Politician Eric Holder, that disembling, crooked, lying do nothing hack maquerading as a lawyer backs up Obama? What a joke.
The Supremen Court, made up of real lawyers and judges (remember the old adage that those that can DO, those that can't TEACH?), have invited Mr. Holder and President Obama to submit their brief on their politically charged position that the Highest Court in the land must not take purview of the constitutionalty questions of their rammed through a Democrat Party controlled Congress by hook and crook tacktics of the leadership of those like corrupt Nevada cheat and eat Harry Reid and that San Francisco intellectually challenged flake silicone and botox mirage Nancy Pellosi.
So far, all bravado but no action by the circus clowns Barack Obama and Eric Holder, who simply march to the tune of the strategies of David Axelrod and company and his cotterie of speech writers. Maybe they would like to send their pitiful Solicitor General back in to get his ears pinned back again?
Both of these charlatans are very good at running their mouths, but let's see if they can PUT UP OR SHUT UP NOW!
Coca Cola - I'm touched that they are concerned with "Stand Your Ground" laws - perhaps they are afraid that the Union workers in Columbia and Guatemala might get ideas.
American women, stand your ground against all the crazed, misogynistic, bible-thumping Republicans out to plant you and your rights under the ground, using the ballot not bullets, of course, to stop the Republicans in their tracks, at the federal, state and local levels of our democratic government.
American women today seemingly are in an abusive relationship with the patriarchal Republican Party, and either American women stand up, speak out and divorce themselves from the Republican Party (working hard at getting a restraining order to keep Republicans away from their vagina and their rights), or they'll continue meekly putting up with the abuse, letting the bully, misogynistic Republican Party walk all over them and their inherent rights as an American citizen.
And regarding caterpillars and DNC-head Rence Priebus' weird comparison, caterpillars become beautiful butterflies, unless the EPA isn't allowed to regulate pesticides that might kill caterpillars, thus killing the beginning part of the beautiful butterfly and pollination chain. (Oh wait, Republicans are against the EPA, against regulations, so in a sense the Republican Party IS waging a War on Caterpillars).
Its time to make the GOP to suffer like no other party in history. RNC Chair Rence Priebus has sounded the alarm and its time for America to draw all the pieces together. Here's an example, a party that preaches personal liberties and freedom and democracy; certainly doesn't hold that view in the state of Michigan. The GOP has taken over the state house, senate, and governorship and they've passed laws that limit or remove the ability for cities and towns to govern. They've fast forward approximately 96% of all the bills in the state legislature by an emergency provision that should only be used in an 'EMERGENCY"! They've even tried to strip away rights of GRADUATE STUDENT EMPLOYEES. And just keep in mind, this is only at the state level. This compounds all the issues in various states in which women's rights are being infringed on and many others. Again, this is the party that preaches personal freedom and liberty....APPARENTLY NOT FOR ALL!

