2011 Protest at New Canaan's old town hall – the
town building appears
to be in disrepair as if closed to democracy, as if
dictatorship installed. This Protest centered around the economic
evils of inequality. The following is my updated & revised speech
on Equality, illegal taxes & voter initiatives to correct for the
government's crimes against humanity.

I'm a Capitalist
Socialist & registered democrat accused by my Brother & Dad
of being Republican & if so maybe 5 % plus Green Tea Drinking
100% Independent Civil Libertarian member of PARTY C because no
regime will ever offer equality without Freedom because equality can
not exist in the absence of liberty & liberty can not exist in
the absence of knowledge & knowledge can not exist in the absence
of wealth. When wealth is concentrated in the hands of the few,
liberty is always denied & inequality increased regardless of
party affiliation & that type of regime always has & always
will deny life, liberty & wealth until it, “rots, dies &
stinks,” quoting a novelist.

Because equality,
education & wealth are interdependent the redistribution &
maintenance of all three is an imperative & this is why just
governments should always apply the least restrictive means of
governing, infringing upon freedom only to sustain order or ensure
the public safety and sacred rights including Liberty, governing &
bordering nearest to & in spitting distance of anarchy & it
is only then that wealth is dispersed & enjoyed by the
multitudes.

Equal Rights are
interdependent and dependent on the Individual as everyone
is born unequally, no two individuals are born equally & no
individual is equal to another w/these inequalities
varying in degrees & inseparable from the Individual in any
infinite number of circumstances. These facts are not only documented
in all religious documents, reiterated by all true philosophers they
are fortified in the Bill of Rights. Quoting Pauline Maier's
introduction to The Declaration of Independence and the
Constitution of the United States “this sacred principle and
provision on equality – it did not mean in all respects man was
alike … and did not mean to say all were equal in size, intellect,
moral development, or social capacity. What they said was
that men were equal in having certain unalienable rights, among which
are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”

That
means that ALL People are to be treated with respect & should be
entitled to enjoy equally their sacred rights as pertains to their
uniqueness as Individuals. When governments
force Men to live in equal sized blighted condos each Individual is
going to experience & react differently to the same environment.
If all confiscated 1 room condos are constructed w/10 foot ceilings a
person of 8 feet may feel crammed while another may feel cozy &
another stifled w/no room to grow while another of 5 feet may feel
lost, small, or uncomfortable – thus forcing all into equal hole in
the walls (while 2 percent of the regime hypocritically dwells in the
Tzar's Castle) does not result in equality for all or many &
usually not for any though the machines who support the regime
usually convince themselves otherwise while denying & projecting
their deep seated resentments & failures onto society committing
crimes to rationalize their selfish Wants which are much different
than needs. The pawns are often easily conned – a majority of them
having been raised as creatures of the state by the elitist
narcissists who razor-backed these bullies who mostly fail at
everything, refusing to put forth efforts or sacrifice and
manipulated into a blind obedience meanwhile denied the right to
choose the private enjoyment of their homes! The regime's lowly
elitists are usually less competent than those who kissed their pinko
neo Nazi asses & most of them miserable common criminals since no
moral, knowledgeable plutocrat w/a healthy net-worth would ever
violate Sacred temples, despise free thought, free speech, equal
access & the right to redress the government for grievances¹,
or destroy Poetry, Theater & Culture, intentionally framing,
maiming & murdering Animals of all types, equal enterprise, the
ecology & economy confiscating wealth & destroying Knowledge
required for Equality & Liberty.

Any government &
its political parties who confiscates wealth, freedom & education
claiming justice or in the disguise of equality rationalizing crimes
for revenge or demanding compensation for past regime's & their
crimes are no different than the previous maniacs who preceded them.
No revolutionary or government has legal authority to deny these
sacred rights, equal access to information, or act in secret to
achieve any end regardless of what they proclaim to seek - the only
right to privacy is that which is private & does not effect
government actions, ordinances & regulations – in other words
the discussion of ideals outside of Public is & always has been
within a public officials rights however the alteration and/or
abolition of ordinances and any other government actions should never
be concealed from Public View other than if their is a real imminent
threat to safety.

