Mitt Romney called for government austerity on the road in Iowa and compared spending under the Obama admin to a burning "prairie fire of debt" that’s engulfing the country.
"This debt is America's nightmare mortgage. It's adjustable, no-money down, and assigned to our children," Romney warned voters in his first trip back to the Hawkeye state after briefly being declared the winner of the Iowa caucuses. "And politicians have been trying to hide the truth about this nightmare mortgage for years — just like liar-loans. This is not just bad economics; it is morally wrong and we must stop it."
Following that theme of economic turmoil, Team Romney tried to put names and faces to just a few of the millions of Americans currently suffering hardships in this economic climate via a new ad. The gloomy video focuses on three unemployed people from northern Iowa, all struggling to make ends meet.

You know which party is cutting unemployment benefits? How about the one which is trying to cut food aid to the needy? Do you even know which party could care less if you are able to see a doctor when you sick? We can talk about economy til we are blue in the face but the facts are these; The Republicans are not prepared to help any of the people in this commercial in fact they have obstructed every single thing the Democrats have attempted to ease the suffering and improve the economy. In fact you could say they want YOU to suffer at least long enough to make you stupid enough to vote for Mitt Romney. If you can go into the ballot booth and vote against this reality then you deserve every single bit of Unholly HELL the T-bagger congress and Mitt will impose upon your life. I'm just sad the rest of US have to suffer alone with you if Obama looses.
Romney's nonverbal communication speaks louder than what he is not stating. He blinks frequently, makes no direct eye contact and when he is speaking directly to one individual he moves his head to remove his eyes from the conversation. Would you trust this person to lead this Country? To be an appropriate Diplomat in Foreign Affairs? The decline of this Country is multifactorial in addition to protectionism of the very wealthy along with corporations. Corporate Welfare has removed employees from any vested retirement and into risky 401K stock investments that drained everyone of their retirment accounts in 2008. Congressional Representatives like Darrell Issa Chair the House "Ethics Committee" when his own personal business deals continue to raise questions in his own State? Accounability has to start with yourself. Romney avoids accountability like all of those would become wealthy by getting a position in Federal Government.
Yeah! Kindof off the subject, but honestly Romney reminds me of Joe Nacchio - another self absorbed greedy slug. He was supposed to be such a "Financial Genius" too. No one bothered to check to see if he actually possessed any moral compass or uplifting human traits. He was a pompous jerk who was personally successful too, by todays standards (financially-at least). He took over a decent company, practically broke the union, layed off anyone he had to, to make the numbers he was promising Wall Street, while lying to the media about how successful he was at fixing the company. He did all this while his buddies on the Board of Directors kept approving more Million Dollar bonuses for him. Only difference I can see is he got caught. I guess the main question I would like to hear them explain is what they think they have really gained? How many garage elevators does one person really need???? What in the hell makes anyone worth millions of dollars a year???
Everyone that has tried to run for president and lost, like Romneyl lost of Mcain, Stevenson and others, and then was nominated lost the election. I predict Obama will win the next election. I have no doubt about that. I like the name Nancy. I think it is from the Italian name Annunciata. Most person I have known named Nancy are very in telligent. If you ever go to Italy, go to central Italy at a town called Bugnara, near Sulmona. Next to the Bugnara train station is a new Sagittorio Hotel. From there a tourist can take the train to almost any place in Italy. It is near the expressway about 65 miles from Rome. The expressway goes from Rome to Pescara on the beach. Pescara has one of the most modern train station.
Romney speaks of the federal deficit and morality. Hmm, let's analyze the biggest contributors to U.S. debt these last 3½ years: Was it morally wrong to save the auto industry? Morally wrong to bail out Wall Street (which Romney supported) to economic collapse? Morally wrong to wind down two wars in Iraq and Afghanistan in a deliberate fashion? Morally wrong to provide insurance coverage to 20 million uninsured children and another 20 million adults? Disagree with the policies, but it's incorrect to call any of these as "immoral acts." Moral to the story... Romney doesn't just need a better moral compass, but a better dictionary. Wow. What a bleak video. Instead of moping about and blaming Obama for not magically fixing the economy, why don't those folks move to North Dakota? There's plenty of jobs there these days.
Mitt cares about as much as Perry cares for the people in Teaxas from the fire departments he cut last year and over a 1000 homes burned.

Obama and the Dems are just fixing to double down on the deficit to get the elusive growth and drop in unemployment and underemployment while their Keanesian spending and running up debt policies of the past 3&1/2 years have failed so miserably to achieve; continuing to go along this administrations merry way in ignoring reforms to their mistaken energy policies and defense spending with an eye to the two remaining axis of evil rogue nations pursuing nuclear weapons and ICBMs.
They seriously believe the 2010 election results were meaningless. Good luck with that!
