lancaster Pennsylvania. Ms Narehood stated, "Oh my GOD. This has nothing to do with your teaching. Call the PA GOVERNOR immediately. File complaints with the EEOC and PHRC. You are a great teacher."

Interviewing a U.S. Naval Veteran and non-union/non-Freemason trucker for 25 years, this honest U.S. Veteran had this to say, "For years us non-Union/non-Freemason truckers were harassed by Freemason/union Freemason truckers. We would be harassed by union/Freemason truckers until we would quit or be run off. If us non-union/non-Freemason truckers wouldn't quit we would continue to be harassed until we would get upset or lash out. Once us non-union/non-Freemason truckers would lash out, the masonic police would be called in. The freemason cops would then make up felony charges and bust in to our houses. They would then black list and black ball us from working again. I have seen this happen to friends. Then they wheel you in from of a masonic judge while giving you a Freemason attorney. And then you would be throw in jail. It's strange they were doing it to teachers. This is what they did to you. You have to tell people. You have to get on the Internet and tell people what they had done to you. You must let people know. Or it will continue. I put what was done to me on the Internet. They don't like being exposed. 16. I called the FBI in PHILLY, BALTIMORE, and WILMINGTON De, and on every occasion they referred me to somebody else, and asked the question "WHO ARE "THEY"?"

17. I kept methodically journals on what had occured to me. I kept notes based on two sociology professors telling me to do so, and advising me to put formal complaints in each and every time. This would mark a pattern of harassment if I was isolated and individuals attempted to lie about the harassment.

18. Having transcribed those journals and notes based on the ACLU recommendation in Washington D.C. I found the following out. My life was being methodically de-constructed. My ability to bring in an income was gradually being destroyed. My relationships were being sabotaged. And I was being kept from obtaining gainful full-time employment. I was being KULT-STALKED by masonic police and harassed by Freemason cops.

21. Having obtained the University of Delaware police reports from attorney Natalie Woolshin of Wilmington Delaware, these police reports are riddled with lies. These security guards at the Universityof Delaware were down loading my email messages "CYBER-STALKING" with out a warrant. These security guards at the University of Delaware were illegally stealing my email messages and transcribing information onto police reports in order to have me appear DANGEROUS or unstable. These University of Delaware security guards had their buddy "A TRUSTWORTHY" witness calling in and lying about my WHERE-A-BOUTS and stating I was diving way down in Delaware stalking my girlfriend. This same individuals was calling and telling the University of Delaware security I had HACKED in to my girlfriends email account 400x. This is a lie. I do not know how to HACKED into people computers nor would I do it.

22. On the University of Delaware security police reports I am accused of sleeping withmy student. I am accused of having sex with a student. This is lie. This is false. This never happened. The University of Delaware security is lying about this. This is a lie that was fabricated on to the University of Delaware security reports.

Perhaps these University of Delaware security guards have me confused with their friend a fellow University of Delaware security guard who was charged with harassment in May of 2012 by another police dept for stalking and harassing another student. This University of Delaware security guard was stalking and having sex with a student. The student had to call another police dept in Feburary of 2012 in order to have the stalking and harassment stop by a University of Delaware security guard.

24. I am a Vulnerable U.S. Veteran of the U.S. Army. I have three honorable discharges. I was being Stalked by cops, and harassed by police. I have earned degrees from Penn state University and the University of Maryland in sociology. I do not lie. I was being KULT-STALKED. Police Stalked, and Cop harassed. I was being tracked and traced by cell phone. My email messages and text messages were being taking illegally with out a warrant and being transcribed on police reports. I was the fourth person forced out at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania. I had enough of the harassment/mobbing and filed complaints establishing myself as a whistleblower. I was retaliated against. A bogus lengthy investigation designed to trump-up charges on a whistlelbower. Three weeks after my house was broken into through the window by the University of Delaware security (led by two ex-FBI agents and Ex-state cops who are Freemasons) Harrisburg Area Community College answered the PA Governors order to answer the 70+ counts of harassment and discrimination on PHRC case No. 200800802 & EEOC Case No. 17F200960329. Dear U.S. Attorney General, U.S. Dept of Justice "CIVIL RIGHTS DIV", Attorney General BO of Delaware, Pennsylvania attorney General & Judge Jerome O. Herlihy(302-577-7042 & 302-255-0800) of the Delaware superior court in Wilmington, Michael German of the ACLU in Washington D.C. expert on American Organized Gang Stalking & illegal Surveillance in American (ex-FBI agent defector) media@dcaclu.org & the senates investigation committee on "THE HOMELAND SECURITY" & "THESE DAM FUSION CENTERS"AKA:AMERICAN STASI CENTERS