The
Constitution & preceding documents offers many means to correct
for & protect against this tyranny. The following is only one
response to this intolerable regime & regards the legal
re-distribution of wealth required to equalize Knowledge &
Liberty.

The
Magna Charta & Bill of Rights clearly says, “No taxation w/out
representation”
yet before it's inception there hasn't been
representation at all on all levels, local, State & Federal. I
can't find a municipality where voters or the People are represented
& not any voter is represented at all in what constitutes any and

all decisions, legislation & TAXATION because People have always
been and continue being denied the right to vote in any decision
making tax levying majority of those said to be representatives. Thus
We are not represented however We are taxed beyond death.

For example, before
boycotting the allegedly hacked elections I had voted in the
terrorist controlled town of Stratford which is divided into 10
districts. Only districts are represented however I like all other
voters are only permitted to vote for 1 of 10 council members in the
district where I'm registered. That means I'm only represented by 1
of 10 council members however tax laws & other ordinances that
have & continue to be inflicted on myself required a 6 to 4
majority vote to be enacted & I wasn't permitted to vote for 6 or
10 of them which means I am not represented at all yet a minimum of 6
& those 6 can vary depending on the actions & yet they
constantly continue taxing me! They do this to everyone else who
isn't represented too unless perhaps the small percentage excluded
from paying their tax exclusive fascist regime. And claiming that a
mayor is suddenly attributed absolute power also violates previous
Charters. The Voters were never represented so those eliminations of
checks & balances is also fascist, criminal & countless since
it violates the Declaration of Independence.

There is no
justification to have denied & continue to deny voters
representation in Stratford or any municipality in the Country. It is
only when voters are permitted to vote for ENTIRE Council & Board
members that taxation is legal because it is obvious based on over
200 years of precedent & the government's own documents that
there is and should never have been any taxation without
representation!

In fact all Voters in
the x-constitution state should be permitted to vote for every chair
seated in the No Hart house of Ford criminal capital regardless of
district they reside because all of US are effected by Conn states
illegal taxation. All elected officials controlling &
confiscating the wealth, denying representation yet continuing to tax
uncontrollably then applying these illegally levied taxes mostly to
commit more crimes should be immediately stopped & corrective
actions ordered w/new elections (hack proof) adding every State
Representative in the house & senate to the ballot for EVERY
Voter in the x-constitution state to have a voice so to be finally
represented & this would force all tax legislatures to answer to
All those who then would have voted them in & then could vote
them out w/a free Media reporting on every tax law listing the names
of real representatives & their public decisions! It is only then
that we would be represented & the government finally be legally
permitted to legislate & collect taxes!

As for the blighted
White Castle area in DC the electoral vote should long have been
abolished & granted to the populace. Voters are only permitted to
cast ballots for two senators & a limited number of congressional
officials in their minority district & that means our votes
hardly count, the feds owe the most reimbursement to the People since
a huge majority of the feds were never elected by the People &
not one State's district is represented in any 2/3's majority
decision or any decision regarding taxes & thus the feds deny the
greatest amount of representation which is equal to No
Representation.

In fact, feds are
mostly total distant strangers & should hold the least power as
initially intended by the framers of the Declaration of Independence
who signed & drafted the Bill of Rights & had already charged
the tyrant King George of England & his self-serving colonial
Whigs in Parliament, a distant far off imperialistic power &
cited the Magna Charta then the framers reiterated the no taxation
without representation following the revolution of 1776 specifically
declaring the disproportionate so called representation
being equivalent to no representation & clearly stated that
representation & taxation is to be equal or none at all.

When the tyrant George
& his Bolshevik Royalists claimed the right to tax colonists
telling them where they must shop for tea the People dumped it all
equally in the Boston Harbor! Unless voting regulations at all levels
are corrected & voters represented in all Branches of governments
charging anything more than what is equivalent to nothing is in
violation of our Rights & the Laws of this Nation! If you don't
believe me ask Otis Redding about His Writs of Assistance, read the
Magna Charta or the brief Declaration of Independence or turn to
Charlie Reese’s final Column printed in the Sentinel a newspaper in
Florida regarding these illegal taxes & the 565 feds who somehow
claim absolute authority to dictate & collect illegal taxes.

