America's golden girl Betty White endorsed President Obama on Friday. The 90-year-old actress says she usually stays mum on politics as to not offend any fans. But she admitted to the Associated Press that she "very, very much favors" Obama and likes "how he represents us."
Known for her animal rights advocacy, it turns out she's also an advocate for marriage equality. In 2010, she told Parade magazine:
"I don't care who anybody sleeps with. If a couple has been together all that time - and there are gay relationships that are more solid than some heterosexual ones - I think it's fine if they want to get married. I don't know how people can get so anti-something. Mind your own business, take care of your affairs, and don't worry about other people so much."
White's impressive career spans over seven decades, including her role as Rose Nylund on the 1980s sitcom, "The Golden Girls." Below is a clip from that award-winning, groundbreaking show where the characters tackle the issue of marriage equality.

I keep hearing and reading the phrase "Hollywood Liberal" in an disparaging manner. Can some one please tell me how is a Hollywood Liberal different than any other liberal. And what is so wrong about being a liberal. Sheeesh!
Because they say they support liberal cause celebres of the moment, but live their life like Fat Cat Aristocrats with no regard for the poor and middle class and the people who actually work for a living?
Try their flying in on their private jets to attend Gores lectures and film debuts on Global warming, then get spirited away in stretch limos to liberal political fund raisers where they mingle with each other instead of the hired help circulating the champagne and cavier!

Yes fox noise just though they could slam and slap Mario Batalie and never look at his record for helping with a hands up. He was protesting the foodstamp reduction and trying live and feed a family of 4 with $31.00 a week. I never leave the grocery store with a check out that small, and it would never feed a family for a week.

Fodd Stamps is a supplement to other types of support or wages not a replacement for. Batali makes grand gestures in public but in reality... Conan for god sake could you try any harder to live up the the stereotype the left has of us.
She's right, if people spent less time trying to make other people live by their rules,we'd all be better off.
