"Aerial Recon," one of the kid-friendly CIA characters.

CIA.gov
The CIA: Not just for grown-ups anymore.
While doing some research for one of tonight's segments, I found something rather surprising on the CIA web site (not the first time we've found something going on over at CIA.gov). Round up the kids! No, really, it's okay, because the team that gathered the intel to find the world's most wanted terrorist has also made time to build an entire section of its site just for the kiddies. It's even broken up by age groups. K-5th graders can learn all kinds of fun facts about the CIA seal and see photos taken by a bird named "Aerial Recon." But wait, there's more. Like games! Lots of games: Puzzles, code breaking, photo analysis, and even virtual coloring books.
The 6th grade through high school students get advice on pursuing a CIA career (ex: Learn foreign languages, stay off drugs). It's all rather surreal, but then again, the work the agency did finding Osama bin Laden was no child's play... and it appears the need to attract recruits for the next generation won't be going away anytime soon.

Just because I don't know where to post this I've used this area. This IDIOT shouldn't be representing any source that has "news" in it's mission. Now he wants us to undo what we heard with our own eyes and ears from the HEAD OF THE CIA that enhanced interrogation helped get UBL killed by the CIA and Seals. Frankly I wouldn't even need someone to tell me about this ..... waterboarding makes someone THINK they're going to drown. Get it? That's NOT torture except to total idiots. Even Lawrence would probably scar someone if it meant someone he loved remained safe. Anyone would! These guys who are captured just don't know so that's why it worked.
hush up fool.
Thank you Dan. Not sure where Mr or Ms uniformed Beachblueye is from, but seriously illinformed. We got NOTHING from torture except the risk of inciting hatred around the world against Americans. I am sure Hitler thought it was fine to torture Jews too. That is not who we are as Americans. The intelligent experts agree, building rapore and empathy gets you info. I feel badly that some (minority) of Americans believe torture is the answer. I am also proud that we have a smarter man in the White House now.
Beachblueye - are you still mad at your mother for dropping you on your head?
I don't know much about what's going on because our governments wants it that way.First i'm told Bin Laden was shot and killed, And how great of a job the Navy Seals did. The next thing they tell me is they had to have one of the seals about the same size of Bin Laden. The seals didn't have a measuring tape. I'm so stupid i'm thinking while they had him on the ship,It might be a good time to do a dna on him, but the navy seal must have been enough proof. The next day they tell me they found all these videos that are going to help. And me and my ignorance is thinking they had him red handed no weapon in site. I wonder what kind of information they could have got out of him. I wish i could trust our government but they have made it too damn hard. They said we couldn't see the pictures because it was to vivid. I was in second grade when our government assisinated John F Kennedy, and i remember the impact. The good that has come out of this however,it made me get an old book back out its called 1984. Amazing how people can see the world in all different ways. I'll stick with show me if you cant show it to me its not a fact. If it's not a fact its the good old US of A