1. They will lie 2 to 3x and then all lie for each other, and then say "YOU ARE THE LIAR!"

2. Interviewing an U.S.Naval Veteran & "CATHOLIC" independent Non-Freemason/non-Union truck driver of 25 years, this trustworthy U.S. Veteran had this to say,

"For year us non-Freemason/non-Union truck drivers would be harassed by the Freemason/union truck drivers. We would be harassed by the Freemason/union truck drivers until us non-Freemason/non-Union truck drivers would either quit or leave. If us non-Freemason/non-Union truck drivers did not quit or leave we would continue to be harassed by the Freemason/union truck drivers. We would harassed & agitated by the Freemason/union truck drives until we would get frustrated, upset, lash out. Then the Freemason/union truck drivers would call in the Freemason police & arrest us for felonies. The Freemason police would the throw the non-Freemason/non-Union truck driver in jail. The Freemason police would then quickly call a Freemason newspaper person & quickly black list & black ball us non-Freemason/non-Union truck drivers. I have seen this happen. It does happen. It has happened to my friends. For years they had tried to do this to me. I was smart. Each time they harassed me I would put them on the internet and let everybody know what they had done to me. After the non-Freemason/non-Union truck drivers would be thrown in jail, their houses would be busted in to & more charges would be manufactured against them. The non-Freemason/non-Union truck driver would then be given a Freemason public defender & this Freemason public defender would make a deal with a Freemason prosecutor. Perhaps there would be a Freemason judge. And then the Freemason judge would throw the Non-Freemason/non-Union truck driver back in jail. This is what they had done to you. It is wrong. You must let somebody know about what they had done to you or the harassment may continue. Perhaps the Judge. It's strange they are doing to teachers. It's strange they had done this to you a teacher. They do, do it. I was wrong what they had done to you. tell somebody."

3. There are groups of individuals: Masonic Cyber-Stalking & Masonic Harassment Groups running in Lancaster, HERSHEY & South Central Pennsylvania mobbing, harassing & stalking individuals. Then calling the MASONIC COPS in order to frame you & set you up for charges. First they are mobbing/harassing you, and then agitating by cell phone. These ANIMALS & KLOWNS are doing everything they can to get you for anything they can. Even when it is going beyond the law.

4. I filed formal "WHISTLEBLOWER" complaints:PHRC Case No.200800802 & EEOC Case No.17F200960329 against Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania. I was mobbed/harassed & discriminated for well over a year. There were two other professors who were harassed & forced out besides me & if you count the HOMOSEXUAL ex-marine who was discriminated & chased off at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania it was four of us in less than two years. It's disturbing but true. These groups of psychopaths are working with the Masonic police & these Masonic led neighborhood watch groups. It's very similar to the EAST GERMANS STASI tactics of psychological harassment & constant surveillance. These klowns in Lancaster, HERSHEY & South central Pennsylvania been doing this form of "COMMUNITY BASED MOBBING" for well over two hundred years.

5. After over a year of being mobbed & harassed I had decided to speak with an academic attorney named Vivian B. Narehood (717-291-1700). I kept referring to all the harassment/mobbing as "GANG RAPE". I Ms Narehood with evidence & witness what had been going on. It was nuts. I was exhausted psychologically. Ms Narehood stated,
"My God. Call the Pa Governor immediately. File complaints with the EEOC & PHRC immediately. This has nothing to do with your teaching. You are fine teachers. I can see by your resume you are more than qualified to teach sociology at the Community College level." So I filed formal "WHISTLEBLOWER" complaints:PHRC Case No.200800802 & EEOC Case No.17F200960329 against Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania.

6. This stuff is like STASI EAST GERMANY down here in Lancaster, HERSHEY, South Central Pennsylvania extending down to the University of Delaware in Newark & across to the public defenders office & prosecutors office in Wilmington Delaware. Then the FBI & this dam "FUSION CENTER" & "HOMELAND SECURITY" at Ft INDIANTOWN GAP is working with these nuts to black list, black ball, mob, stalk, harass whistleblowers, sociologists, activists & ex-U.S. Soldiers.