All business owners
should immediately cease paying taxes on everything because taxes are
in violation w/out representation & that has been clearly
documented for over 200 hundreds years. All Merchants should deduct
every and all illegal taxes that they choose to continue paying when
the government has no right to demand or attach anything &
consumers should shop at stores that begin to recognize our Bill of
Rights. Automobile & homeowners should cease paying taxes on all
property taxes & begin writing letters after totaling all the
refunds they are due including conveyance tax reimbursements &
that should reduce tax burdens to nothing while filling everyone's
wallets reimbursing for every tax ever paid. That should be enough to
survive until the regime is replaced & the voter representation
amendments instituted!

Land banks should obey
the Bill of Rights & Declaration of Independence too – Banks
should adjust taxes for those they hold mortgages & subtract the
entire tax (that is a legal capitalist & socialist law in this so
called democracy) and the 50 percent or less who are still employed
should immediately change W2's & claim 99 itemization’s until
the taxes are zero & voter amendments enforced on every local,
state & federal level as it is only than that there is
representation. I know for a fact it is totally legal to change
itemized deductions to 99 because I worked in payroll & this was
common practice for school cafeteria employees whom could barely feed
their families while they worked triple overtime. Many employees
requested 99 deductions to reduce the illegal taxation without
representation burden so they could eat.

Illegal immigrants and
legal immigrants w/or w/out voting rights are also to be reimbursed
for all syntax’s since the fascists never had a right to tax them
without the People's permission (representation)

The state owes Me a
small fortune in tobacco tax & that is documented per it's
illegal monographs beginning in the fascist occupied city of
Stamford, Conn 1960's through the present. This legal & peaceful
action on behalf of PARTY C should be enough to bankrupt the
lawless hateful regime (tri-laterals having committed many more
crimes not limited to illegal taxation & far more extensive).
Furthermore this permits People a means of re-distributing wealth,
knowledge & liberty without any stealing, looting or rioting or
any violence or criminal activity & in fact the People not only
should abolish this treasonous regime, the People have a duty to
abolish it! (see the Declaration of Independence – The Stratford
Star ran a copy September 2011 so it's recently printed again)

All levels of
government should immediately begin compensating for taxes & this
should be enforced nationally in an orderly & peaceful (this
should help the enormous unemployment rate too) Employing People to
tally receipts and/or good faith estimates spanning a lifetime of
illegal taxes paid, writing treasury checks, counting cash or
weighing gold & silver the government pilfered on scales of
justice.

The feds owe the most
reimbursement w/zero representation for all voters Nation-Wide &
Globally!

The United States
should reimburse Peoples in all those Countries where this maniac
regime imperialized as it is obvious that those nations & their
Peoples were never permitted any vote or the farce of any sort of
representation. Since the US fascist soviet psychopathic regime has
not only murdered abroad, it has allegedly slaughtered so many
Americans of all shades, shapes & sizes & in some instances
allegedly executed entire families there are now plenty of available
busienss, buildings & homes. There are also an estimated 33
percent participating in this hateful regime to differing degrees &
after they are thoroughly investigated & sentenced to
penitentiaries there should be many jobs available for those who are
competent, knowledgeable & highly qualified from within &
outside the United States with farmland full of bounty – rich
enough to feed the world.

Both American survivors
& immigrants should be offered compensation with farms,
businesses & homes that have no surviving legal airs & have
been vacant or confiscated by the criminal government & they
should be distributed based on tax reimbursements should the
government run out of gold and silver to back their treasury checks
or cash becomes obsolete & any surviving heirs of confiscated
lands should be returned to their families including the few
remaining American Indians & the 426 violated treaties – anyone
who is living on their NON-RESERVATION properties should be moved.
This wouldn't lower the unemployment much w/the US government almost
erasing their race and that has not recovered in population growth
through the current date.

This is only one of
many totally peaceful means of equality & is well within the Laws
of this Nation Under God & indivisible with liberty & justice
for all.

