House Speaker John Boehner
House Speaker John Boehner said today he "should be" considered a member of the tea party. The Republican from Ohio told a Cincinnati radio station he’s a "big believer" in the tea party and its stance on the issues, according to the Hill. When asked if he were a card-carrying member, Boehner said "I should be.”
“I don't know if I actually pay dues, but I'm a big believer in the tea party," said Boehner. "I talk to tea party activists all over my district and all over the country every day." Though, his spokesperson said doesn't plan to join anything outside of the GOP.
Meanwhile, Sen. Mark Rubio seems to be biting the hand that fed him. Rubio opted against joining the caucus despite their major support of him in the midterms. Awkward.

seeing all those older angry white folk would bring tears to my eyes too.Some of the you tube on-the-lawn interviews at T-Party rallies reminded me of the American populace complicit with the Viet Nam war in the 60's and 70s' that seems to have stopped thinking since the fall of Saigon,and did a Rip Van Winkle after a black man became the President.Does Boehner deserve to be a T-Party member.......HELL,NO YOU DON'T!

Yes! Join the TEA party. Then do what you promised. Cut government spending. Start with a 30% reduction in the military budget. Cut the size of government. Start with your entire congressional staff. All they do is collect money from lobbyists. It's K Street that writes our legislation now and they pay you to enact it. You don't need a staff. Then cut all the sex and drug police. Legalize sex and drugs and TAX them. Cut regulations that prevent people from getting legal abortions.

John Boehner should take each member of the Tea Party over his knee and spank them like a spoiled child.(I think the Tea Party has taught Boehner a big self inflicted message on how to govern) The Tea Party has a self proclaimed empowerment of "the will of the people."