7. It's all over the news! It's all over the internet! The senate just released a study that the HOMELAND SECURITY & these dam "FUSION CENTERS" are simply worthless & produce shoddy paperwork & are stalking, spying, harassing, placing under surveillance WHISTELBLOWERS, sociologists, leftist, Activists & ex-U.S. Soldiers. It was released they have more paperwork & information on the common citizen then the STASI had in all their years of tyranny in EAST GERMANY.

8. These Masonic KLOWNS down here in Lancaster were sending this one idiot into the college, I will refer to as PSYCHO MIKIEMIC. These individuals came into my classroom at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania as if it were a NEW PENN TRUCK STOP & PSYCHO MIKIEMIC was harassing me along with this female student for weeks in to months. Now I wrote every word down this dude had said to me. I filed complaints on him. And I went around and talk to other individuals about him. And I know dam well he knew what he was doing. He was put to doing what he was doing. And the dam was allowing him to do what he was doing.

9. Here is direcet quote from PSYCHO MIKIEMIC, "IF YOU TELL ANYBODY MY NAME OR WHAT I AM DOING TO YOU I WILL GET YOU. DON'T MENTION MY NAME TO ANYBODY OR WHAT I AM DOING." This guy would harass me 3 to 7x each day. PSYCHO MIKIEMIC did this for weeks into months. He knew what he was doing.

10. Two other professors had similar problems. One professor wrote me and stated, "Every day before class & after class this one particular individual would harass me. It was intentional. This was going on & on. Finally I had enough of the harassment. I told the dean I was quiting. The harassment by students immediately stopped."

11. I was told by "CATHOLICS", "they do, do that." These idiots are sick. They harassed me so much these ANIMALS almost killed me. They are pushing individuals out at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania & then replacing these individuals with the following:RELATIVES (NEPOTISM or NEPO-DISCRIM), friends, MasonicTools, Fellow Freemasons & Eastern Stars (Female Freemasons). This stuff isn't right! Then they are taking individuals like myself, and manufacturing, charging me, and creating illusions through trickery I am a bad person & did something bad. Then these sick O's are taking these lies & passing these lies along to the next community mobbers & masonic harasser which includes: The Masonic Police & the Masonic Public defender & Masonic Prosecutor.

12. The Dean at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania was told no less than 12x about PSYCHO MIKIEMIC. The Dean at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania did nothing about the harassment. This Dean knew what was going on at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania. He was in charge of all four individuals leaving based on similar circumstances. This Deans relative actually came in & was harassing me & attacked me for no reason. Then this instructor ran back & told the Dean I had harassed her. And the two of them made up a witness. And lied and stated I had harassed her. I was in my office on a summer & it was between a 45 minute break I had between two summer classes.

13. The Forensic psychologist/Criminologist Dr. Robert G. Thompson at the Delaware psych clinic in New Castle out right stated,

"THEY WERE EVERYTHING THEY COULD IN ORDER TO GET YOU FOR AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. They really wanted to hurt you. You are honest. I support you. I believe you. I believe those text messages were coming in & they were doing a whole lot more to you, you were unaware of? You were smart. It was very smart of you to do that. I wanted you to know this. The prosecutor & an University of Delaware security guard had approached me about institutionalizing you. This was my decision. I wanted to know this. I told them "NO". You are staying up in Lancaster until you are better. You were pretty bad when you first came here. You are a little better now. I was worried about you. I wanted to give time to figure this all out. You aren't seeing anything. I didn't think so. They really wanted to hurt you. Don't isolate! if you need anything dont be afraid to ask me. "

14. These University of Delaware security guards were engaging lengthy bogus investigations where they were harassing & mobbing me with other individuals & then trumping-up bogus charges on me. They were attempting to have be diagnosed with Schizophrenia or a delusional disorder so that the information I providing would be discredited. Now how many times in history has the FBI & their COINTELPRO pulled this crap on innocent citizens. And now how many times had the FREEMASON, this so called "HOMELAND SECURITY" & this "FUSION CENTER" going to get away with stalking individuals such as WHISTLEBLOWERS & placing them under illegal surveillance & spying on them while manufacturing crimes on innocent Americans.