Duffee's legal argument to the inferior court of the district of
Columbia criminal division traffic & community branch –
District of Columbia v. Elliott Adams, et all Defendants. Case No.
2011-CDC-6548 et all Trial Date: October 25, 2011, 500 Indiana
Avenue NW, Washington, DC. , Hon. Russell F. Canan. Pro Se Motion
for Ruling on Admissibility of Evidence of International Law &
Fact. I have borrowed large sections from Richard' Duffee defense
drafted in His memo because it is applicable to the complaint I will
file as a Plaintiff v alleged terrorist controlled town of
Stratford, State of Conn & Federal gov. et al. However the
People are the Plaintiff's & the Town the Defendants whereas
Richard Duffee & 18 other protestors illegally charged are the
Defendants in His memo yet most of their Defense also applies to 1
of numerous complaints I have against this fascist government so the
following is a sample of part of 1 of tons of actions I will be
filing & almost all of the following directly copied from
Richard's Duffee's Defense because the same truths hold true
regarding the crimes I allege & this is one argument towards the
town council who refuses to respond to most & sometimes all
Public Comments, often limiting public comments to 5 minutes or less
once per month & also silencing members of the Public at other
types of so called “special scheduled” public forums. Quoting &
changing where necessary & omitting a large portion of Richard
Duffee's defense I adapted as needed pertaining to the fascist
controlled Town of Stratford.

Griffin v. United States, 447 A.2d
776, 777-78 (D.C. Ct. of App. 1982) states that in order to use the
defense of necessity, a defendant must show that (1) there was no
legal alternative available to the defendants, (2) the harm
prevented was imminent and would be directly affected by the
defendants' actions, and (3) the defendants' actions were reasonably
designed to actually prevent the threatened harm. A. Co-Plaintiff's
should be permitted to present evidence of a Necessity Defense
because the Defense of Necessity Applies to the Instant Case. (1)
Plaintiffs will show (a) that no legal alternative is actually
available to us, and hence (b) the Government is not fulfilling its
obligations under the final clause of the First Amendment. (b) of
all actions Plaintiff's can perform reasonably, speaking to the
council, cons & puppets at the forums is, the one most likely to
be effective. Given the constraints of reality and law, this is the
most reasonable course of action open to us to have any chance of
preventing more of our Government's continuing violations of law &
crimes against humanity. Plaintiff's have other legal alternatives.
(a) A legal alternative is not adequate unless it is actual and
effective. We can confidently expect that, following Griffin, the
Defense will claim that we Plaintiffs have legal alternatives. But
in order for our “right peaceably to assemble to petition the
Government for a “redress of grievances” to be preserved, the
alternatives offered must be actual and effective.

It is not sufficient for the Chair or
Mayor to ask the council if they care to respond to the public
speakers speaking at the public forum's 3 -5 minutes per month or to
deny voter referendum regarding the limited absurd public forums! It
is not sufficient for the Defendant, the Terrorist controlled town
of Stratford et al. to claim, as a mere matter of law, that legal
alternatives are available to us, for their actual availability is a
matter not of law, but of fact. If the government offers mere paper
alternatives or rhetoric of incompetent, ignorant fools, it fails to
fulfill its duty to review our petitions let alone to consider
redressing our grievances. “Asking if anyone feels like commenting
regarding the public speakers” for instance, is not an actual
alternative because it simply requires our grievances to be
discarded. “Write letters to the editor” “check the internet”
“vote in hacked & non hacked non representation polls” “see
the Town Attorney in His or Her Office on Tuesday or Friday to
speak with an Attorney” … is not an actual alternative because
nothing requires our government to read our letters or respond to
anything. The same, of course, goes for “Meet with your
legislators” (which has been done for decades) or attend more
meetings (often locked out), which we have also attempted and done
many dozens of times, though, because we do not have the access that
tri-lateral psychopaths & pawns have, we are normally either
locked out or seems fascists send scan-trons to threaten or refuse
to post meetings & refuse to give equal public access also
denying Freedom of Commission.

At trial we'll present greater than
further extensive evidence of the numerous other efforts we have
made that have not turned out to be alternative methods of actually
presenting a petition that actually reaches the government and which
the government actually hears and considers in light of an actual
possibility that it will act to enforce the rights and obligations
for which we advocate and obey the Bill of Rights, Constitution and
Declaration of Independence and many other statutes and those that
have been illegally and criminal abolished and altered.

