non fhy all suck
Yes, they all suck, but huntsman sucks less!
President Obama won!
I agree!
good good and more good
Of all of them Huntsman came off as the most sane. He made some good points. The others were just out there, especially Rick Perry. We all know Ron Paul is crazy with his ideas, though I'll give him credit, he does stick to them. Michele Bachman should drop out, as should Ginnrich, Santorum and everyone else. But Huntsman should stick it out with the top two.
What is Ron crazy about? If you are going to insult the man, at least have the courage to back up a statement like that with some details.
If you are comparatively the most sane, then you are the one to represent the real crazies at trial, the others are in the 'mentally unfit to stand trial' group. Is this where Huntsman is? As much time as he has spent representing the United States as ambassador in our greatest commercial, military and technological competitor, how can he not see the work that needs to take place to move us back up to first place in all those categories. We will only regain that status through the nationalization and drastically increased monetary support for our education system. The U.S. currently has 50 different standards for what is success and we're spending more money competing against ourselves instead of making our high school, college and university graduates the global leaders.
WAKE UP NOW!
Huntsman was the only intelligent one, however, Romney or Perry would be a sure thing for Obama. Send your money to Obama for America to help with his campaign. I just sent mine. Go Obama!!!
LOL, you seriously sent money to Obama? Do you have any idea what he's doing? YouTube "Susan Lindauer Libya". If you want Obama you support more suicide missions into economic armageddon. The banking and power elite currently control our government, it's simple to see. But go ahead and support the puppet...you can say "I supported Obama just like the big banks who got the bailouts did!" Awesome...what a joke.
We all lost. These are the best the GOP can offer?
If you need more than Ron Paul you are clearly not in line whatsoever with the Founders of our original United States of America.
It is more a case of Who lost the least? Probably Romney as Perry stuck his hand tooled cowboy boots in his mouth, Michelle Bachman failed again to show herself to be any smarter than Sarah Palin which is unfortunate because she actually is smarter but unable to bring that to her advantage. Ron Paul continues to want to apply 1787 solutions to 2011 problems and Huntsman who sounds the most reasonable cannot seem to get traction. Gingrich, Santorum, and Cain were and are not really in the hunt.
Are you trying to say the Constitution is obsolete?
I think he is saying that. That just shows his ignorance.
That's EXACTLY what he's saying. What a tool..sounds like the neocons and the blatant disregard by Obama (and roughly the last 100 years of Presidents for that matter) for the Law of the Land (the Constitution).
The Constition IS obsolete - at least as it was written back in 1787...
African-Americans counted as 3/5 of a person for purposes of the census, otherwise, they had no rights - to vote, to own property, to hold office, to select who to marry or even have sex with. They were Property, period. The same applied to women, children, immigrants or the poor. You had to own land to be able to vote.
Schools were few and only for the wealthy. The same with health care. Legal rights were only included in the Bill of Rights, and those minimally. Wealthy people could get away with almost anything, even murder, as long as it was someone who didn't matter...
All these strict constructionists who believe the constitution was infallible forget that even from their current point of view it was broken and was intended to be a malleable, living set of guidelines adjusted to suit the society. Those types have not even stopped to consider than their beloved 2nd amendment was added later and not part of the constitution.
Huntsman- the only level-headed, sensible one of the lot.
It's really interesting how Ron Paul, who is the source of many things Hunstman said, is considered crazy. Furthermore, I'm not sure how the ideas of liberty set forth in our Constitution have become anything BUT level-headed. No, the "level-headed" you speak of is a slow-but-steady TAKEOVER of TRUE conservative values...replaced with neoconservative war-mongering, special interests, fascism, fiat money, entangling alliances, totalitarianism, propaganda, on and on and on...
it seems so interesting how the people like myself who watch msmbc and are reasonably intelligent all think huntsman is reasonable and the rest of them sound like cooks. but it is true if i didnt vote for obama i would vote for huntsman
Why in the world would you vote for a liar? You have got to be mad, or a traitor, or brainwashed, or uneducated in the extreme, or something else not generally desirable by sane individuals.
The question was not "who do you think would be the best candidate, it was who do we think said the things that Republicans wanted to hear, and that would be Romney. I would not vote for him, but then, I will have a difficult time voting for President Obama. I would vote for the individual promised by Obama-where is he?
You mean REAL, GENUINE change? That'd be Ron Paul my friend, hands down.
Romeny looked good but his facts about Obama's job creation was wrong. Ron Paul, usually my favorite, not his usual. Perry irritating, represents anti-science, anti-intellectuals, ignorance of the reason for a federation of states and moral imperatives dominates. Obama has been punished by talking heads for pursuing the idea of collaboration and discussion of ideas between those that fall on the side of states rights and concerns. There is only one person that appears to pursue those ideas -- some of which are very important -- and that is Paul.
If..regrettably and hopefully NOT..Obama would be replaced, it would have to be by the more reasonable choice of the bunch...and that would have to be Jon Huntsman. He has more intelligent ideals and he is not shackled by any wingnut pledges or radical thinking..just a true-blue American. But I still have strong ties to Obama and the hope that he will stop letting the GOP TeaBirchers push him around...GO OBAMA!! Grab 'em by the cajones...make them answer to their constituents' real needs!
lol what is all this spam for Hunstman? I've heard of bloggers being hired to create chaos in forums, all of which seem to focus on blatantly ridiculous candidates...I think this Hunstman trend may qualify.
But no matter, Obama is a verified liar, has violated (arrogantly) the Constitution by participating in the attack on Libya, has done NOTHING that will help the economy, is owned by corporations, is responsible for gun-running to Mexican criminals, ok I'll stop there.
On the other hand, we have the VERIFIED and blatantly consistent candidate by the name of Ron Paul, who has time and again proven to be for truth, peace, justice, and WE THE PEOPLE. What more needs to be said? But hey, don't take my words for granted, do your own research!
I've heard of bloggers being hired to create chaos in forums
Pot, meet kettle....
Who cares, they are all worthless to me.
Comments already made above.
I did like the 9-9-9 Plan Herman Cain,,,,everyone SHOULD be taxed the same...
Yah, lets add yet another federal tax, a federal sales tax is a great solution...... NOT. Cain's 6-6-6 plan will never fly.
9 cents of EVERY dollar would be the only fair part of his plan and he didn't include that!
I think companies that outsource labor and production should be taxed more.
Sounds like the Domino's 555 plan.
If their running for evil clown president, then they all won. None could stand toe to toe with our current President.
You're right, Ron Paul is head and shoulders above the current puppet. He ACTUALLY knows and believes what he says...yeah that's evil alright.
"In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act" - G. Orwell
"Truth is treason in the empire of lies" - R. Paul
Huntsman
I believe Romney was the winner due to the fact that he did defend Social Security--but last night the panel revealed that at one time supported privatization of SS. Huntsman was reasonable, & sane compared to the rest.
HAHAHA. So when Dr. Paul had 100,000 votes, they take off the poll, and re submit it?
Expect a law-suit MSN/NBC
Mis-read
I thought the questions were odd and shallow. Under those circumstances they did well. I would take any of them, with the exception of Paul, over Obama. I really like Romney.
Lol, how convenient, you would take all the neocons who want to continue the Globalist agenda of destabilizing the entire middle east over the man who sounds EXACTLY like the Founders of the United States of America.