15. For almost killing me & psychologically exhausting me to the point of no return these monsters, ANIMALS & psychopaths had gotten rewards. Yes the University of Delaware security commanded by two FREEMASONS & ex-FBI agents & Del State Troopers recieved: TWO SOUPED-UP POLICE SPORT CARS & TWO EUROPEAN POLICE DOGS all while the University of Delaware boy's track team went under, The University of Delaware's law school was scraped & DEAN HARKER had gotten an undisclosed some of money that was exposed by a journalist named JOSH. 16. Judge Jerome O. Herlihy (302-577-7042 & 302-255-0800) of the Delaware superior court in Wilmington in Late December of 2010 sat right in over the case. The Honorable judge Jerome O. Herlihy shook his head & rolled his eyes and stated the following,

"WHAT ARE UNIVERSITY OF DELAWARE SECURITY GUARDS HEADED TO LANCASTER PENNSYVANIA FOR ANYWAY? Did your attorney even communicate with you at all? Where did you get this guy at? He isn't helping you. He is no good. Get rid of him. What kind of deal did these two give you anyway? tell me. You are not guilty of this charge. Do you know that? You can be found not guilty of this charge in a jury of your peers. You don't remember because you just didn't do this. You are not DANGEROUS. Jail is for DANGEROUS people. And you are certainly not one of them. I am not going to put you in jail. There is nothing wrong with you. You are just depressed. What kind of meds are these people putting you on? There is nothing wrong with you. I want to talk to that doctor. How do you spell Dr. Robert G. Thompson. Ok You used to teach sociology. Yes I will see your evidence. Any that you have. This is weird. What is he WHISPERING to you? tell me! Don't listen to him. You are from York & this happened in Lancaster. WHAT ARE UNIVERSITY OF DELAWARE SECURITY GUARDS HEADED TO LANCASTER PENNSYLVANIA ANYWAY FOR? something no right herer. This isn't make any sense to me. I am not getting this."

17. These dudes were throwing me under the bus. They were intentionally doing this to me. I have documentation to prove that this was bogus representation. Hell, you can read between Judge Jerome O. Herlihy lines. And read what he is saying, not me. These guys are pulling this "WHITE GLOVE TREATMENT" stuff. It's what the ACLU is calling gov't sponsored American Organized Gang Stalking. My God, how obvious does it need to be.

18. Hell you have, two individuals now internet black balling me & internet black listing me. Those two are PETER KOTZ of "TRUE CRIME" & OLE FREEMASON AD CRABLE of the Lancaster Newspaper in Pennsylvania. OLE FREEMASON Ad Crable orginally put me on the internet 12x & internet black balled & internet black listed me for being a whistleblower & filing those formal "MOBBING" Complaints:PHRC Case No.200800802 & EEOC Case No.17F200960329 against Freemasons at Harrisburg Area Community College. And you were mobbing/harassing me & placed me under surveillance while you agitated me, harassed me, stalked me, lured me, provoked me in the name of my ex-girlfriend. My GOD everybody knows that...Using a girl in order to get to a ex-soldier. How low can you go Freemasons & Eastern stars???

19. As Attorney Natalie Woloshin of Wilmington Delaware stated,

"This is odd. The University of Delaware are known for harassing kids for underage drinking & stuff like that. This has to be the biggest thing that had ever happened in the history of the University of Delaware's security. You are not guilty of anything. We are not pleading guilty to anything. There is another side of the story here. Nobody communicated with you. You were unaware of what was going on. I will send you Forensic Dr. Robert G. Thompson evals from the Delaware psych clinic in New Castle. You are very smart. You are extremely smart. Yes I believe that University of Delaware security guard was calling your employer. No you are not DANGEROUS, I know that...If you need anything don't hesitate to ask."

20. For ten months after formal "WHISTLEBLOWER"Complaints (mobbing coplaints):PHRC Case No.200800802 & EEOC Case No.17F200960329 reached Harrisburg Area Community College I was agitated, baited, stalked, harassed, lured & provoked by these cell phones. They were mostly emergency cell phones. Only the police have emergency cell phones. I have the University of Delaware police reports. My public defender that threw me under the bus was shocked I had them. But it was one University of Delaware security guard who was agitating me with these phones, maybe other, but this university of Delaware security guard is lying on the U.D. Police reports about sending me messages. It's almost pretty clever the illusion these University of Delaware security guards were creating. If I had kept records, journals, notes, filed complaints & had gotten other supporting evidence against these KLOWNS, they would have certainly gotten away with this harassment & retaliation. I bet in 10 out 10 Cases they would get off scott free with this type of corruption being committed against innocent citizens. It's pretty clever how they are black listing individuals & black balling individuals too. The same way the FBI's COINTELPRO used to do it to the civil rights leaders & pacifist activists in the 1960's & 1970's.