If our grievances were merely
political, the sort that political parties put on their platforms,
it would be necessary that the available alternative be effective.
(1) (b) The government has not fulfilled its duties under the final
clause of the First Amendment. The final clause of the 1st Amendment
states that Congress shall not abridge...” the right of the people
peaceably to assemble, & to petition the Government for a
redress of grievances.” It contains the elements “peaceably to
assemble,” “to petition the government” & “for redress
of grievances,” & it yokes those three elements together. (I
filmed the carving of the First Amendment on Penn Ave in DC if any
defendants require references or care to review – see it for
themselves) There is no such thing as a right without a correlative
duty in someone else. If one person has a right, someone else has,
or many People have, the duty to respect that right. If one person
has a duty, someone else has, or many people have, the right to
expect that duty to be performed. Hohfeld's jurisprudential analysis
of this relationship first appeared in the Yale Law Review in 1913.
It is not an analysis limited by time or historical circumstance; it
is an analysis of logical definition. “If a right exists, a
correlative duty exists in someone else – or the right does not
actually exist, but is only empty verbiage” is a statement that is
true by virtue of the nature of the concepts of “right” and
“duty.”

The final
clause of the First Amendment creates such a duty. The clause
creates a complex right peaceably to assemble to petition the
Government for a redress of grievances. All rights have correlative
duties, so that complex right to assemble to petition for a redress
creates correlative duties in the Government. It is impossible to
redress a grievance without first hearing it out in order to
acknowledge and comprehend it, then to consider it in order to weigh
its merits, and, if it is found to have merit, to decide how to
redress it. These three elements are distinct because they create a
DUTY in the Government that the freedoms of speech and the press in
themselves do not create. The right to assemble to petition the
Government for a redress of grievances binds the Government in ways
freedom of speech and the press do not.

The Government fails in its duties
if it 1) disrupts or prevents the assembly, (I have films of such
violations at Town Hall chambers & elsewhere), 2) will not
receive a petition, 3) will not consider grievances, and 4) is
willing, without consideration, to deny any redress. In our case,
the Government has taken all four of these negligent and vitiating
actions! Governmental officials are obligated to redress the
right-bearer's grievances. Only if this condition exists is a right
an effective part of the legal system.

In our
case, in our continuously frustrated efforts to petition the
Government to enforce human rights law against itself, we are denied
direct access to all government, & hence are effectively denied
our “right peaceably to assemble to petition the Government for a
redress of grievances.” We can send letters & emails, as we
do, we can speak occasionally for a few minutes or 5 minutes once
per month, but nothing is compelling them to due their duty & so
We will file a memo & bring forth legal actions for some hearing
in a superior not an inferior court. We know the Defendants will do
all it can to narrow the issue of our intentions & deny their
duty & our Rights, therefore, our grievance becomes reflexive.
Not only are we aggrieved, both for ourselves & others, that our
Government effectively holds human rights in contempt, we are also
aggrieved that we have no means of presenting our grievances &
so are denied not only our rights under Article 6 of the
constitution, but our First Amendment rights, as well as our due
process rights under the 14^th Amendment.

This
is only a brief summary. I've excluded further examples of the many
complaints We will be filing & motioning among other actions. To
conclude for now, We intend to show some of the injuries the
government has caused by its crimes. The government as a whole
appears to adopt a pervasive attitude that the actions to which we
object are “political questions” or “matters of national
security” or “foreign relations law” for which governmental
officials need not answer. We intend to show that both of these
governmental claims are false and We will present at least one
factual expert on covert action and US warfare in “the Third
World” in the US these crimes are so far from being without
consequence that the highest-ranking Covert Action CIA officer to
“go public” John Stockwell, argued that the CIA's covert actions
had already resulted in over six millions deaths by 1991, so that he
referred to them collectively as the Third World War – and as a
war waged on the former colonies of Western Europe and the US.
Therefore, both because the Necessity applies to our actions &
its presentation requires testimony on law and fact, and because
testimony on law and fact will demonstrate that Plaintiff's have a
reasonable understanding of
law that caused us, in absence of criminal mens rea, to act as we
did, Plaintiff's should be
allowed to present evidence on law and fact in a real court of law
not Alpha House or a Judge Kurmay type who can't or refuses to
probate for over a year a living will & estate & God knows
what else he is doing?