The Obama Administration through the rule making power of the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare was seeking to make of their one size fits all mandated all encompassing mandated model of health insurance an avenue to court women's votes by promising them free, no decutions, no co-pay basic female medical health screening process and contraception, including caustic abortion producing prescription medications.
The "affordable" Care Act, that disingenous monstrosity of underfunded and power grabbing legislation crafted by the back room deals of Democratic Senators in the early years of the Obama Administration and the Democrat Party controlled Senate and House of Representatives (rather than concentrating on the economic and financial issues so dire before us) had it's day in court, and we await the outcome. The constitutionality of the Mandate, the lynch pin that held this Rube Goldstein machine together at question, as well as the power the federal government to dictate what individual states must do in regulating insurance products sold within their separate jurisdictions. And, as developing for the immediate future, it was also an attempt to "buy" votes from women as an interest group the Democrat Party relies on so heavily to stay in power, and continue with their raiding of the future financial and economic security so that they can continue to spread their largess of borrowed and printed and taxed dollars to their growing hordes of patronage seeking minions.
It is what it is....it is going down....so is the President....Get over it!
The only group going down are Rence and the rest of the GOPhers out there! Americans in every area of this country, including some republicans are certainly feed up with the GOPhers elected in 2010. I refer to you as GOPhers because you and the rest of these impersonators are merely moles operating in the republican party. The true GOP has operated center to right and not far right to further right! And if your expecting Mittens to come to rescue, forget about it! Another excellent show tonight, Lawrence, just finished watching your Trayvon Martin segment.
And Lawrence, I'm hoping your program will compile a time-line of what happened that night, based on cell-phone calls, eyewitness accounts and such. (which I'm certain will happen at trial, if there ever is one).
From what I've heard, there are two sets of eyewitnesses who saw them that night, in the dark, between the complex buildings. Some eyewitnesses report Travyon Martin on top of George Zimmerman. Before the shot was fired? Other eyewitnesses report seeing George Zimmerman on top of Trayvon Martin. After the shot was fired?
IOW, how did they switch positions? Did all the eyewitnesses hear the fatal shot fired, and when in this time-line?
One telling point, the woman who called 9-1-1 while the two were scuffling outside her place captured sounds of a fairly long struggle, during which someone was crying for help repeatedly. How does this fit-in with the time-line and with what Zimmerman told police afterward and what his proxies are saying now?
IOW, I think there were two altercations.
1) Zimmerman finally caught up with Trayvon Martin (per Martin's girlfriend talking to him on his cellphone), Zimmerman tried to "apprehend" Martin, knocking Martin's cellphone out of his hands. Martin then responded in self-defense by jumping on Zimmerman, wailing at him, stunning him, and then Martin got off of him, thinking that the guy chasing him was "out" and wouldn't bother him anymore.
2) But Zimmerman was just stunned, got up and went after Martin again, this time pulling his gun (while the pissed off and obsessed Zimmerman said "you're going to die tonight") and shot Martin as Martin, backing away into the grass, cried out piteously for help. Then, Zimmerman squatted down on top of Martin's still-twitching body, pressing his hands down on Martin (apprehending him, thinking "this guy ain't getting away this time"), only with Zimmerman rising once the twitching stopped and Martin was dead, unmoving.
Note: if there were no powder burns on Martin's body or clothing, then I just bet this is what happened, with Zimmerman telling the truth basically about what happened in the first altercation, but hiding what happened afterward and up to the point that he fatally shot Trayvon Martin. Or not. Let's have a trial and get out all the facts, with everyone testifying under oath.

Hate to break it to you,but the Special Prosecutor has already thrown in the towel in the fight to lynch Mr. Zimmerman led by the race baiting leftist media and malcontents in the black community. She is turning the question of whether or not there is an indictable crime of felony or misdeamnor vioation of LAW by Mr. Zimmerman in this incident over to a n ethnic diverse Grand Jury to sort through the evidence, the preponderance of which points to justifiable shooting in self defense by Mr. Zimmerman of an assaultive trespasser in the backyards of townhouses in the gated community he served as elected Neighborhood watch officer.
I submit this and the show presence of the FBI is simply an attempt to soothe the ruffled sensibilities of the black community of Sanford, Florida and other black communities that have bought, hook, line and skinker the race baiting distraction and attempts to rally a portion of Obama's slipping base in this election year by a desperate press. But you go on clinging to your hope that it is something different if that helps you sleep better at night, or day, or whenever you can turn you eyes away from the circus that the leftist media is providing you to bottom line try to improve their sagging ratings.

You should've followed the President's advice. Wait and get all the facts before you start talking/typing. The special prosecutor filed 2nd degree murder charges against Mr. Zimmerman and even further documentation has indicated profiling by Mr. Zimmerman. If this makes its way to the Justice Department, he'll also be charged with a hate crime which is an extremely serious federal crime!

If the Supreme Court throws out the guts of the Democrat's Obama Care, there will be no federally mandated forced provisions of free comtraception including caustic abortion causing Plan B without co pays. Little Larry O'Donnell was quick to trot out his mocking commentary on the "Class War" argument leveled by Independents and Republicans against Democrats railing for tax increases on the supposed "rich" (any small businessman professional, oe farmer with an income of $200K in one year is considered to be a money hoarding rich man or woman in their view), but he is oddly silent on the noisey "Women's War" here.