Oh, they would shoot the black civil rights leaders in the head & then release pictures of them naked and say those African-American's were pedophiles or something bizarre like that in order to black list and black ball them. Just like PETER KOTZ of "TRUE CRIME" & OLE FREEMASON AD CRABLE of the Lancaster Newspaper in Pennsylvania is doing with me. Just sick stuff to sabotage a Vulnerable U.S. Veterans like myself. Just sick, hateful black balling and black listing. The same thing the FBI's COINTELPRO and STASI used to do is the same thing the HOMELAND SECURITY & this FUSION CENTER, the FBI & these bizarre individuals in these community based policing units are now doing to us American. I was arrested by the University of Delaware security in Newark (led by 2 Freemasons ex FBI agents & Del State Cops) 3 weeks before the Pa Governor ordered Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania to answer the 70+ counts of harassment & discrimination on formal "WHISTLEBLOWER" complaints:PHRC Case No.200800802 & EEOC Case No.17F200960329. I was accussed by one University of Delaware security guard that I wanted to BLOW UP THE UNIVERSITY OF DELAWARE AND KILL MORE KIDS THAN VIRGINIA TECH" and then I was charged with "FAKE" Stalking my ex-girlfriend. I was thrown in Jail at 12x to 15x the amount of bail.

23. The University of Delaware security found out through the neighborhood watch group on WOODS AVE in Lancaster Pennsylvania that my friend had come down to Delaware in order to bail me out, and so with nobody home the University of Delaware security rushed up to WOODS AVE in Lancaster Pennsylvania and busted through the front window. Nobody of course was home...

24. They took college books, piled my ex-girlfriends gifts of POLO shirts up in the middle of the bed & my three U.S. Army medals laying on the dresser beside my bed I had earned from my three honorable discharges vanised off the dresser. Quickly a Freemason named OLE FREEMASON Ad Crable of the Lancaster newspaper was contacted by an University of Delaware security guard. OLE FREEMASON Ad Crable then quickly put me on the internet 12x, internet black listing & internet black balling me for being a whistleblower.

25. Pa State Trooper RICHARD T. DRUM called me 3x and stated the following,

"I have never seen an investigation like this before. This certainly isn't state police protocol nor none I had ever seen before. We call people. We talk to people. We communicate with people & we just don't come out and bust into peoples homes. You don't have any guns. 90% of the stuff they took had nothing to do with any charges. You should get it all back. This is weird. They were going through your personal thing & taking pictures. I don't get this. They were walking down the street to people houses they knew were home. They walked directly to them. They talked to them as if they knew them. It was the middle of a summer afternoon on a weekday. That University of Delaware security guard called OLE FREEMASON AD CRABLE. that University of Delaware security guard said that stuff to OLE FREEMASON Ad Crable. I don't get this. This doesn't make any sense. I am just the middle man here. I don't know."

Well maybe they were taking 90% of that stuff in order to give it to Harrisburg Area Community College's lawyer so that they could answer the 70+ counts of harassment & discrimination before the Pa Governors dead line was up? I think there was a reason why they were agitating, harassing, stalking, baiting & provoking by cell phones. The National Whistleblowers Association labels this kind of handy work by corrupt law enforcement officials as the following: A LENGTHY BOGUS INVESTIGATION DESIGNED TO TRUMP-UP BOGUS CHARGES ON A WHISTLEBLOWER. oh, Gee, maybe that's why the University of Delaware security guards busted into the house 3 weeks before the Pa Governors dead line to answer formal "WHISTLEBLOWER"comlaints:PHRC Case No.200800802 & EEOC Case No.17F200969329.

27. As Judge jerome O. Herlihy stated in court in December of 2010, "WHAT ARE UNIVERSITY OF DELAWARE SECURITY GUARDS HEADED TO LANCASTER PENNSYLVANIA FOR ANYWAY?"

