NBC did give a statement claiming production error, and firing the head production manager and discipling other staff, but did not take any action against editorial staff and certainly won't reign in the Democrat Party operatives that MSNBC calls their rabid "journalists", O'Donnell, Sharpton, Mathews, and the hapless Sgt. Schultz.

NBC statement apologized to their viewers, but not to Zimmerman. And, of course, they waited until a Holiday Weekend to desiminate it, when it would be sure to get the least notice.

Now we have news that the Special Prosecutor is continuing her investigation this morning, however, and not going to present this case to a Grand Jury, which convenes for business Tuesday. Hopefully, the race baiters, race haters will wake up soon to the hard facts known on this case, and that the media myth of a race profileing by the Neighbor Watch Officer aided and abetted by President Obama's remarks (that father of a pre teen daughter and a daughter the same age of the middle school female that called herself Trayvon Martin's girlfriend) that "If I had a son, he would look like me"), putting Martin's race and supposed "child like innocence" forward to help those seeking to put Mr. Zimmerman in the role of racist villian here.

When is the federal Justice Department going to begin their investigtation into the violation of Zimmerman's civil rights, and the conspiracy to commit felony kidnapping that has caused him to have to go into hiding, rather than be available to assist in his defense against any charges being brought forward in the future, should they be so inoccuous as negligent discharge of a firearm? Don't hold your breath under an Obama-Holder Justice Department, who refused to investigate and move to charge members of the Black Panthers who in 2008 armed with pick ax handles intimidated white residents attempting to vote in precincts in Philadelphia on Election day, as seen on surveilance vidotape!

This whole Media circus is the result of Obama needing to regroup and rally his base in the black communities before the election, as he has not solved their worst nightmare, the continuing high unemployment rates in their communities so suffering under his mis-guided eonomic, financial, and energy policies. Obama needs to have this distraction continue as long as possible, and the lean left media will assist in that, to be sure. Of course, they foolishly think it will also serve them to raise their absymally poor ratings out of the cellar they have dug for themselves.

First rule: if you find yourself trapped in a cellar, stop digging!

Special Prosecutor: in the wake of the NBC admission of distorted editing to show racial profiling by Zimmerman, there will be no Grand Jury presentation to attempt to obtain an indictment. Instead of media circus, this decision will simply come from the preponderance of the evidence under investigation, folks.
