Let's see, how about anything that pumps up Obama and/or tears down Romney! And that mean's you won't be dealing with the problems of the economy and growing deficit and debt again, O'Donnel, you screw up!
Hey, I see that fat head Mathews looked stupid trying to compete with his self deluded believe in his superior brain on a TV Game Show when up against real people. Too bad he couldn't be the one asking the questions, and not bothering to listen to or contemplate the answers he receives on hardball before throwing at the head of his guests on thet perpetual "hype Obama, tear down Romney" gas machine he runs at 5PM and 7PM EST. So you are in good company there, Larry!
Eat your heart out Grandpa... I heard back from Chris in an e-mail this afternoon...
Said it wasn't his day, and then on the show mentioned his two other previous Jeopardy appearances... He won the first one, and nearly won the second...
And note it was Robert Gibbs--whom you tried to trash last week who did,,,
Chris paid tribute to both of his opponents... That's classy sportsmanship...
From a classy individual who will take time to answer an e-mail now and then from an ordinary cabdriver...
You ought to watch the rerun of Hardball tonight. It featured a clip of the President pointing out that when big financial operations fail, they stick us with with the bill... So much for that fiction you tried to pass off on us last week about them learning from their mistakes or the market punishing stupidity.
Then there's Mitt Romney's Bain Capital with its chop shop investments (no socialism here, no sirreee) where they looted the pension funds, hiked up companies' debts while securing concessions from local governments, and then bailed via bankruptcy....
Stop lying about my posts, Cab Driver. It may feed your polluted deluded belief that you are refuting my clear and cogent arguments to do so, but its simply more evidence that you adopt the same lame brain tactics of your two fat headed heroes, those lard for brains Democrat Party hit men Lefty O'Donnell and Mad Dog Mathews.
Sorry, but I caught Mathews at 5:00PM and watched Erin Burnett on CNN at 7:00PM. I wouldn't want to risk losing my supper gagging on the bull@!$%# and stink that emanates from Mad Dogs big mouth after the dinner hour.
At the public university I went to we must've had different standards of scholarship than those alma maters you were singing the praises of a few weeks ago.
We had to support our positions with actual facts and research; even in the creative writing department if we had a historical character in a piece or an actual place or event, we had to have the details right. Of course I learned that one way before college. My old grandfather used to holler about all those '94 Winchesters in the old westerns set in the 1870's and 1880's...
In other words, "because I said it's true" wouldn't cut it, and name-calling and ad hominems never constituted a refutation. Personally, I think you might have grounds for a lawsuit for academic malpractice.
Now why don't you compare where the stock market is at right now as opposed to where it was in the last year of the Cheney Administration?
You know what Longey. The republican party uses the old P.T.Barnum philosophy, there's a sucker born every minute, and in your case my God are they right!
Hey...I provided facts and figures on the Wall Street shenanighans and you guys go off topic with Hollywood references and Circus barkers. Deal with it>>>I didn't fudge my opinions, but the Cab Driver does his old soft shoe routine of tell me I'm lying, and then someone else comes along who doesn't know his arse from his elbow on the topic being discussed and swears to the lies and insults that Cabbie uses to try to convinence himself he is refuting my arguments and adds a few juvenile invectives of his own! Neither of you come even close to being in my league for knowledge of the real world, as you get hour news from MSNBC solely, and decided political propoganda gas machine.
Lawrence, Since it came out about Romney's homophobic attack on the gay young man in high school I've heard several newscasters say things like "well everyone does stupid things in HS" or "everyone does some things like that in HS". Really I was so puzzled by this, because really the only guys I remember being that way were red neck or rich kid homophobes. Those mentally imbalanced were rare, not the norm.
It was a hazing incident of another student in a fashionable prep school that had died his shoulder lengh hair blonde, and there was no evidence then or after that any one, even his own family members, believed he was "gay"...they didn't even have that term in the 60s.
And just how does that incident compare to Obama's self admitted shoving of a girl in school so hard that she was sent reeling backwards, and then ran from him in fear" Or his admission that he spent his last few years in highschool mostly skipping his classes, drinking heavily, and "experimenting enthusistically with drugs"; both "pot" and "blow" and insinuates that he not only bought but also sold drugs?
Barack Obama admitted that this election is about the economy. Now, if unemployment doesn't drop to 7.5% and gas prices to $2.50 a gallon, it's game over. However, there's still a chance, he has 6 more months before the election. So Mr. President, stop goofing around and go to work.