28. 3 weeks after the break in of my house on WOODS AVE in Lancaster Pennsylvania Harrisburg Area Community College answered the Pa Governors order to responded to the 70+counts of harassment & discrimination on PHRC Case No.200800802 & EEOC Case No.17F200960329 and guess what? THE RESPONSE TO THE WHISTLEBLOWER COMPLAINTS WERE RIDDLED WITH LIES TO THE PA GOVERNOR.

29. When the University of Delaware police reports were obtained from former attorney Natalie Woloshin of Wilmington Delaware the University of Delaware police reports were RIDDLED WITH LIES. A said to be "TRUSTWORTHY WITNESS" on the University of Delaware police reports was calling into his friends & lied about every single thing he had reported to his buddies at the University of Delaware security. This trustworthy witness Freemason "THE HACKER" Van Frankenstein stated I was HACKING into my ex-girlfriend computer. FREEMASON "THE HACKER" Van FRANKENSTEIN stated I had HACKED into my ex-girlfriend computer 400x. This is not true. FREEMASON "THE HACKER" Van FRANKENSTEIN is lying. I don't know how to HACK into computers. Nor would I do it if I knew how because it is illegal. I discussed this with Forensic psychologist/criminologist Dr. Robert G. Thompson at the Delaware psych clinic in New Castle. These individuals were HACKING into my computer illegally & with out a warrant & then taking incomplete message and manufacturing a story on their police reports at the University of Delaware. Tell me that's not corrupt. I had also had individuals HACKING into my cell phone & reading my text message & stalking me by these GADGETS & cell phone APPS. This is true. And I have supporting evidence to prove it. These individuals at the University of Delaware are corrupt and are liars. The University of Delaware security also stated I was sleeping with a student of mine for 3 months while she was in my class. This was a complete lie. This never happened. I would never have sex with a student while she were taking me class. It is against college policy & against my policy.

30. However, an employee at the University of Delaware was sleeping with a student and having sex. The same lies these University of Delaware security guards told about me are the same things they had engaged in. Employees sleeping with students at the University of Delaware. In fact (may of 2012) a University of Delaware security guard was having sex with a student at the University of Delaware & later was arrested by another police dept for stalking & harassing the University of Delaware student. Another police dept had to arrest an University of Delaware security guard.

31. When the FBI in Philly, Wilmington, & Baltimore are contacted. One guy knew my name before he even picked up the phone and begain to stutter. And said there nothing we can do for you. The dept of Justice will not do anything for you. It is an issue the Delaware attorney general needs to handle. The Dept of Education needs to handle those whistleblower complaint. They will not take my report. Although if somebody calls in and state they had seen ELVIS in an Amish buggy the FBI will take those reports. Or if somebody sees a Space Ship flying over lancaster the FBI will take those reports or Even if you called in and stated HITLER was marching on PHILLY with an 100,000 man army the FBI would take that report.

32. But they will not take my report & know my name before they pick up the phone & stutter. The FBI plays this game that ABBOTT & COSTELLO used to play, "WHO IS ON FIRST?" and then the FBI in PHILLY, WILMINGTON & BALTIMORE always pretends that they don't know what the left hand is doing from the right hand.

33. And here is the kicker, they always refer me to another dept. And make excuses for the HOMELAND SECURITY & the security guards at the University of Delaware for lying, and doing may other corrupt & inappropriated things. These dudes are stalking american citizens, whistleblowers activists, sociologists, & ex-U.S. Soldiers. The AMERICAN STASI. And we say nothing! 4. Now I am not genius, but I am naturally smart. I am sociologist with big ten degrees. I am reasonable person. I am good person. I have never thought to hurt anybody. I have earned three honorable discharges from the U.S. Army. I am third generation U.S. Army Veteran. 5. Now I have many of these individuals names, and I wanna know who these KULT-Stalkers are? What religion give you the right to lie, stalk, harass, mob, agitate, push people out of employment, keep people from gainful employment, frame people for crimes, charge people with frivolous crimes, lie on police reports, internet black list & internet black ball & all but kill people from harassing them/mobbing them so intensity.

6. So formal "WHISTLEBLOWER" complaints:PHRC Case No.200800802 & EEOC Case No. 17F200960329 were filed against Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania. These whistleblower complaints outlined 70+ counts of harassment & discrimination. There were three professor to be harassed & forced out at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania & if you count the HOMOSEXUAL ex-marine, who was discriminated against, and chased off it was four of us in less than two years forced out at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania.

