Things got a little weird in South Carolina, today... in a good way. Stephen Colbert and Herman Cain teamed up for a joint campaign rally. Why? Colbert, as you may know, recently announced his candidacy for President of the United States of South Carolina. The super PAC that Colbert started which Jon Stewart now controls (an amazing bit of commentary on the Supreme Court's Citizens United decision) is telling South Carolina voters to vote for Herman Cain, whose name is still on the South Carolina ballot.
Colbert promised the crowd that if the rally turned into an Occupy protest, that they would be pepper-sprayed "in the politest way possible." He added, "This is Charleston after all." He then told the crowd, "I want you to vote for Herman Cain, because Herman Cain is me."
Amazing.
Also amazing? Stephen Colbert wearing Herman Cain's hat.

I'm struck dumb. I always thought Stephen Colbert & Herman Cain were three different people!
Steven is the 3rd cousin of the aunt whose is close to the mother that's had a father that was another brother to Cain sister.
And they got more people at their rally than Newt, Paul, Sanatorium, and Robme combined.
Ha ha.
LOL
think the word is Ouch!!!
sheesh what's with all the frowns on the kid's faces? If they didn't want to be there what the hell are they standing there for.
Now we know.
Herman Cain's campaign was a joke all along.
Yep!
Herman Cain will look back at this moment in time with Stephen Colbert in the same manner as Newt sees sitting down with Nancy Pelsoi speaking about pseudo-global-warming...'One Of The Biggest Mistakes In His Life'. But both events do have something in common, they're both 'jokes'.
Amen Brother! Cain is DONE as a real political entity. What an Ass he is making of himself. I feel sorry for him and I'm a Democrat. Just a shame to see someone who loves white folk's attention so bad that he's willing to don the proverbial clown suit to get that attention. That dude has some deep self hate as an African American. Sad. Well, then again, he is a GOP wanna be just like that other "Tom" Michael Steele!
Cain is a real clown!!! The modern day Stephan Fetchet. He might as well get it over with and just "Bust a Jig" in front of the audiece of white folks that he so loves. What a disgrace to the Black race he (Cain) is. A real "Uncle Tom" if there ever was one.
