For the past few nights, we've showed you clips of Bill O'Reilly's big interview with President Obama. Our producers counted a total of 72 interruptions by the anchor. Perhaps fittingly, Jimmy Kimmel Live provided a cartoon version of their sit-down, with O'Reilly as Gargamel. No word yet on the President's response to being Smurfed.
Smurf version of O'Reilly's interview

You mock O'Reilly for interrupting the president while your teammate, Chris Matthews< interupts everybody, everyday, every time. No wonder Keith quit.
So then, no one can be criticized for doing anything, as long as we can point out someone else who is doing that same thing?
That should cut down significantly on any future criticisms.
What a convenient excuse.
Lawrence, I really enjoyed your show tonight as I do every night. You call 'em to the carpet and your apology about Sports Socialism was eloquent. As a professional writer for 33 years, from music to philosophy to film to science to even comedy, I can appreciate and relate with what you go through every day to put your show together. Don't ever give up on your ideals or get so wrapped up in the commerce of putting out the message that you lose sight of those ideals. Thank you for bringing us the truth. You're one of the key reasons I watch MS-NBC and I thank you.
Your show and any other MSNBC product would die for Oreillys ratings. I hope Comcast cleans house!
Again- another shot at Oreilly? Really? Is there no real news going on in this world. I can always find out what Oreilly is up to by watching your program. Grade school stuff Lawrence! you have a good show- lose the insecurity and focus on news- not Oreilly!
One of the reasons a lot of people don't believe the News Commentators is because they are either Right of Left with a lot of the truth being down played, so the New Social Media can represent the Corporation sponsoring them. In the old days with Walter Cronkite it was rude (still is) to interrupt your guest. That is why we could trust the media back then. Now money controls everything, which is the down fall of USA News. People are tired of Half Truths. If you tell a lie enough the people will believe the lie as said by Hitler.
Oh come on! Where's all y'all's sense of humor? This is hilarious stuff! The President as a Smurf! Two fanswats upside the head for forgetting that if we can't laugh we're lost!
Billy interrupted only 72 times? That is what stupid people do when they are thinking of their next question instead of listening. He must be confused, thinking he's a lawyer who is asking leading questions.
Another not so tough "tough guy."
yeah darn those pesky interviewers from shock jocks..so what is Mathews story..he does exactly the same thing. Guess you have to spit out the questions in the alloted time you have to air the interview. MSNBC writers have to come up with new material, they have to rely on Fox News to keep up the agenda. Must be lonely at MSNBC..or maybe they are just a tad upset that Fox gets the interview before the Superbowl..doubt they could afford to buy a time slot anyway. Keep the faith MSNBC..sooner or later the hate may rub off on more viewers...:)