7. I had one student take my class,who was 33 years old, and from MANHEIM Pennsylvania. This owned his own business. This student harassed from 3 to 7x a day. I will refer to this student as PSYCHO MIKIEMIC from Manheim Pennsylvania. This student would harass me. The harassment would range from petty disrespect to overt harassment & threats.

8. PSYCHO MIKIEMIC would oftenharassed me when nobody was around. This is documented & journal-ed about. PSYCHO MIKIEMIC from Manheim Pennsylvania was also working with another student from Manheim Pennsylvania. The student was a female. This student needed one more class in order to become a teacher in Manheim. This female student's mother was a teacher in Manheim Pennsylvania.

9. PSYCHO MIKIEMIC found out where the wall of my office was, and PSYCHO MIKIEMIC would take his book bag and slamhis book bag against the wall. PSYCHO MIKIEMIC would slam his book bag against the wall while yelling real loud. PSYCHO MIKIEMIC would grab the doors of the office in the morning. Between 8 am-9am in the summer the office doors were closed to students. There were two doors that led into the Professor's offices at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania. PSYCHO MIKIEMIC would grad doors and shake them, while yelling at the top lungs. There was nobody in at this time of the morning. Just me & I was in my office. It was very bizarre behavior.

10. When somebody would be in the office, PSYCHO MIKIEMIC would stop his bizarre behavior. When Asst dean had gotten back from his vacation over the summer, this dean did observed PSYCHO MIKIEMIC behavior on the very last day of our summer class. As soon as PSYCHO MIKIEMIC had seen the assist Dean, PSYCHO MIKIEMIC of Manheim Pennsylvania immediately stopped his harassment. And looked surprised that the dean was in the office with me, and observed his bizarre behavior.

11. The DEAN was told about this bizarre behavior no less that 12x. The DEAN at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster was told by phone, email & in person face to face about PSYCHO MIKIEMICS bizarre behavior.

PSYCHO MIKIEMIC cornered me in classroom & stated the following,

"IF YOU TELL ANYBODY MY NAME & WHAT I AM DOING TO YOU I WILL GET YOU. DONT MENTION MY NAME TO ANYBODY OR WHAT IAM DOING TO YOU."

12. Why would this individual threaten me at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania, say this scary stuff if he weren't doing anything? I have 5 pages of journals on this guys bizarre behavior & an official complaint documenting this 33 year students behavior and the actions the dean had taken(which were no actions taken against this student). This students harassment was intentional. Why are these individuals at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania being allowed to relentlessly harass & mob instructors & professors?

13. Each one of us would be forced & harassed, the same dean at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania was present. The Dean was local and from the area of Lancaster, HERSHEY & South Central Pennsylvania. It's bizarre!

14. This bizarre behavior would go for weeks in to months. I was told by another sociology professor the following,

"that they had that to me too. And they would harass me & cause me anxiety before class. Finally I got tired of it & spoke to one of the head deans in Harrisburg. I then told the Dean at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster that I was leaving. And the harassment by these students immediately stopped after I had told the Dean I was leaving."

15. The Dean relative was teaching sociology at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania. This sociology instructor was teaching sociology at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster with out sociology degrees. This is directly against Harrisburg Area Community College's policy & the Sociology Depts Policy at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania. I was later attacked in my office by the Deans relative. This is documented.

16. My harassment had gone on for a year and a half at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania until I filed formal "WHISTLEBLOWER"complaints:PHRC Case No.200800802 & EEOC Case No.17F200960329, & then I fired. I have created a time-line based on the recommendation of the ACLU in Washington D.C.

17. The following were being targeted and forced out at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania: Outsiders, Vulnerable U.S. Veterans like myself, U.S. veterans, the Outspoken, WHISTLEBLOWERS, non-FREEMASONS or non-KULT members & HOMOSEXUALS.

18. In each case where I had observed a very qualified professors being forced out, the good professor would be replaced with the following:RELATIVES (Nepotism or Nepo-Discrim), Friends from the community that had wives who were teachers in the community, & Fellow Freemasons, or Eastern Stars. Now I watched this happen not once, not twice, but more than three times in less than two years at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania.

