Ginger White posing near Dunwoody, Georgia. on Monday.
A new accuser stepped forward today, claiming to be the mistress of Herman Cain for more than 13 years.
Ginger White told a Fox News Atlanta affiliate their consensual extramarital affair began in Louisville, Kentucky back in the late 1990s. She said he met the the then-president of The National Restaurant Association. after he gave a presentation, they had a couple drinks, then went back to his hotel room.
"It was pretty simple. It wasn't complicated," said White, an Atlanta businesswoman. "I was aware that he was married. And I was also aware that I was involved in a very inappropriate situation, relationship."
Over the years, she said Cain put her up in fancy hotels and gave her gifts. She produced cell phone records showing 61 phone calls or text messages to or from Cain's private number, the latest in September of this year. As further evidence of their relationship, White has two books signed by Cain.
In the interview, White said she spoke out because she "felt bad for" Cain's other accusers. "It bothered me that they were being demonized, sort of, and being treated as if they were automatically lying, and the burden of proof was on them," she said.
This prompted a fresh round of denials from Cain, who denies ever conducting an affair.
Tonight, Cain released a statement reading "I have spoken directly to the American people and have been 100% honest with them... I will not fight false claims as it is not what America needs or wants."
Earlier in the day, he warned of the latest accusation going public.
Cain has been married to his wife, Gloria, for more than 43 years.

Cain has damaged the republican/evangelical brand . Ms. Ginger White has proof and those that want to call her liar need to find time to read the information first.
What proof she has? She could have shown the text messages or could have got a call recorded to see the nature of conversation (if she is going to talk anyway).
yo larry! who gives a @!$%#! i'd vote for a potted plant over obama... and need you msnbs talking heads be rminded about billdo clinton lying to the fbi! good luck with th rating knumbnutts
Oh Larry, did anyone tell you that you are a @!$%#ing joke? You have no creditability, no journalism skills and in fact intellectually you lack the brains to report on a fire. None of these women have provided FACTS that support their claim and you report this garbage along with the rest of those @!$%#ing idiots on your show. Where were you when that moron presently in the White House was running for President? Were you vetting him about Bill Ayers? Reverend Wright? You're a @!$%#ing joke and a flat out liar where you should be banned from television. But no worries, no one watches you anyway.
grrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat rsponse!
Larry and MSNBS would hav nothing to talk about it thr was not Fox News... Seek nw mployment loser!
If Cain is still texting her and calling, she could have easily shown some flirtatious messages. Or could have had a call recorded, to show as evidence of the nature of relationship. If she is going to talk publicly about, why not record some evidence, if it is still happening? Once again, looks like part of a hatchet job (exploiting a 15 year old reported case), and no one can be immune to such hit jobs.
Any of you folks heard: Where there is smoke there is likely to be fire?
anyone familiar with: where there is smoke there is likely to be several fires?
Wow, where's the troll patrol?? Good job, good representation of Gloria. thx.
It's funny how when Bill Clinton was accused of extramarital affairs he was automatically guilty but when Herman Cain is some of you guys absolutely can't believe it. Why don't you let it play out before automatically dismissing allegations.
As far as voting for a potted plant before Obama - which one are you voting for? Let's see
The flip flop man
The serial womanizer
The 2 time divorcee and disgraced house speaker
The history professor (Bachman)
Mr. my ego is bigger than Texas and I lie too.
Herman Cain is a pathetic joke, and he wants to be president? In all fairness, all it takes for the GOP base to get excited about a candidate is a good slogan they can chant and repeat till they turn blue, but Herman Cain? When it comes to Cain, it's hard to tell if you're watching MSNBC or Joan Rivers, I mean, Herman Cain belongs in the Jerry Springer show where he would actually be expected to make a fool out of himself.
What a circus the GOP field is!
Herman Cain, the ladies man with an absurd plan for the nation he can't even discuss without embarrassing himself. Then there's Bachmann with her profound ignorance of just about.... everything! Don't forget Perry, come on, he's a great comedian!
Newt, the very definition of what's wrong with this country, the definition of the lying, establishment politician with no integrity, no specific plan, corrupt ways.... And he's leading in the polls!
And of course, Willard... but one has to be careful when talking about Romney, they should always specify which version of Romney is being discussed, there's so many Romneys out there it's hard to tell which one they're talking about. He reminds of those robot vacuum cleaners, going all over the place, back and forth...
Romney should go work for iHop, flipping all day. There's a job for you Willard, didn't you say you were unemployed?
Mitt Romney, the saddest case of desperation I've seen in a long while. Whatever it takes, isn't that right Willard? Whatever it takes to get there. Where dad's expectations really that high?
I smiled when I read your comment: "i'd vote for a potted plant over obama..." as to whom you would vote for over Obama and wonder did you have the same reasoning when you voted for Bush over Al Gore.
History will show, when all of the facts are out, that Bush was the worse President that this country ever had.
Good luck with the GOP presidential candidate for 2012 - 'outhouses', everyone of them!
Hey Rod...History shows worst Pres is Peanut Man, Jimmy Carter...but at the rate your boy, Nobama is going he'll pass Jimmy and move into first place...this idiot knows nothing about leadership, the only thing he excells in is spending and providing welfare.
Sadly, I don't think ole (English language challenged) Greg is alone. "I'd rather vote for a potted plant than Obama" has been drilled into Fox listener heads. Honest facts will never interfere with their decisions because Fox has successfully created a bond among the gullible that makes them feel a part of something big, feel protected by the predictability of the dialogue.
The circus.... goes on and on and on. And more than ever, as I look at the sorry set of Republican "rivals" on the other side, I am THANKFUL to have Barack Obama as President, and as a viable candidate for re-election. Mr. Obama: your heart, your values, and your basic decency are all in the right place. BUT...your hands are tied. Unfortunately they were tied by us, the electorate.....when we failed to provide you with a Congress that you can work with. Instead, you are saddled with a don't-tax-the-1%-do-nothing Congress that battles you at every turn, while the people suffer. God, they don't EVEN let you pass your own appointments. It's not Tea-publican gridlock -it's Tea-publican sabotage. Heck, it's Tea-publican treason....while the 99% BLEEDS. And then they try to pin the blame on Mr. Obama. These people have no shame...or else its been purchased by those who can afford to do so. In her last years, Grandma gets her meager Social Security check, and they DARE call it "socialism". Give me a break! (and Grandma too!) Thankfully, with Occupy Wall Street, America has found its voice: a voice that reminds us that people -ordinary down-to-earth working people- really DO matter. Not "corporations are people -people" , but REAL people! Tea-publicans want even more tax-break-corporate-1%-loopholes....while these companies send our jobs overseas, and wish that we'd go away too.... as they buy every politician in sight. They talk about "welfare queens", but hey, if these politicians don't have ENOUGH mistresses, I can hook them up with a few gorgeous -and rich!- oil companies. It would be a perfect blind date, except for the fact that they're ALREADY in bed with them :-). But instead of talking about LESS government, and MORE corporate welfare, and MORE painful cuts to those who can LEAST afford it..., Occupy is a voice that demands a government that WORKS, a government that works FOR ALL OF US, not just for a favored few,...not just for the rich. It's a voice that comes up from the grassroots, and lifts us up in turn: because it insists that this land IS our land...and that we WANT IT BACK! And It's a voice that will help us re-elect the President AND give him a more progressive Congress to work with. Mr. Obama: I wish you well. Because you STILL give us hope....
