Or if Americans pay attention to science and learn that dark skin color is nothing more than protection. Or if we learn that each of us has something good to contribute to humanity.

There is no race issue. There is racism! We will move beyond racism when bigotry and the self appointed superiority of whites bites the dust in the hearts and minds of millions of Americans. Racism is an intrinsic part of our history and for millions of Americans it remains a daily fact of life. Racist people and laws mutilated and mared the lives of millions of people. Hundreds of thousands were lynched, hung and killed. In the 1980s & 1990s there where still lynchings and hangings of Black men and women and children in the South. Human suffering perpetrated by racists for more then 200 years. We have millions of people still alive today who suffered the brutal physical, mental and economic assaults of white cowards ask for way too many generations. You are either stupid or indifferent. Our President is assaulted with vile remarks and gestures on a daily basis by many prominent Republicans. Lame idiots like you who think nothing of trivializing this vile behavior encourage it to continue. Have you no guts to stand up to what is evil?

And the Piper will have to be paid before the election now, as the runawayspending without a budget in place will have us in a need to raise the debt ceiling around Labor Day. larry (sigh): A Cabinet Secretary is far from "no more than a secretary", and an agency commissioner or "czar" aint no secretary. I recall Drug czars with far reaching ececutive powers under Rebublicans, but no where near the 40+ and rising "czars" under Obama.