19. The names have been charted in my journals, notes & documented in my formal "WHISTLEBLOWER" complaints. I was told by a female FBI agent, she stated this, THERE KULTS IN THAT AREA. THEY KULT DOING THOSE THINGS." Now this female FBI agent sound disgusted with this behavior. And this female FBI agent was honest. & I am going tell right now, this female FBI agent let her word slip out of frustration. This is true! These KULT Stalkers & religious individuals are benefiting off the sacrificeof U.S. Veterans, who had served our country, but yet these Kult-Stalkers do not serve at all. And yet these KULT Stalkers or "RIGHT WING CHRISTIAN FANATICS" run us U.S. Veterans out of town and almost kill us. What is going here? What religious group gets exemptions like this? This isn't right!

20. I wanna know who these KULT members are? I wanna know why as an Vulnerable U.S. Veteran with three honorable discharges (88-96 & after 9/11 03-05) this is being allowed to happen to me. I was outsider to the area & I had very little social networks. I am being told these KULT members are Rich Wealthy"RIGHT WING CHRISTIAN FANATICS" from Lancaster, HERSHEY & South Central Pennsylvania. I was also told by a sociology professor, that these KULT members in the area of Lancaster, HERSHEY & South Central Pennsylvania do not like U.S. Veterans and have a long history in this area of not liking U.S. Veterans. These Kult members do servein the service.

21. I am being told, that this mobbing, harassing & stalking by these Kult-members is being kept a secret in this area. And these Kult-members have been chasing individuals out of the area for well over 200 years, and then replacing those individuals chased out with members of their KULT.

22. These KULT members are harassing & mobbing & Stalking individuals until their targets do not know weather they are coming are going. Meaning: Victims are being harassed & mobbed so relentlessly they are having psychological breakdowns & then when the outsiders are worn down psychologically & exhausted the victims like myself are being set up for crimes & charges. I under the impression their calling this bizarre campaign of harassment & terrorism "THE WHITE GLOVE TREATMENT".

23. These Kult members or this religious groups had almost killed me. And they framed me for charges, that I was clearly not guilty. Judge Jerome O. Herlihy in late December of 2010 stated this fact in the Delaware superior court in WILMINGTON. The forensic evidence, which was in my favor was kept from Judge Jerome O. Herlihy of the Delaware superior court. And current I am still being internet black balled & internet black listed by this man in Lancaster named AD CRABLE of the Lancaster Newspaper in Pennsylvania. This man has ties to the Dean & other that were harassing & mobbing at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania.

24. This bizarre individuals also were spreading the following rumors about me: I was DANGEROUS, aggressive, a time-bomb, a racist, on drugs, unstable, a loose cannon, I like children( you know what I mean), I had WEAPONS, & I slept with a student while she was in my class & had sex with a student while she was in my class (This positively never happened).

25. I am a pacifist, a reasonable man, a quiet intellectualthat had never owned a gun in my life. I am good person. I have never done drugs in my life & I am not an racist. I served in the U.S. Army for God sake. And grew in a very poor working class home in an inner city. And I voted for OBAMA. Now how could I ever be a racist when my family had married into African-American. These individuals are spreading rumors that are just not true & reflect & mirror the type of hypocrites they are in Lancaster, HERSHEY & South Central Pennsylvania. They are liars! And engaging well crafted & a clever campaigned designed to do a character assassination on me.

26. I will set down with anybody, hand over my evidence & names, and sit down & explain what was done to me openly and honestly. And I will talk about the individuals, who were victimized, & I witnessed have similar things happen to them. This stuff is sick! What these ANIMALS are doing in this area of Lancaster, HERSHEY & South Central Pennsylvania is down right wrong. What religious group are these ANIMALS affiliatedwith in Lancaster, HERSHEY & South Central Pennsylvania? What KULT or religious groups has the right to run individuals out of a job and replace with their buddies, KULT-members & relatives. This is discriminated & a hate crime if I have ever seen one. These individuals reminded me of squirrels fighting over acorns. Just looking for NUTS!

27. We shouldn't be doing this to each other. Human-being should not be terrorizing other human-being like the manner that is occurring in Lancaster, HERSHEY & South Central Pennsylvania. I wanna know what religious KULT this is victimizing me, U.S. Veterans, my friends, fellow professors & outsiders. There has to be some way an investigation can be opened on these mobbers, harassers & stalkers. It's got to stop. Most of these individuals, have never severs anything more than a plate of macaroni's. but yet these individuals are being allowed to terrorize individuals.
